✓ Cannot link account, have to redo everything all over againDear devs, I had a real account linked on a hotmail account... Now that the game does not support linking by hotmail, I am forced to start anew. Since I have spent many hours of grinding for my personal never-ending completionist goals, I have just lost all hope and interest in unlocking everything up to my point again. The game is nice, but it’s the kind of game that no one can truly complete at 100%, which means that, progression-wise, it is slow near level 120 and even then, you still find some levels excessively hard for what you have in your possession. If you’re like me and grinded almost a year for being a worthy opponent, losing this account is simply the worst....Version: 0.558.1

✓ New admins destroying this gameI used to love this game until valofe became the games new admin owner. Since then there been TONS of errors, game crashes, many people lost there accounts that they’ve had for years (check there Facebook page and you’ll see hundreds of posts on it) and most agrigously for me, I paid for an in app purchase that was never delivered . Not only did they never respond to my complaint on the issue, the app in fact charged me TWICE while I got zero product. Such a Shame because prior to this, this was my favorite app for years but this leaves too strong of a bad taste in my mouth to continue on..Version: 0.557.2
✓ Downloading resource pack...I downloaded the game and had to wait an hour to download the update info. Once the update info was downloaded I launched the game but had to turn it off shortly. ✓ Was fun when it started.The games changed company hands a few times before the r at the end of the name when it was just fantasy war tactics they keep coming up with “edgey” new home screens for the game. But it’s all the same basic game. The events aren’t suprising or addicting mostly pay to win. The plot of the main story is great. But after a certain level of one character dies in the fight you loose and you are forced to wait and wait and wait for better gear n character building opportunities to try to overcome. I’ve been stuck on the same level the past 3 years. Please if you make a update make the game more playable. 3 years of farming is long enough. And I’ve been with this game too long to quit now and put money into this account so some freakin assistance over here or maintenance on this ridiculous level so I can continue the story already!.Version: 0.566.2

✓ Too many updating resources!!I really enjoy this game and been playing for awhile now, but took a break and finally came back. I thing I noticed is everyday I would have to update resources, at first I didn’t mind but now I constantly have to update it everyday sometimes two to three times a day. I wouldn’t care if it took less than a minute but the fact that this updating resources can last from 30min to an hour is really making me not want to open up the game. I get it’s for improvement, but everyday? That’s a little too much. Non the less the game itself is amazing just wish this updating resources didn’t have to happen every single day. ✓ Just so badThis game used to be amazing when Nexon was in charge. Then they sold it to Valofe like 6 months ago. I read they were bad from other games but I gave them a chance. They are awful! Terrible customer service, ridiculous pay walls, and months without any real updates or content other than stuff for you to buy for twice or three times the price the old company would charge. ✓ Fun gameThe game is great itself, a little bit of a grind at time although there is an "auto" option which helps when farming certain areas. The reason I rated it poorly is because the customer service is beyond terrible! After an update my account randomly disappeared, so I contacted support who kept sending generic automated replied to no avail. I forwarded them a purchase receipt made when I bought an in game item and yet they could not restore my account that was lost to no fault of my own. ✓ Love the game but customer service stinksI’ve played the game almost since the beginning but once they transferred servers the whole thing fell apart. I had been a monthly subscriber paying $5 a month because I supported the game. Then they transferred servers and I can’t access my account and couldn’t make purchases. I tried 4 times which charged me every time yet nothing came in game. That was in July. It is now October. I have not received any information regarding my original account or a resolution to my purchase problem. I have sent them no less than 5 emails and even referenced the purchase with my apple store receipt and all I get back is a generic please be patient we are dealing with the issue email. The total purchase amount is only $20 but waiting over 4 months is ridiculous. This is another attempt to get someone to notice. I have already reported the problem with the transactions via the apple store as well but just get referred to the game developer. ✓ Honest reviewOk so this game has been out for a very long time and it is very fun but the only down side that ruins the game itself is the fact it crashes with no sign of it happening meaning before it crashes there is no lag no freezing just crashes. I would say its my device thats the fault but that makes no sence to me. ✓ This game is a trap!I originally gave 5 stars because on the surface it's a good game. BUT after months of playing I found that the game is somewhat easy to get into and it hooks you with great storyline and graphics but the difficulty ramps up dramatically after a month or two. The game is designed to hook you then make you play and grind insanely for long enough to hopefully make you pay. But we're not talking a few dollars... you can literally spend $100s to $1000's and it will only make things only marginally easier. I've ended up just putting the game on auto play most of the time. It take a lot of time and work to see any progress in the story. I'm almost at the end, and I want to see the ending so bad but the game makes you have to grind for months. Also you can't just grind continuously, it rations energy points for you to play which forces you to play the game throughout the day over a long periods of time. I'd rather just pay $100 for Final Fantasy and grind for a foreseeable finite number of hours (40-80hrs) which you can do for a week if you play it nonstop. But you can't with FWT. I've already spend months and it feels like shame to quit now but it's just not fun and not worth it. There's better out there. I'm cutting my losses. I quit playing... and will only resume if I become mega-rich..Version: 0.540.1
✓ Is the game shutting down?Everyday when I log in it downloads resources for 5 minutes then I get a warning message giving me a choice: A: I can allow a service transfer which deletes my game. - OR - B: cancel the service transfer which also deletes my game....ok So now I don’t even want to play it anymore because I may lose it all no matter what I choose and sure HELL will not be spending money on it. ✓ Great game, if no glitches occur!Had a glitch that prevented progression. Due to no developer response from reporting it, I had to delete my game, wait seven days, then try again. Fortunately, I was still near the beginning. Outside of that incident, the game is very good so far. It has a fun and easy to understand system. I recommend this game to everyone that enjoys tactics type games. ✓ Great gameGood fun to kill some time. Game seems balanced so far and not pay to win and has many different aspects to level up to make your heroes stronger. For those who have the no data issue when playing again, the same thing happened to me. It places you onto a new server, so make sure to have linked your account and select the server you started your first game on :) Edit: I actually quit several months ago only because it became a tireless grind for hours everyday killing my phone battery. The low chance and not guaranteed set items also made pvp unbalanced. Not a bad time killer but I do recommend getting it on bluestacks to save battery life..Version: 0.532.4

✓ Migration lost my account!!Setup an account ID and Password for the migration to VALOFF, and it tells me to check my ID and Password (I made sure I wrote it down - so it’s correct). So where is my account? Has it been lost? I tried going in as a guest and there is no where to re-establish my account. I have played this game for years. I certainly will not be starting the game again over. Unfortunately I’m not the only one this has happened to. And I went through “app support” and there was no contact details to contact VALOFF about this issue (so this group can not be contacted!). This is quite concerning! Am hoping that I get some response to my review, as that seems to be the only way to contact these guys. Update: I have checked the Facebook page of the game and there are tonnes of people with the same issue - and sadly very poor (it any) support from VALOFF (the new developers who are running the game). Not to mention the litany of game errors, bugs, etc. that are now occurring. It is a real shame the excellent developers NEXON passed the running of this game on, because VALOFF, sadly, are killing it. ✓ Love the game but a few flawsI love this game, the combat is fun and there are many different team combinations to try for many situations all types of heroes and ways to play. The main flaw I have with the game is that Nexon is charging $80+ dollars for character skins and bonus perks. The gameplay is fun, the characters are interesting, and you have a direct influence on your progression throughout the game. That being said, it does seem to crash very frequently. The game does a great job of saving any progress when it crashes, but it is definitely frustrating when it crashes multiple times in a short period of time..Version: 0.563.0
