✓ Great, but hard to progressHv been playing this game for quite a while now, and Hv been loving it, but I feel the sellers hv been making it more difficult to progress without you making in-app purchases. For example, you can now only accrue coins if you win the level, so you are never able to afford to ‘buy’ things in the ‘store’ that can help you into the next level. Also, you can do jobs in between, but even they are quite hard to do, so they don’t help you to earn your way to the next level. It’s a shame, because I’ve been stuck on a particular level for ages now, and am getting bored, so might just delete and move on to the next thing..Version: 1.17.1

✓ Use to play everyday - new update will make me uninstallI am SO disappointed in this game now. I almost finished the New Orleans level and I’ve played this game for like 2-3 years now? The only game I’ve every continuously played in my life. Now whenever they update they purposely add something sketchy to it. They just “added” to the bonus level (the only time you can actually get money to upgrade) and made it to where you can’t accidentally click the wrong thing AT ALL. It’s so sleazy they would do that...I’m so sad that I have to uninstall this but when it’s not fun anymore because they ruined it, it’s not fun anymore. They also keep adding all these weird events that creates bugs like not saving your game progress and not being able to earn any rewards you get...one time I was trying to win the event and kept winning, they weren’t adding my score up, it was the same number after every level I won! This game originally had 5 stars from me, but yeah have to give it 1 for screwing over the people that have played this game since it started. Bottom line - don’t F with the bonus level...not cool. ✓ Addictive game, but sick of it crashingThis is certainly a very addictive and entertaining game, I have so much fun on it! But lately it has been crashing every level. Sometimes it crashes after I complete a level but other times it crashes during the middle of a level and I lose a life, as well as any money I would have earnt or power-ups I would have used. It also crashes during the 10 minute Bonus levels so it's been harder to earn money. This really hinders progress and is frustrating, it's only started happening this frequently in the Bangkok section. Other than that, graphics are great, variety of dishes are great, there are so many levels and I love all the different cities. Please fix the crashing!!!.Version: 1.13.0
✓ Fave game everI love this game so much. The graphics are excellent and it is easy to learn but challenging at the same time. Unfortunately I have now got to the point where I have completed every city and so I’m constantly waiting for new cities to be added. There are the bonus rounds like Drive Ins and Food trucks which mean I can keep playing but the new cities are best. I have never spent any money on spoons at all, I agree with some of the other reviewers that some levels are impossible without a boost but many just require practice and patience. ✓ Have never had to pay!Love this game & literally play everyday. I read the reviews of people giving it a 1 star rating because they need spoons. I’m currently half way through the Rio level & have never had to pay for anything and have 1700+ spoons - yes I use them occasionally. Maybe I’m an addict, who knows, but I’m super happy with the game & the challenges. You can pick up the bonus boosts in the daily challenges & daily cookies. ✓ Some attempts are just impossibleI’ve noted that as you progress it no longer goes on skill but whether the game decides to let you win, usually when you’re on your last life, which is a big put off. It’s obviously set to make you want to buy ‘spoons’ to keep playing. If you’re patient to wait for more lives than the game is really fun play for free. However can see it would get quite expensive if you wanted to progress thru the game quicker as it’s quite addictive :).Version: 1.36.0

Unfortunately I’ve completed all the current city and the next one just says coming soon, I need to know when it’s coming as I don’t know what to do with myself now lol I disagree with the people saying u have to buy spoons I haven’t needed to. I just build up the spoons on the lower levels then use them when I need them on the higher levels I currently have 215 spoons and haven’t paid for any of them. ✓ Challenging and Fun 👍🏾Overall a fun game. Good amount of challenge but doesn’t feel impossible. Some of the levels do not feel like you can beat them without using boosters which means spending money, that’s annoying and my only complaint. For example having to serve 25 people in 35 seconds when each person has 3 orders, you have to buy more time even with a boost 🙄. The first restaurant in Tokyo was insane the sushi was really hard to see and thus made it hard to complete because I spent a lot of time trying to figure out the shapes. I almost gave up on the overall game because of it. One more thing, the bonus levels that you can play once you’ve completed a city are fun but we should be able to do something with all the extra money (like use it to buy boosts). I currently have 180k in NYC but can’t do anything with it. Maybe update that! Also it’s annoying when in bonus levels you’re given a certain dish to make or person to serve x amount of times but then those things never come up in the level which causes you to have to play bonus levels way more than you should..Version: 1.15.1
