✓ It’s not the bestWell I do like it but for a feature request I’d like that if you wanted max the dogs collar your favorite color the app when you first get it it would ask what your favorite color is and who is the owner of this app, I would like that it would let you name the dog and it would ask what your name is, for the stars I rate it a 4⭐️ is because it dose not really feel like it’s protected it only feels like it pretending that it’s protected and it feels like it’s like a little spy looking at my data and everything, another request is that we like make up conversations with the dog like it’s a friend.Version: 4.0.1
✓ Some issuesOverall I like the app especially for free but it does have a few annoying issues. Mostly when I'm online trying to look things up. It won't allow pages to open even from previously visited sites and ones that are associated with my accounts so they are protected anyway. Sometimes it works fine other times it won't work at all until I shut the app off. I've also had a slowness issue. My wifi has been noticeably slower since adding this app and my battery drains extremely rapidly. Now since I'm typically in an area easily accessible to charging it hasn't caused me too much of a problem. The lagging is however annoying and I do find myself turning the app off a lot, at home especially. Overall from what I can tell the app is serving it's purpose and when I'm not using my phone or only using it for texting and calling, it is still a good piece of mind to have..Version: 2.1.1
✓ AMAZING VPN!!!!I absolutely love this VPN! The VPN is easy to set up , with just a click of a button the VPN is on 24/7. Plus it’s really safe and has allowed me to bypass my search restrictions on Google 😳😈 However I have one MAJOR issue with this VPN - Why can’t we pet or interact with the dog at all? ✓ Good VPN appThis app is excellent for keeping your information secret, easy setup for a VPN. You may have to disable the app for certain actions to occur. Especially when your going to a safe website that you use commonly. You should disable for 30 min, in the options menu on this app. Then use the websites you know are safe. Then the app will engage again when you surf the open web. App needs a bug fix for re-engaging after the 30 min pause. It sometimes cannot restart VPN until you close the app and open it again then click manual start. Just FYI to the developers..Version: 2.4

I have downloaded this app and I’m not going to undowload this app anytime soon but if you want to do stuff that needs internet/WIFI you have stop the protecting because it has no internet/WIFI when you put the protecting on. But over all it’s stopped 78 viruses and 30 people from finding my IP! So I do recommend this as well as many others would. I showed both my mum,dad and sister! And they love it so much my dad and mum says “ thanks for this app It has stopped 39 people from finding the address!” And my sister says “thanks for showing me sis it’s amazing I’m going to show my bestie, boyfriend and his mates! ✓ It worked but ...... UPDATEIt worked and I liked it but it block a lot of my games and eventually blocked my apps and I had to delete it. Not exactly sure why. It even messed up my apps when the app was not being used or on. Not exactly sure what was happening but when I contacted my tech support they suggested that I delete the app entirely. ✓ Probably the best VPN app available.I tried a few different VPN apps but their performance always left my phone and myself lackluster. However, Phone Guardian seems to buck this tend. The dog is a nice touch and makes the app more personable. The dog plays sentry & some weeks it tells me over 10,000 tracking attempts have been blocked. I have no idea to know if this is true or not but I'll take the apps word for it. The only negative is that the protection does mess with some apps and internet connections but there is a button to put the dog to sleep for an hour. The first time you download the app it detects what internet your using it’ll ask if you trust it or not if you press no it will say I’ll keep extra eye out for this network. You swipe right or left and it says stop protection for a hour or how much you want. I use safari a lot and some websites have pop ups and you may press the ok button on accident you could go to the app and it detects what you just pressed you could delete it or keep it. However, when I got a newer model of phone, it interfered with the network so I couldn’t use mobile data. Apparently, the files of the app don’t work with the phone’s network which causes a problem for it. So, most of the time, this app works fine but occasionally, if you use a new phone model or a network that doesn’t work with the app, it might not work very well. There’s also medals and stuff that u can get in the game and u can also pet the dog and play with it. However there is something that’s not performance related but more of a UI error. When the VPN is on, I have the VPN logo on the top of my screen (I have an iPhone SE). But when the VPN logo is on the top, I cant access the items in the menu and I have to swipe the screen to access the different pages of the app. Maybe I have this issue because I have a smaller phone and when the logo shows up it takes space and the menu bar is forced to move down. I’m not having this issue when I turn off data protection and the VPN logo disappears. However I have noticed that I have an issue with viewing content that I want to view. I finally realized it's the guardian app that is creating the issue and the only way to fix it is to disable the protection when I want to view certain content or make online purchases. ✓ Conflict discoveredWith all the mobile security issues out there, I decided to install Phone Guardian and was very pleased with its performance until I tried to access my TD Bank mobile app. It appeared that the app wasn’t working, returning an error message stating “we’re working on their problem”. Having experienced a glitch or 2 with TD before, I wasn’t terribly concerned, figuring the problem would be rectified shortly. After about a week with the same issue, I thought to turn off the VPN in settings … TD still didn’t work. I called my local branch and the TD main CS number, but no issue had been reported. At that point, I decided to delete the VPN app, and when I did, the TD app started working again! I don’t know if there’s a conflict with any other VPN app, but I can state that Phone Guardian won’t work with TD Mobile. I’ve sent a secure message to TDCS… let’s see if there’s a fix! ✓ Great free app that gives you peace of mindOn average this app will block at least, (and I strongly emphasize the at least) 10,000 intrusion attempts in a week. This week is a little higher because I’ve been outta the house more than usual, so right now I’m right around 19,700 blocked attempts. My only gripe with the app is this, (and it’s not even that major of a gripe), when restarting the iPhone X the app won’t reconnect/reactivate the VPN and get back on your local WiFi. So if you aren’t paying attention at home/work, or wherever you usually rely on a WiFi signal, you will chew through your data. You have to go into settings, scroll down to the VPN slider/button, tap it, it attempts to turn off and then turns right back on and connects to the WiFi immediately. It’s my home network, I’ve told it to trust it many, many, many times to see if it takes care of it...but, it does not. That’s really it. Haven’t had any other issues, no issues with the app interfering as far as blocking websites, app’s accessing the net, etc. Great app all around. And like I said, it gives you a little peace of mind while out n about searching the web for anything..Version: 2.3.1

✓ Great app!!!I haven’t had any issues surfing the web since I started using this app. It seems to do what is supposed to. It even ask, every time to connect to an unknown wifi, if you trust it. Simple to use, I’m happy with it. One thing I play online games using Luna so I have to turn it off to be able to play or else it makes the games choppy and laggy that’s all, maybe there is away to allow it to work without having to turn it off, idk. The only differences I would change is that you can disable the VPN from settings without it persisting to turn itself on. Also, you should be able to change where your Virtual Private Network is so that you don’t go on an app abs have to go through the struggle of going on to your VPN and then turn it off from there. I love the animation -while the VPN is on and while it is off- of Max. Overall, this app is absolutely spectacular. ✓ Great app!I used to get all kinds of pop ups when I was using the internet that I wasn’t able to exit out of. I’d be reading something and all of a sudden a spinning wheel would pop up with the message that I’d won something or other. The only way out was to close the window and start all over with a new internet search. It happened a few times a day. Since I installed this app, no more crazy popups! Sometimes it blocks me from opening a page I really want to see, but all I have to do is pause the app for an hour (there’s a button on the app -very simple), look at what I need to look at, and I can either start the protection immediately or the app will restart on its own after the time limit. Just protects from online threats and scans Wi-Fi to see if it’s safe. I think a new feature should be preventing malware. This would be another really big help!
