✓ All videos erased after UpdateI loved this app and raved about it to all my friends & acquaintances, telling them that it’s incredibly easy to use and so worth it. However, after I updated my app on November 28, 2018, all of my content from Jan-June were deleted. This happened when I opened the app after the update was completed. the app asked me if I wanted to store my content on cloud. I pressed yes, after which the app asked me if I wanted to make an account. I pressed “not now.” When the screen showed the “Calendar” screen after loading for a bit, my videos were all gone. I’m upset because there are many videos that I no longer have on my phone/deleted. It would’ve been helpful if the app had given a warning on what would happen after pressing “not now,” prior to resetting my video calendar in progress..Version: 2.15.5
✓ Doesn’t workEvery time I try to create a video, so like for the month, when I go to share it, it just says error every-time. It won’t let me add any music, overall don’t think it’s that good for the £25. Seemed fine until I actually wanted to create a video then went downhill from there. Think there’s better apps out there for similar price, I only tried the free trial thankfully, so I’ll be cancelling so I don’t get charged..Version: 3.7.1

✓ DisappointingThe app was working wonderfully, I had no problems and was excited to complete a whole video with a years worth of clips. However, after only having a months worth of videos, I went onto the app to find they were all gone. I cannot remake the video as I no longer have some of the clips saved to my camera roll and none of it will be on the right dates. Had high hopes for the app, but very disappointed. ✓ Loved but my account was deletedI loved this app and have been using it every day since my boys were born. I opened the app a few days ago and everything was normal. I just tried to open to add pictures from the last few days and everything is gone. When I tried logging in again, I had an error message showing that my account doesn’t exist or was possibly deleted. ✓ Video timeline crashes after viewing.The app has a lot of potential, but there are a lot of flaws that still need to be worked out. For example when you want to watch your timeline, video will crash after eight seconds. Next you can’t turn the phone sideways to view a bigger picture. And lastly you cannot upload older videos that are highlighted gray. There could be a chance that you can but my never uploads. Maybe after some updates with the app it will run a lot more smoothly..Version: 2.1.0
✓ Works fineThis app does its job as a place to upload one second clips. I find it easy to use and I don’t have any problems with the video selector, the scrubber, or the basic (non-subscribtion) services. However, the one problem that I have is that it takes forever for each video to load. You have to wait for the video to upload (usually takes about twice the length of the video), and then the video has to trim, which takes even longer. I enjoy this app but there’s a lot of waiting..Version: 2.16.2

✓ Trouble with uploading audioSo far the app has been okay- the main reason I’m not completely satisfied is the trouble I have with uploading a song to go with my video. It seems a very easy task to just pick a song from my library, but of course I run into errors like it’s “protected by DRM” The other option is to upload from my photo/video album? How would I get a song from there? For example if I want a Coldplay song as the background music, do I have to record a audio clip of the song itself?? Just a little weird for me..Version: 2.7.4