✓ I really like this game except...I find some of the levels virtually impossible to beat without spending money to get more spoons because there’s no previous levels available to get more since you have beat them all. Another problem I have discovered which is not necessarily the games fault, but I have a iPhone and the bar to close the game is always in the bottom of the screen, which makes the sensitivity messed up, and you unable to click on items that are done, causing you to loose levels because you either burn something or can’t get the food out of the cooking area and customers leave. I may have to try to finish these levels on a tablet which will cause other problems because of the tablet size. Another issue I have found is that if you technically beat a level but the timer hasn’t run out and you make a mistake you loose the level. For example; serve 12 plates of food without trashing anything. I had 14/12 plates of food with time still in the clock and double clicked a plate and lost. ✓ I love this game! Highly addictiveThis is the only game that I have stuck to and actually finished all levels. I have over 1000+ spoons so there is no issue in completing any level. I was reading through comments and people saying it is hard to complete levels etc. My tip is that get heaps of combos. Max combo is 5 so if you can get 5 combos every single time, it is very easy to pass any stage along with upgrades. I do agree with some people that the only downside I find in this game is money from previous game can’t be used or rollover to the next country. So that is a bit annoying. But apart from this. ✓ Great as a calming tool/stress relieverI have never been into game apps, never played Candy Crush, that farm game or any of the other popular ones. When I would DL a game here & there I always deleted it within a day or two b/c the interest wasn’t there. I usually like word or mind games but I stumbled upon this game in 2017 and have been playing faithfully. This game is extremely organized, efficient, fun, has cool graphics and I’ve rarely encountered technical issues. I also love how culturally competent the creators of the dishes appear to strive to be; makes the game so much more authentic. I have never spent a dime in this game as the daily tasks and special events keep my inventory of spoons & boosts stacked. I do hate that they put a cap on the cupcakes but I’ve adjusted. I have a stressful career & sometimes I’ll stop to play for a few minutes at my desk to help de-stress. Clearing out jobs or tasks within the time frame help me feel better about not meeting my real deadlines at work lol. I also sometimes play at night before bed to wind down. ✓ Good game in the beginningI’ll start by saying this is a good game overall. I’m impressed with the responsiveness, graphics, and overall fun it has been to play this game. I also enjoy the ability to earn spoons as you progress on new levels. Again I enjoy playing and the game is one of my most played when I need to unwind. My issue is with the difficulty as you progress to the higher levels. I understand a certain amount of challenge in the group of 40 for each restaurant, but when I can’t complete a level because the game doesn’t factor enough people within the time limit or I don’t make enough money as the goal because customers only ask for one item for all 4 on the screen, this is when I have to say enough is enough. In the levels for Athens and beyond, I see this more and more (Mexico City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Moscow). I can only progress when I use my boosts that I’ve been trying to save for later cities, but I have to use 2-3 at a time to make it through then the next level is the exact same goal with 5 seconds less than you had previously. Please fix this. I really do enjoy playing this game, but it might just end up being another app that I get frustrated with and delete because it’s too difficult. ✓ Brilliant!This is the best game I’ve played in a long time. It gets more challenging and more fun as you progress and unlike a lot of other games you don’t need to spend real money to progress! You can still progress quickly without spending a penny and the game also isn’t full of adds or ‘energy’ that you have to spend money to remove/increase. I’m also surprised but how little the game drains the battery, I’ve spent hours on it and only had a decrease of 20% in battery life. Highly recommend. ✓ Dislike the new updateI’ve really been enjoying this game being on quarantine. It’s a good one to play for a little while here and there between the demands of my kids and my job, but I have to say I hate the new update. Now the upgrades pop up to tell me what is available to be upgraded. It’s super annoying. I now have to hit “cancel” 2-3 times every time I want to play a new level. When it first updated I wasn’t paying attention to what had popped up and accidentally clicked yes and spent 4,000 coins on an upgrade I didn’t want or need. I was SOO IRRITATED because I was closing in on the amount I needed for a more expensive upgrade. Like 9,000 or something and had to spend extra time in extra shift levels which are tedious. I also dislike the fact that when you go to a new area your money doesn’t go with you. You have to start over and the new upgrades are way more expensive. We’ll see if I keep playing much longer, but for now at least I guess I’ll keep going. Haven’t spent any real money on the game so that says something. I hate games that almost force you to spend money to keep going. I hardly use any of the power ups too so that’s nice..Version: 1.55.1

