But lately ive been experiencing crash issues, whenever i try to go into a battle the app crashes and i have to reload it, it does it as well when i click to go back into an unfinished battle. ✓ My favorite mobile app gameI love this game!! I’ve been playing it for maybe 1.5 years now? It might be overwhelming to start playing, but it’s easy to get the hang of, and you get lots of free stuff, haha. The game devs are always working so hard to create new events, modes, and collaborations, so the game is always really fresh. Honestly the devs are too good for us. I played it years ago when it first came out and came back to it after I switched phones for a few years. Even till this day it’s still one of my favorites from the nice story to the vast characters you can collect for free with no character gatcha to for f2p this game is. You would think they don’t want you to spend money. My only problem is there’s some audio glitch or bug going on that makes it sound like it’s exploding in my ears. ✓ Great fun little game.I've been playing daily for about 6 months. Basically it's FFT with a Pokémon recruitment style. I do the $9 monthly sub and login each day and have a pretty well outfitted team, just beat Tower of Dawn on Hard difficulty yesterday. Yes, there's always a better character you just HAVE to recruit, always more exp to get, better armor, better weapons, better stats and traits to get.... but that's part of the fun! Tactics definitely enter into the equation late game, you can't just trample everything with no strategy. But you get a ramp up and learn as you go, you shouldn't hit a wall where you just can't progress. Try it out!.Version: 0.547.1

It has appealing characters with lots of different possible team builds, a generous amount of rewards, and a story that is (in my opinion) decent. If you are looking for a unique (and somewhat difficult) strategy-based game, this is the one you're looking for. But it does have its flaws. I think a few of the stages are a bit TOO hard, like Dark Back Alley 2 in Monghyeom Harbor, and the character strengths are incredibly unbalanced. ✓ UnderratedI started playing FWT when it originally launched. I stopped playing for almost 2 years but that was my mistake. At the time I stopped playing I was frustrated with the lack of new content, the slowness of character progress and how much money I was spending. Right after I stepped away they released new content. That alone would've been enough for me to stick around because this game is complex, strategic and fun. I like that you can play the game entirely free and still accomplish everything you want by playing, it just takes longer. Actually, it takes a lot longer but that's ok because if you are willing to support them and spend some money you advance rather quickly. What makes this game better than most other F2P games is the complexity and the strategy required to be good at it. Most other F2P games I play I find myself just using the Auto button to fight battles, which relegates me to the roll of a coach more than an active participant. In FWT you'll want to spend a lot of time making sure you've equipped your heroes with gear that best suits their abilities. Then you'll went to increase your levels. When in battle you'll want to manually control your heroes to ensure you're executing the best strategy. This game is really a gem and I wish more people would realize that..Version: 0.594

Seems like an overwhelming amount of stuff to keep up with at first, but the game has a rock solid tutorial (that is extremely rewarding to play), and you can get the hang of it quickly. Any oddball stuff can usually be explained with a tap, anyway. The story isn’t too bad so far (especially considering the writing in most phone games), and the art style is great. The Korean-to-English translation seems good as far as I’ve seen, and the few hiccups are generally endearing, like the female protagonist being named Chris. Not that it’s short for Christina or anything, just Chris. I believe one of the loading screens defends this name as well, which tells me the English team on this game is having fun as well. All in all, a great tactical RPG, The please-buy-stuff-but-you-don’t-have-to bits every free-to-play has are not intrusive, and as polished as this game is, I will probably start paying a bit to play soon enough. ✓ No hero gatcha systemThis is the first game I have played on phone that has had a solid story that wasn’t just thrown in just to have a story. All characters are obtainable just by playing the game, and most can be gotten just by playing the story missions. There is still a gatcha system kinda but it’s for the gear and just by playing the game without spending money, you will get some solid gear sets for free through gear vouchers and 2 free gear set pulls a day. Within the first week you will be decked out with high star gear sets. The graphics are very nice and you can customize it just in case to save your battery. The illustration are very good I suppose. 3. Promising stories. It reminds me of Final Fantasy and Brave Default. 4. Note to Developer: I like the Idea that you want to make money out of this game. But if you slow the progression of each stage, then, in a long run I'd get very very bored. Lacking of progression is my #1 reason of quitting a game. ✓ Big fan of this style of gameLove this game. It’s got so much in it I dont have time to do it all. Essentially f2p, and tons of content and events throughout the game but pay options are avail for upgrades, costumes, booster packs etc. Downside is that it is pricy that route, compared to other games providing such boosters :(....Great graphics, the ai needs work it’s got some serious quirks but it’s not horrible. It’s like FFTactics but with so much more. ✓ Highly recommendComing from a player who put in over 500 days in this game, i still think this game is pretty good. Most of the characters are accessible and plenty of opportunities to obtain high level gear. Plenty of content in both PVE and PVP Only problem is that some collectables such as costumes for heroes are hidden behind enormous paywalls. This feels worse when you find a character you really like that you wanna make look nice. Also, end game content gets unbelievably hard and that point, specific characters and gear become a must.
