The app has no problem finding the product lush via Bluetooth but it constantly disconnects and will not reconnect until the product goes through reparing. Very frustrating when the object is inserted and have to remove every time to do this. When I contact support they wanted a laundry list of specs and screenshots from my mobile device that I don’t understand. Too much hassle. Also beware the hush. It broke completely in 2. Too half disconnected from bottom half. Same issues with it as well until that happed. Also with that product little help from support. No product replacement. ✓ 2 months and 3 app updates later and it still doesn’t workI left a review in the beginning of June and the same issues happening 2 months and 3 app updates later. If you are using the long distance feature it doesn’t work with Nora. At all. You can send a help ticket and all they will tell you is “this will be fixed in the next app update.” $120 on this device that doesn’t work as advertised. I purchased it in May. So now after 3 months total, it’s the same issue. The help takes weeks to respond. To be fair I have no issue with the lush 3 connection at all and it works as advertised. The company and tech support will just run you around in circles and make you wait. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Just skip the Nora device unless you’re into being frustrated. Since the company does offer any other suggestions other than “wait for the next app update” when there is a defective device, I would recommend a different company that will actually fix the issue or make it right..Version: 5.5.4

✓ Love but so many problemsMy girlfriend and I absolutely love the features of this app but it seems like it has such flaws with the Bluetooth connectivity. No matter the feature it seems to disconnect to the preferred feature. Close range, long distance, sound, music; it does not matter. It just disconnects so easily, no matter the distance between us. We have looked up the possibilities of the issue but none seem to fix it. Would love to hear from someone from the company in order to sort this issue out. ✓ Great Product... Until It Isn’tAt first, there were connectivity issues. After that it wouldn’t process that i had permissions on. Now the lush 2.0, which was over $100 shuts off by itself, and the battery display is completely incorrect. It will claim I have full battery when it’s dead. The charger cord broke almost immediately so i have to angle it anytime i want to charge it. ✓ Whats wrong with this industry…This app is utter garbage. Music can only be added by mp3 download from PC? What the hell is that even? I didnt connect my iPhone to PC in 10 years. Dropbox anyone? Local files? iCloud? Next up: Sound detection. Total junk. How about using FFT to extract beats instead of just adjusting to loudness and then also with a 1-2 second delay? Garbage garbage. ✓ Lost everything that was ever sent in chatI enjoy the toy but I have never had so much trouble with images in the chat. Every time I open the app I am forced to log in even after I check the ‘keep me logged in button’. Images in the chat sent between my partner and I randomly don’t work which has been a problem from the start of using the app. After months of struggle I delete and reinstall the app assuming that because I have an account that I can keep my chat history. Nope. All gone. What’s the point of an account if nothing you do with it saves, why bother sending images through the app if they work at random. You can bet I will not be using this app for its messaging function as it is unreliable and has turned me off of future use of Lovense products that require an app as this needs to be fixed..Version: 3.7.5
✓ Customer service?I’m baffled reading these reviews. Wonder if many of these are just plain fake. They seem like it since they all sound the same. And rave about the wonderful customer service. Which is what I have a problem with. I was told a week ago my product shipped. Check UPS tracking and it says it’s not even in their possession because it HASNT BEEN SHIPPED YET! It should be here by now if it was shipped when they said it was. But it hasn’t even gone anywhere yet. Tried to reach customer service only to find out they’re one of those companies who will NOT provide a phone number to contact them. That’s just shady and bad business. So I had to email them. Unlike the reviews here who say they for a response from them within hours I wonder if I’ll ever hear from them at all. ✓ Just another great idea with poor executionI was hesitant getting the app from some reviews but it’s really the only way to control a toy long distance so I got it. Worked pretty well for about a month and now it’s just glitchy and horrible after the latest update. I get notifications 10-20 min after I’ve already replied to that msg. Toys for partners do show up like they used to. I can’t request to use a toy like I could and the when a play partner connects it gives a msg like I’m connected with a toy giving up control, but then I can control them. I wish I were an app developer so I could understand how something was working well gets substantially worse after updates for “minor bugs” and has more major bugs. ✓ ProblematicRecently been having issues with the app. At first it was having network errors causing it to be logged in but not online and when i try to log out and log back in it gets stuck on login. This was easily enough fixed with a phone re-start the first time, however, when it happened again and i attempted a fresh install i ended up with it stuck deleted from storage but still on my home screen with a blank default icon. ✓ Great idea, poor executionSadly I have to echo the majority of reviews here. The idea is great, and largely the app is functional for short distance. However, the majority of people buy this I believe to take advantage of the long distance features (especially as there are much better functioning toys for short distance). I was reading up carefully on these and came to the decision that I would try it - opting for the more expensive version of the toy that the company claims no longer suffers with all the issues reviewers are pointing out here. The is in fact simply a lie. I imagine it’s just the same hardware repackaged with this marketing drivel on the outside. The crashing problems are not solved, the app freezes and disconnects all the time and ultimately this has left me feeling like I’ve wasted a lot of money. I advise anyone considering this to avoid this product until they step up their game and resolve these issues. I see their responses on here, saying that there are likely problems with hardware on individual and particular toys. But the reality is that these errors are not infrequent and they seem to occur on a majority of devices. ✓ Like it, but way too much garbage in user-submitted contentThe ability to download patterns submitted by other users was a big selling point for me to get a Lovense product vs a competitor. Unfortunately, the pattern listings are absolutely clogged with people uploading 5-second patterns with titles like "let me control you" or whatever. Using it to advertise for hookups rather than to share fun things, basically. It makes it a real slog to find something good. There's a filter that lets you pick a minimum length, but it's not available on keyword searches so it's not nearly as useful as it should be. I wish they'd just have a separate section dedicated to helping people find someone to play with -- there's obviously a lot of demand for that! -- rather than ruining what would otherwise be a great feature..Version: 6.2.3