✓ Best Cooking Game AvailableNearly a year ago now, I discovered this amazing time management cooking game. There is no doubt, this is the best one out there on the App Store — nothing even comes close in my opinion. Currently cooking my way through Jerusalem and enjoying every moment I play! The colorful and detailed graphics, characters and even city maps are created by the app designers with great attention to detail. In my opinion, they also balance making the game challenging but not overly frustrating. For me it is been a great escape from the stress of everyday life. My only suggestion for improvement is adding cities more frequently. Having played the game for a while now, I have noticed cities are added around every 2-3 months now rather than on a monthly basis. Really enjoying this game but quickly running out of cities, even after trying to ‘ration’ the remaining levels by dragging them out. I know a lot goes into designing these amazing cities but it would be amazing if they could be added just a little more quickly! ✓ Disappointed UpgradeI have been playing this game for about 4 years and I’m upset about the developers greed for money. Instead of winning 3 spoons, 2 spoons and then 1 spoon to complete a trio of levels now you only can win 1 spoon. Also the chilli levels are impossible to complete unless you use an upgrade - forcing you to use spoons! I fortunately haven’t used any money on the game yet as I save my spoons but I don’t think it’s fair. ✓ Love it!!Have tried quite a few restaurant games and found it difficult to progress through the levels because it was to difficult unless you pay.. but this game doesn’t! Sure it progressively gets hard through the levels but you can definitely finish all the levels without paying any amount of money at all! I’m now on my 8th restaurant! 😊😊 enjoy! ✓ Adore the game but some slight issuesHave had the game for a couple years now and it’s been really fun to play and watch grow throughout the times. Really like that even when I get stuck and quit for a bit it’ll give you presents when you come back granted after a couple days but still cool. Also it’s not an impossible thing to go through the game without paying, it may take time but thankfully not a must. There are issues at least with one of the levels for me that got extremely annoying, in New Delhi for the first restaurant the kulfi only loaded one at a time and never really got any faster even when fully upgraded and it made it almost impossible without spoons (which I didn’t buy, just did the wait thing) and it didn’t help that quite a few levels the customers only order multiple kulfi per person and it only loads one. Also not sure if this is everyone or maybe just me but it’s been quite a few times I’ve spent spoons to continue play but the game spits me out and when I reload it, it still took my spoons without giving the extra play but that’s probably a small bug. I have reached Rio and haven’t spent any money so it is possible if you are patient, wait for the daily free gifts and keep doing the daily tasks to win extra bonuses, etc. I agree with the double tap to dispose - caught me out a couple of times too! Maybe you could drag and drop the dish into the bin? And also the coins cannot be transferred to other levels. The daily tasks often require you to go back to other cities to play and you earn coins in that city that can’t be transferred and spent in your current one. Bit frustrating to have thousands of coins sitting in New York that I can’t transfer to spend in Greece. Could be done perhaps with the added dimension of an exchange rate? ✓ Very addictiveFirstly I would just like to say this game is very addictive to anyone who loves playing games. So I have just completed the first 110x3=330 levels I had over 83,000 coins and I thought that would be a great start to the next levels in Paris but NO we now have Paris coins so what are you with all the coins you got in New York plus the dailies are still sending me back to New York now why would I want to go back and do them for when I can't even use the coins. What would be really good is you can buy Paris coins from your New York ones even if it means you only get say half. Please add this into the game as it would make it so much better. ✓ Great game, but frustratingI love this game but agree with most people. Even doing all the daily challenges and bonuses, I still can’t pass a heap of levels, even with ALL upgrades. Customers walking so slow on the timed ones or not enough customers, only ordering drinks on point levels etc. It’s fine if you want to play for hours, but you lose lives as well? Even