I kept getting banned for violating terms (never happened) because this company (or child working from a basement) decided that a member who didn’t like me was accurate in finding I’m violating something. I was given no proof, no answer as to what was violated. Just banned and “oh because you violated terms”. Bs. I made three different accounts and each account I hadn’t even spoken to anyone. Modest pictures. Described myself as accurate as possible (even saying myself to be fat and not a toothpick) and still every last account never made it to 24 hrs active. ✓ Advice for this appMy initial impression of the app was amazing, the ui is slick and smooth, and the experience is pleasant. Though, all of this doesn’t mean anything if there are no basic functionality for users. I understand the developers/team need to get paid however, preventing basic messaging doesn’t solve the problem. Compare tourself to muzmatch, theyre extremely successful yet they allow social media/number in description, they allow to chat upon matching etc.. Premium/plus/pro subscriptions should be for features that make your life easier (nice to have), not critical features preventing chatting to someone upon matching. That should not require a subscription. and Muzmatch proves that. To end this on a positive note, I still think the app has huge potential, as I do think if you can improve on those aforementioned points, you will gain more users and think of generating revenue in other ways 😉.Version: 124.4
