✓ Sudden ClosureI love toters, I’ve been using it for years. In Beirut, Baghdad, and Najaf. However, in Najaf specifically, it has some glitches. All restaurants would be suddenly closed (except toters fresh) between 7pm and 10pm at random times. This is very annoying as I can’t even place an order in my cart. If there’s shortages in delivery drivers then simply mark restaurants as “pre-order for a certain time” instead of shutting everything off..Version: 3.7.020

✓ Good app butThe app is smooth and worderful but the issue with the adding “reviews”. The issue is that you cannot go back and add a comment or edit your review. Once you add the review and move to the next screen, You are done. I had many times that I’m surprised that the food is cold or the delivery delivered the food with a missing item or some items of the food are cold while others are too warm.