buying spoons it gets impossible so it stops being fun after a while. I’m just throwing money away, it’s really not fair. Also agree with the money transfer comments. ✓ One of the best “free” games.This game is amazing. Yes you can pay to get spoons and boosts but you really really do not need to. Just log in every day and get the bonuses for completing quests. There are plenty of special events where you can win boosts as well. Some levels are challenging but then the game would be boring if it was easy to pass every level. You win lots of coins to buy the upgrades for the equipment in the shop. If you need extra coins to upgrade a machine or item to pass a level you can play bonus shifts of levels you have already passed to earn more coins. Really good value and very fun to play. ✓ Highly addictive. Similar to meth I’d imagine.I cannot stop playing this game. I’ve now been playing since the beginning of July and it’s now mid October. I have no issues with this game apart from some levels it’s just physically impossible to beat the timer. You have to serve like x amount of customers in 30 seconds or something. Your stuff just doesn’t cook quick enough and you end up having to use boosts or spoons. Doesn’t happen often enough for it to be a major issue tho. I’m also stuck on a level now (the marzipan cat level) and because you have nowhere to put your eggs, you have to time them just right to make sure they don’t burn. But they take too long to cook on this level to just wait until the orders are placed because all the customers are impatient ones. I’m pulling my hair out. Please make sure there are plates for everything! I always have an abundance of spoons which makes the game considerably more enjoyable than other games with limited resources and lives. The perks of infinite time are great too. This is what keeps me interested in the game. It’s hard enough to not be boring but easy enough to not give up and never play again. Great game overall. ✓ Best cooking gameI know a lot of reviews are saying about having to buy spoons to progress and to be fair, early on, so did I. However as I’ve progressed through they have been a lot more generous with spoons. I now have built up loads. If you add friends, it gives you extra time on those difficult levels for free without paying for spoons and remember to make use of the free cupcakes. These are renewed in time if you can wait it out. It’s worth making friends via the facebook page. (I have set them to limit what they can view on my profile though)..Version: 1.32.0
✓ Good fun but ....I really enjoy playing this game it’s great fun and rather addictive but I am so disappointed that it isn’t a one-off payment game. I refuse to play into the trap of purchasing the ‘spoons’ which are necessary to make progress through the levels smooth running. It is possible to play without buying them although it is extremely frustrating as on new levels you soon run out of hearts ( chances ) and then have to wait before your lives are renewed over a 15-20 minute period. I’m sure Big Fish have plenty of takers for this kind of money- making game but I’m not one of them. What a shame, as I agree with other players who find it entertaining . ✓ Awesome but would like some improvementsI LOVE THIS GAME! I’m a late night person and play when I have time and will play for hours! I’m in Moscow and I have hundred of thousands of coins in previous cities that don’t carry over and I have spent probably over $100 on boosts and spoons in the months I have been playing this game. However, would love to be able to use that money towards SOMETHING! Anything really! Also, I agree with others that the infinite lives should be treated as a boost to use whenever you want I have lost so many of the daily ones simply because I can’t play for 17 minutes right then or even an hour or whatever the time may be. That would be a fantastic change! I spend money on the game but would like to get a little more out of my hard earned coins that I have spent HOURS earning just to pass levels because I’m competitive and have this compulsive desire to be caught up on the cities before a new one comes! ✓ Been Playing Since 2018This game is the only one I’ve found that keeps your interest. Just when you start to get bored, you end up in a new city and have to start fresh and new! Most games get boring because they become too easy over time, but in Cooking Craze, you’re always being challenged in new cities, and it keeps things interesting because there’s no chance to become bored with it! (until you’re in the last city for a year waiting for a new one to be released). The only 2 improvements I can suggest are (1) to add the “Go!” button back for the serve streaks. Once you’re in the last city, the levels for the streaks are random all over the city, and that button used to take me straight to the next level. Now I have to scroll around till I find the blue one. Honestly, it only takes a few seconds more, but that button is quite convenient when you’ve been on the last city since Tbilisi was the last city. The other improvement suggestion would be (2) the option to turn OFF boosts. For instance, say I just won an event and have an hour of the booster where the dishes are automatically served to customers. Now I’m on a combo level and can’t time my combos correctly because the dishes keep getting served before I’m ready so I can’t make combos like I need to in order to beat the level..Version: 1.87.0