✓ Needs improvementIs a decent app when it actually does what it's supposed to. However, sometimes all videos will delete randomly, meaning going back and re-trimming months of videos, or even losing videos. ✓ AnnoyedWhen I updated this app it 1) made me put all my previous videos back in for each separate day, which is annoying and wastes my time and 2) has messed up the days each video belongs to. For example, before the update I had one video for Feb 9 and Feb 10 each. Now after the update those two videos are under Feb 9 and there are none under Feb 10 and since I can only choose one video for each day I basically lost one. After deleting some videos from the first week of the year off of my phone, I found that they deleted off of leap second too. I luckily had the videos in my recently deleted, but when it's later in the year im a little confused on how this is practical. I don't have enough space to keep a Years worth of photos and videos, and I have to delete them off my phone about once a month because of how many photos I take. At the end of the year I realized that I couldn’t make a video without purchasing a subscription. after using the app for a year I was disappointed but figured it’d be worth it. After purchasing the app, I was still not able to make a video with all of the captured moments and there is no form of customer support that I was able to find to contact. ✓ Great Idea, but had some issuesI thought the app was a great idea! I started a 2 year volunteer ship with Peace Corps in Senegal on February and was told about the app by another volunteer. I downloaded and even bought the premium version of the app was really impressed at first. That was until May when most of the 1 second videos I had recorded all deleted out of the blue. I felt completely defeated as it was a thing I aimed to have from the beginning to the end of my service. I ended deleting the app out of frustration. ✓ Easy to use, not the best qualityI used this app for a month while I did a road trip and loved it. Then decided to do it for the whole 2018 year. I like the idea that you can always upload videos at any time so I also haven’t looked back at the app in a little bit but then found that a lot of days were missing videos that I have previously uploaded to the app of 2018 (so I had to either rechoose the 1 second or they were deleted completely). I luckily saved half of the year in a video and when I looked back, I noticed the sound didn’t match what the screen was showing. It was okay to start, but after a month in, everything was mixed. I’m not sure what went wrong, but the sound was playing a few seconds ahead of what was being displayed..Version: 2.18.0
✓ Slightly MisleadingI love the concept, the interphase is decent, but before this update there was no language saying if you delete the one second videos in your phone's library it will effect the app. I've been using this app for close to 9 months and made the unfortunate decision to delete videos that began to appear in my camera last week and all of a sudden I was missing two weeks worth of moments. While it's not the Leap Second's fault cloud storage is that expensive, they should have been able to give a better heads up that deleting videos from your phone has a direct connection to the app..Version: 2.6.2

✓ App needs improvingHaving paid $8 for the full version of the app I would expect that I be able to arrange my videos with no problem, however after I place my videos in order the app rearranges them to whatever order, ruining my yearly video. Extremely disappointing when you pay for the full version and it causes more problems! When you click for help, it says that the certificate is not safe and cannot be trusted when visiting their website the copyright hasn’t been updated since 2022. Even though the app is being updated, something doesn’t seem right legally. without a privacy policy in place (which is even referenced in the terms of agreement) I can’t trust where my data is going and what’s happening with my recordings. ✓ Delete all my stuffI downloaded the app as a cool story over the course of the year. I wanted to be able to upload pictures from other days because often times I took pictures from Snapchat and saved them on different dates, so I paid an upgraded fee. The app erased all my uploaded pictures 3 times. There’s no memory on the device, and it doesn’t auto save. I had to reupholstered my pictures to days so many times I forgot what days had what pictures. It became so much work I stopped using it all together. Cool idea with good features for cutting video clips. ✓ Reliable with inconveniencesI have used similar apps that have lost all of my videos before but this clean design is very functional and reliable. I do however have one big problem with this app that would encourage me to go back to a different app. You can only put in videos from that day in a day’s spot. Simply put, I have days where I have two or even three videos I would love to be added to the memories and other days I forget or have nothing. I would love an option to select a day then go to camera roll and select from other dates as well. ✓ Enjoying it - but some annoying thingsI’m finding it quite fun and challenging to make a 1-Second video every day! The only downside is that if you want to upload a video from a different day you have to pay - today I asked my bf to send me a video he took last night so I could make yesterday’s leap second, but when it came through to me the date stamp thought it was taken today. Also portrait videos look a bit weird, I wish there was a background or something available to cover up the black sides. Apart from that it’s fine :).Version: 2.5.0
✓ All my videos are gone!I’ve just opened the app to do today’s video and all mine have gone .... it allows me to add videos I have on my phone from them days but I’ve lost everything!! So upset that all those memories have gone !!!!!!.Version: 2.16.1
✓ Upgrade to ProI recently upgraded to Pro and it takes away the option to put videos/pictures in the order the user would like to. It appears to go by the order in the day they were taken, which makes sense, though there are videos I would like to have next to each other for a better sequence than just the time in the day they were taken. ✓ Deleted everythingI recently updated my leap second, and all my videos were deleted and I have to restart now..Version: 2.7.3
✓ Lost everythingI loved this app so much, I have been doing it since Jan 1 for this year. It was incredible. I got a new phone and did back ups with iCloud but none of my photos transferred in the app on my new phone so I lost all 9 months of videos. Not sure why the app doesn’t have a back up. I paid for premium and am highly disappointed that I lost everything. It’s a good app but no back up is a huge problem..Version: 2.11.0
