I went and claimed the money from the bank and still haven’t got refunded because Toters support never answer or contact you back. ✗ DeceptionThe services in Kurdistan is worst, they dont care about their customers, one evening i ordered food but the driver didn’t feel like to deliver so abandoned my order in the restaurant, i waited for more than 1 hour, it got so late and i wanted to cancel my order but they didn’t do that and sent me a new driver, and the new driver took the food and stopped in the middle of the road (as i was watching it from the map) it got very late that i contacted them again and said im cancelling because its been 2 hours and still not delivered, but they called me on the phone and blamed it on me and said some lies and made me feel guilty even tho i wasnt, never ordering from toters again.Aland 666Version: 4.05.0603