It would be better if you could enable it on all cities so that there is a little variety in the game. It gets a little boring playing the same city over and over again to get ahead in tournaments. ✓ So Fun!I gotta say, this is my absolute favorite game I’ve ever downloaded on the App Store. It’s super fun and addictive. I appreciate all the details they put into every country and the different ways to cook the foods and the ability to earn boosts / spoons in a way that I think is fair. Other games I’ve played pretty much force a player to pay but I’ve never really felt that with this game. You just have to be patient and keep plugging away at the levels or the weekly challenges to earn those extra boosts. Personally I’ve never had too many issues with it, sometimes it does freeze but very rarely for me and it’s usually if I lost a level. It does glitch out on occasion where if I use a boost and then lose, the next time I try that level or any other level I’ve lost, my boost will reactivate. Sooo I guess I’m not really complaining about that glitch as much lol. I will say that the levels where you have to make a certain amount of money can be a little annoying / frustrating but I usually wait until I either have infinite lives so I can keep trying to beat that level or play extra shifts to earn enough money to upgrade my stuff so that I can earn more money. I think the thing I appreciate the most about this game are the weekly challenges, they are so fun and keep the game interesting for me, especially since I’m still only in Rome at the moment. ✓ A couple of things...I really do enjoy this game; I’ve been playing for about 6 months now. They’ve made some really good updates & some really bad ones along with it. I’m glad they got rid of the “touch the wrong thing & end your turn” on the bonus levels because those were absolutely stupid, but I’m mad they shortened them to 180 seconds instead of 300. That’s where I make up a lot of extra coins when I’m needing upgrades. I’ve also noticed that my game force quits when I am offline or in airplane mode, which isn’t too often, but would be frustrating for someone who constantly is. I also really personally hate the bonus levels because you’re not getting any additional coins for the food served. One upgrade that they made a few months ago and i loved was the month long, blue star challenge, but it looks like they just got rid of it for no apparent reason. Can you please bring that back?! ✓ Worth itI’ve been playing this game for ages, figured it was time I left a review. It’s one of the few games left that doesn’t feel like it wants my money every 30 seconds. There are some ads but they’re not overwhelming, you can sometimes choose to watch ads for additional bonuses (like doubling the money after a level) They’re very generous with gifts/boosters to help you out on the difficult levels. ✓ A great time killerThis is arguably, one of the best games I’ve played on my phone or tablet. I started playing at the start of lockdown and it really helped me pass the time through those dark days. I’ve noticed a lot of people saying that it’s imposssible to play unless you spend real cash, but that is simply, not true. I’ve completed every level of every restaurant up to, Singapore. ✓ DisappointingI’ve played this game for awhile and I’ve done quite good at it after I had ago without logging into Facebook a second time round. The game is coded for you to not pass certain levels the first time. Anytime I am on a roll and passing them first time round I end up on a level with a lower goal than the previous but they give me less customers or less dishes which make it impossible even in a fully upgraded kitchen !!! ✓ Best cooking game by far!I love this game! So many levels without having to buy additional levels, each city increases in difficulty and your own time management skills you either fail or succeed. I would have given this game 5 stars, but the only issue I have with it is that once you earn an excessive amount of money on a country, you cannot transfer that money to use for the next country. Which gives the game a bit of a challenge, because when you start off on a new country you are forced to replay levels to earn enough money to upgrade your items needed to advance to some of the more harder levels where you are timed or have to earn enough money to pass it and if your items or cookware isn’t upgraded it’s impossible to pass the level . ✓ Combos and GameplayOverall this game is great. Compared to cooking fever (a similar game) I enjoy the much faster gameplay. You spend less time making the food and more time on how fast you can go. The world design and graphics are also very clean and striking. There’s a lot of different cuisines and multiple restaurants for each country. Ok, time for my issues. As you progress, you get bombarded with combo levels where the only way to make money is by doing combos. Great idea right? Not really when every other level is based on this mechanic. Almost every combo levels are impossible