✓ 5 stars 😕Awesome app but can you guys please add the New Zealand currency and dollar “NZD”. Would be super helpful for us people living on this side of the world and also it would be helpful if we can type the dollar amount we would like to send out to other crypto wallets instead of the app only allowing us to type in the crypto numbers we want to send. Be much easier if we can type in the dollars amount for e.g I want to send $50 to another wallet. I type $50 and then underneath it it will show $50 = 0.00045789BTC. That was just an example but I ultimately believe this makes the app easier and more hands on so that people that may not understand how the digits may work don’t send more than what they are supposed to for a purchase. My opinion doesn’t really matter but thank you for your time. Great app!!!.Version: 3.0.5

✓ Convenient and simple to use.Convenient and a simple way to exchange crypto for other coins. More coins available if you use their web application on a desktop. ALWAYS include a refund address, a few times my transactions have not gone through but luckily I included a refund address. Overall it’s a great app that I regularly suggest to the less techy or new to crypto users when they want to exchange a coin for another. Or when in a rush and need a quick exchange with minimal steps. It’s often faster and easier to use when compared to Bittrex or poloniex. ✓ Has bugsHi there everybody! As a trading app ShapeSift works well and is easy to use . On the other hand the earn feature seems to be buggy upon withdrawing Doge coin and Litecoin. Deposits work well ( of course ) but upon testing the withdrawals there seems to be a glitch ( I assume unintentional ) as the application freezes on the fetching rates and fees for the continuation of the transaction. I have tried to make the dev’s aware of the bugs but to no avail . My hopes is that this review is pointed to someone who is working on the project as the platform has come a long way since it’s inception ( early adopter here ) and I have high hopes for its growth . ✓ Decent experienceSo far I’ve been using ShapeShift for over a month. Initially, things were quite fast and the app sound, however, lately the app has had issues staying connecting to its network. I have had small issues with the app crashing but all money has been accounted for. it’s customer service, has been quick and expedient with regards to response times with tickets and giving a great response that always left me feeling confident to stick around. Not happy about the fees but comes with the territory with regards to its speed being better then others..Version: 2.18.0
✓ Great App!!!I tried this app , cautiously,...and was pleasantly surprised at how user friendly it is and how fair the prices are. I started out by purchasing thru a bitcoin ATM and those cost are astronomical but this I believe was fair and worth every penny. Nice, easy, streamline transaction that I can do securely over my iPhone with no issues. I was going to try a small amount first to prove its worth but decided instead to go "all in" and try the full amount of what I wished to exchange and everything worked flawlessly. ✓ Pretty coolMost of it is pretty cool - everything works! The only major improvements to the app that I think everyone would like is 1. Design 2. Where to start 3. Safety Features Let me start off with the first improvement, design. Whist it does sort of work, I would recommend redesigning the app to fit with iOS7/8/9's flat UI scheme and to also follow Apple Developers recommend guide on UI, for example one improvement here would be to make the default view's tab button the biggest of the three as that's what people often use. Another here would be to make sure buttons are the right sizes, so save buttons should take up the entire screen space, whilst other buttons shouldn't, and should also be curved. Could you also make sure you use each Coins official icon, because you aren't using the official Litecoin branding logo. People might get confused. I like how you can import wallets from Breadwallet. That's pretty useful... My second point 2. Where to start should have some sort of tutorial at the beginning giving simple instructions, and also more info. It's pretty confusing to know where to begin even though I've been in the crypto world for years - so someone new to the scene might struggle. Thirdly, what I mean by safety features is to check if the wallets that have been input or made wallets are valid - so if I try to add a Litecoin wallet, I can for sin reason use it without starting an address properly with a 'L'. People can potentially lose money here. Can you also put confirm that you want to change, because someone might accidentally or maliciously steal my coins. Also a passcode like Breadwallet that makes sure that no one else is using your app would be great. A nice touch is the use of the Apple Watch - whilst I don't have it with me, it is pretty cool. NOTE:- some other things I don't really like; why are currencies value as default given to 8dp? The user should have a simplified 5SF digit which they can tap on so they can find its exact value.