Numerous attempts were made to do so before I finally got a response from someone who told me that the only way to update the email was to delete my account & this had to be done through their end I could not delete my account or update it. Once I agreed to delete my account I would have to create a new account & it had to be done on line not through the app. I created my new account and now I can’t log onto the app! ✓ Firmware Update Serious IssueBought Lush Ver1 a few months ago and when I saw the Firmware Update in the app, clicked on it to install (toy was on, app open as instructed) and it went to 10% and then said update failed and it shut down the toy. I cannot use it on apps while streaming and that is a serious issue and I believe it has to do with not being able to download the firmware update which is unacceptable if the toy is still being sold. ✓ Good but alarmsReally good app, I love the patterns that you can discover and create and that your partner can control the toy. It works for me (UK) with my partner (USA), but the connection drops sometimes. It also stops working when I go onto my mobile date. There are also a few minor messaging issues, where I've ticked the button to autoplay patterns from someone and I still need to manually press play on them much more often than I would like. The most annoying issue, however, is that for the alarms to work, you need to have the app open and your phone on and right next to you. Otherwise, you just get the notification. I don't know about you, but I usually sleep with my phone off, otherwise the bright screen interrupts my sleep. This means that the alarms aren't very useful and this was unfortunate, as this feature was something I was very much excited for. Finally, even when you delete an alarm, you get two notifications for it, and there's no way to stop these notifications, as I have already deleted all of my alarms. The only way to disable these notifications would be to turn off all notifications from the app, and I don't particularly want to do that as I enjoy getting the message notifications when someone messages me..Version: 7.14.0

If youre lookin to hook up with someone then good luck. Its full of trolls, fakes, P2P, and guys pretending to be female. The groups are a joke for the most part. Get to control someone for 30 seconds at a time and if she doesnt provide audio and/or video then its about as exciting as watching paint dry. I had a Max2 and it was about 50/50, sometimes it was fun and felt good the other half not so much. It definitely is an app more for the women, they have no shortage of zombies willing to control them. I mentioned P2P(Pay2Play), its against Lovense's TOS yet they do nothing about them of which 99% are more than likely a scam anyways. ✓ Good, but could be better.My chief complaint is the APP. This company has been around too long for this APP not to be 100%. I am very disappointed that I can not use the APP with iTunes, Pandora, etc., or music that saved on my phone. The interface to make new patterns could be much nicer/easier. I would love to see more prostate toys that are longer and much stronger motors. I would love to see a prostate toy that has four strong motors inside; so, basically one toy that can be controlled through the app as thought it was two devices (if that makes sense). For example, (motor1)(motor2)(motor1)(motor2). Hard to explain, but I hope you get the idea. All that being said, the customer service has been A+++ and nothing but accommodating. My only, and truly this is the only one, is when we are together, the Bluetooth on the Lush just doesn’t have any range at all. If she crosses her legs, doesn’t work. If her back is to me, doesn’t work. I have all the updated apps, tried resets, etc. I would really have thought a useful range of 15ft would be normal. It was simply called "Wearables" and when launched it would go straight to a Touch ID log on screen. ✓ Connection issuesThe connectivity/antenna definitely needs improvement, my app loses connection with the device if it is more that 6inches away, unobstructed. Never mind if there is a layer of fabric in between, then it’s closer to 2-3 inches to maintain connection. ✓ Fun Toys, but App Needs More Work!The concept, as well as the toys, are great, but the app could really use some serious updates/corrections. Two items that would seem easy to fix: 1) Where is dark mode? Why does my iPhone or iPad have to be lit up with a white background creating a searchlight effect in low-light situations? After Apple having introduced dark mode several years ago, this app still does not utilise this capability and I have to go search down Apple's (now rather old) Smart Invert function. Yeah, it works, but it is a clunky, clunky, clunky approach and would be so easy to update. 2) And this one is even sillier, when using any prerecorded patterns in the Favorites screen, the control button is incorrect. The button is listed as "Play" which, once started, turns into the international symbol for "Pause", two vertical lines. That is what I would expect it to do and for it to retain its place in the pattern, but rather it stops and resets to the beginning of the pattern. Ideally, once a pattern starts, there should be both Pause and Stop buttons, but to have only one and to have it incorrectly labeled is just sloppy programming..Version: 3.8.0

However, the speed of the vibrations halves from what I set it to whenever I leave the app so I just have to remember to make it double the speed I want before I leave the app. I was very excited when I learned that the vibrations can sync to music, but unfortunately the music and vibrations just don’t sync up properly. I anticipated that the vibrations would match the melody to give you an immersive build up, but I’m lucky if the vibrations ever match a song’s tempo, let alone melody.