to complete without buying power ups for EACH level. It doesn’t matter if I have all maxed out upgrades, I can’t complete them even if I play a “perfect” game with the combo strategy in mind. Every world now focuses on this taking away from the fun of it. Not to mention sometimes the logic doesn’t make sense. I may have maxed out upgrades but when I replay earlier levels I lose by a lot. ✓ Best Game Out There!I must say the graphics in this game is the best. I love how detailed every aspect of this game is. The best part? Absolutely no ADs! I hate waiting on ads & the fact that this game doesn’t have any, just makes it so much better. ✓ Wonderful time management game except....Except there are still bugs and fixes that need to worked on. 1. For example I can double tap on some of the “correct” food items to serve the customers and it won’t serve them. Better yet that food goes straight into the trash, which has cost me to fail many levels, especially the bonus restaurant level which is my favorite part of this entire game. I wish the bonus restaurants didn’t take so long to unlock, 4 hrs. This happens allll the time and frustrates me so much, because of this I’ve lost several times. I have to tap food over and over again. But sometimes I think they designed it that way for you to lose levels. 2. Also, after I’ve been fully upgraded and you have to pass the levels based on dollars, some levels you just can’t pass until you purchase like two and sometimes three boosters. That’s insane. 3. ✓ Great addictive gameI love this game so much, in my opinion you can progress without having to buy the spoons, the first 100 levels are good with just the right level of difficulty and when it gets tougher you just have to learn how to do it with going faster and serving dishes all at the same time to get bonus money. I would’ve given it five stars if not for the fact that it becomes a little repetitive after you complete a level but have to complete the same level again in order to progress. ✓ Fun gameI really enjoy the game. It's challenging. I don't like that I don't get to decide which plate an item tapped is added to, or which customer gets served. I've never had to spend real money to advance in the game (and I'm all the way to Munich), but it can be a real challenge to earn enough money or enough likes to advance through some levels. Strategic use of boosters and cupcakes is a must. Replaying finished levels is a bit boring, but at least you can earn free boosters by completing daily challenges. On the whole, I'd say if you like time management games, this one is definitely worth a try. Of similar games, I like the gameplay of Cooking Fever better, but that game is a true money-grubber and they never update it. **Adding a couple of dislikes: The newest cities, such as London and Munich, have some levels that are truly impossible to pass without boosts. Over 80 plates to serve with 65 seconds on the clock is ridiculous and unfair. I don’t like that the money I’ve earned in completed cities is useless. There should be some kind of conversion that gives me some value for those coins in new cities. ✓ Great for the first 7 Countries!!Have been playing this game for a while and really enjoy it. Love the different restaurants and variety however I am now on my 8th Country - Mexico - and hate this level! I understand that developers want to add different challenges and make some levels harder however I’m finding the “combo” levels practically impossible to do without using boosts which frustrates me and takes a lot of the enjoyment out of the game. Also starting each new city with no money and the time it takes to build this up enough to upgrade so you can complete levels is also starting to frustrate me, particularly at the start of Mexico City. Perhaps adding in a “Currency Conversion Centre” where you could convert money from one country to another, even if this was like $2 for $1, at least you could start with something. ✓ Pretty good restaurant gameI have played a few restaurant games, and this is definitely one of the better ones. I like the rate of progression and the fact that each level has three tiers that increase in difficulty. My one complaint is that you don’t get to keep any money you made during a failed level. Sure I get that you need to complete levels to progress, but once you finish all three tiers of a level, you can’t replay it (except when they open it up as a special replay level occasionally), which really limits money making opportunities. I am currently struggling with a level, and I would have no problem grinding lower levels or failing many times to make the money to upgrade my restaurant so that I can succeed, but it doesn’t work like that, so I’m feeling rather stuck now..Version: 1.40.0
