Great except for deadliftsAs others said, on DL it wants you to go 5x5. The StrongLifts program wants you to do 1x5 for deadlift because of the volume. Otherwise it's a great app. Love the automatic 2 minute timer in between sets.Version: 1.7

Works wellI had originally written a negative review. I have since gotten it to work properly. There are a couple minor things, such as the plate calculator does not work while the timer is going. This is annoying, as I have to stop the timer to use the calculator and then restart the timer if I want to use it again. I tend to use the plate calculator and timer between sets, so, I have to choose between the timer or the calculator. It would be nice if I could use them together. Also, if you edit the reps or weight manually for a set and use the plate calculator before marking the set complete, the weight and reps will reset to the original amounts. Otherwise, it's a good app. Takes a bit of experimenting when setting up a program, but once it's up and running, it works well..Version: 2.1

Good but one issueOnly reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the day you deadlift is supposed to be 1x5 instead of 5x5 according to the program. That's too much volume after heavy squats.Version: 1.7

Worthwhile appDownloaded this app to progress onto Madcow 5x5. Great app support. Needs a bug fixed though so when you don't complete a set weight it unloads the weight from the correct exercise. At the moment it has deloaded my bench and not my military press. They are apparently working on a fix..Version: 2.1

Is working well for me but.This app is working well for me as I do a 14 week Madcow cycle. I do pull ups on Mondays and Fridays and would love to be able to add that in to the tracker and rest cycle timer..Version: 14.0.3