✓ Great game but difficult further onTo the game devs I suggest that you add a “currency exchange” option to change money from the previous city to the next for some extra because it is frustrating to get stuck on the same levels because you can’t do the shifts either from not having enough money to upgrade stuff. ✓ Best Free Game I Have!I’m now on Moscow, the 9th city, having fully completed the previous 8. This means that as each level must be played 3 times to get a star I have played over 2,850 levels (not including the bonus levels, extra shifts and all of the times I have lost a level!). Each day you receive free bonuses to help you through the game (spoons, power ups, coins etc), meaning it is entirely possible to get through the levels without spending any money, something other players have complained about having to do. Admittedly when I first started playing I did give in and buy a few spoons when I got stuck in Paris (the second city) but haven’t needed to since! Perseverance and patience will get you there. There are often bonus events that again offer power ups as prizes to get you through the levels. This is honestly the best, and most expansive free game I have downloaded. It is fast paced (eventually when you are a few levels in to a new restaurant) and engaging. It doesn’t require you to spend money unless you’re totally impatient which makes it great for all ages. The game by itself is very addictive and fun and well designed. And I have reached and advanced level, i’m not a beginner. However, the low review is for the developers. They send you a survey to ask you about what you prefer in the game in order to “improve the game experience”. And when you take the time to honestly reply, they take it away from you. I answered that i loved the daily challenges, so they made an update where it became absolutely impossible to complete any daily challenge. I have spent (way too much) money on it but you really don’t need to, there are decent opportunities to earn rewards they just don’t build up very fast. I deducted a star because some of the levels are straight up impossible without spending ‘spoons’ - for example ones where you have to serve a certain number of customers within a set time and there just aren’t enough customers coming through the door. There are bonus levels to earn revenue but the patience level and burn speeds progress more quickly than the regular ones, they are impossible without boosts. ✓ Can’t WinGame is so difficult to beat at least at the Paris level. First level ability to win was reasonable, but you can’t build enough coins to update in Paris so you will play one level upwards of 50 to 60 times just to NOT get the golden ticket or lose all of your hearts in the process and have to wait forever to play again. I don’t understand why the coin rewards are so low that you can’t upgrade unless you play levels 700 times. I understand needing difficulty, but impossible is unnecessary. Why not charge people a flat fee to play games, instead of a free download that could end up costing 100’s of dollars just to get spoons and coins to play. Hell, I’d pay the cost of an X box or PlayStation game just to have the opportunity to play seamlessly and WIN every once in a while. ✓ Challenging and fun!I love this game. It’s got a ton of levels and individual events as well. It seems very well made. You don’t have to watch ads unless you want extras in the game, which is really nice. A lot of games make you watch an ad in between each round/level, which gets annoying. It is very difficult at points, which I appreciate, because that’s hard to find in free mobile games. But it is possible to pass really hard levels if you use strategy and do the 3 bonus tasks every day. It seems like some levels are a little harder than they need to be, though. I feel like some are literally impossible without a lot of boosts, mainly because you have to serve a certain amount of customers in a period of time that seems too short. But like I said, with enough patience and strategy, I’ve been able to pass ones I’ve thought were impossible. The only issue I’ve had with the game is the fact that over the past several days, no matter what I do, whenever I open the map, I get the leaderboard result of an event that ended like a week ago, and is no longer relevant. I can’t get it to stop popping up, but I am able to close it. That’s a really small gripe though, something I’m sure will get sorted out in the next update. ✓ Good except for one thingI love this game. It’s an amazing game and a fun challenge. One of my favorite mobile games. I want to give 5 stars but there is one major problem. I always have trouble with the levels where you have to meet money goals. I spend money to upgrade items on the menu that customers most like so that way i can make more money. But every time I buy an upgrade, somehow the customers NEVER order the very item on the menu I upgrade that they were previously ordering a lot of. So I rarely pass the levels where you have to meet a money requirement therefore I have to keep using my power ups in order to win those levels and I don’t think that’s fair. One restaurant I upgraded every item and every food on the menu except for one for item, I couldn’t pass one of the last levels unless I upgraded that item. ✓ Best GameI absolutely love this app/game! The levels in each city start easy and get harder the further along you progress. One of the things that I love about the game is that as soon as one side challenge ends, another commences. This keeps the game fresh. If you’re stuck on a level you can keep playing the different challenges and quests which keeps you entertained. Each day you get a reward from the chef which is awesome! Overall I really love this game, the only improvement would be getting maybe ten spoons instead of three each time. That would be fabulous! 😍.Version: 1.32.0
✓ Addictive but crashesLove the game, but has crashed twice on me where the app won’t load when I open it and eventually says “download error”, even after I reinstall the app and restart my phone a couple times. Plenty of storage is available and the WiFi works fine on other apps and my laptop, so I’m not sure why it does that. ✓ Such fun!It’s good that if you don’t have enough ‘spoons’ you can get more by going over levels to reach ‘the crown’ and get more currency and spoons. It’s great that you only have to tap the food etc to get it to move rather than having to drag it. I feel like I’m typing when I play as you can tap multiple items at the same time, so can use both hands. It’s easy to progress through without having to spend real money! Daily bonus is silly 15 minutes of free play instead use to be bonus to help with the game. ✓ CookingLoved the game, addictive and fun, the only downfall is the timed modes, and the bonus level is very difficult, used all I had, went for ages thought I did very well but did not get any star, other than that great game xxx now have played for a couple of weeks, on level a hundred, the only frustrating thing now about the game is you have too many levels cooking the same thing, and in timed mode you just cannot do it unless you use everything you got, then you have to do it all over again 3 times to carry on, getting too monotonous now, PS I do not buy spoons, should be fun game without spending money, back again to finish review, got the hang of it now, getting better everyday on levels, love it xx.Version: 1.9.0

✓ Fun, challenging and relaxingI love this game and still plays it from the first day I had this game downloaded. It’s so fun and challenging. I play it anytime I have free time. I love that we always get to earn money and spoons so there’s really not a need for in app purchase. My fav is the free unlimited lives. I read other comments that it’s hard to pass the levels and you have to pay. In my experience I didn’t have to pay. For me this is the point of game, to have a bit of challenge so the game doesn’t get boring and doesn’t end too quickly. Also as another comments mentioned, you earn spoons over time that you can use when you don’t pass a level. That’s how I mostly past all the difficult levels. This is definitely one of the best game I’ve ever played. No issues so far. Highly recommend..Version: 1.43.0
✓ Would have given it 5 stars but......I really enjoy this game & found it excitingly challenging but certainly not impossible.. until I hit the latest world of Mexico City. It’s been a little more difficult as I didn’t properly understand the combo levels but I figured it out but still find it super difficult to finish :( also in the past when a level is tried and failed, you would still get some coins from it so you could eventually upgrade your food and machines & eventually get past the level- now you don’t get any coins from failing a level & find that frustrating! ✓ Fantastic and fun!I absolutely rate this game. It’s not ‘too’ addictive haha but it definitely keeps you entertained for hours. I don’t see the purchase element a problem, I have lots of spoons, none which I paid for, I just make sure I use my abilities strategically and they last forever. There are a few levels which are challenging and require you to play with skill as well as speed to get your combos up to pass it, but that’s what I enjoy! You really don’t need to pay a penny to play if you play wisely and tbh, it’s such a well made game, if it came to it I wouldn’t mind paying the developers a few quid as it’s great! ✓ Continuously shuts downThe game is fun and addictive but it shuts down constantly, and sometimes I have to open it up a dozen times just to get it to start up. I’ve made it to halfway through Paris and the data files (not including the actual app) has made it to 1.18 gigs?!! I’m guessing that there’s too much data so that it has trouble loading? ✓ Highly addictive!Fun, beautiful graphics that developers have put great thought into. But beware, it is definitely a time-waster and highly mesmerising. You will end up spending more and more on spoons as you progress - there isn’t enough physical time to complete some challenges. So watch your back pocket! Could developers please give players the option of using their “earned” currency to trade in for spoons? ✓ Great game but....I absolutely love this game and got totally addicted HOWEVER like a lot of other users I am now pretty fed up as I have got to a point where I am totally unable to progress without boosters. Customers walk in slowly and not enough come through the door to allow you to get enough positive ratings and serving all the customers quickly, having carried out ALL upgrades I cannot make enough money either. I now have nearly 50,000 coins but I cannot use these for boosters or spoons only upgrades, all of which I have already purchased. Very frustrating. This game would be made fantastic if you could use your coins for upgrades AND spoons! In addition, developers PLEASE get rid of the double click to trash!
