✓ MoreI love this app. My daughter learned so much in the first use and so I did the monthly subscription. I just wish the math was included. ✓ No soundDownloaded this on my sons iPad, he is autistic and a massive fan of the endless learning apps, set up a monthly £8 subscription and there’s no sound whatsoever which has been very frustrating for him! Tried uninstalling then downloading again and also updating his iPad but to no avail, it just will not play any sound. It isn’t a problem with the iPad as we don’t have this issue with any of his other apps. Tried downloading it on my phone and it worked without any problems so no idea why it won’t work on his iPad. Checked the settings on the app and the sounds are switched on so I am baffled and also frustrated that I’ve spent £8 for it not to work properly..Version: 10.1
✓ This app is too upsetting for my 6 year oldsMy kids used to love this app when I first got it for them but now after a few days when they went on the word sneeze in the spelling compartment in the app it gave them a stroke and then they watched the scene when poor pistachio was having a cold and all the tissues were on his bed and he was sniffing and sneezing and that he ran out of tissues. this got my kids upset and deleted the app luckily the subscription stayed but then the next day I downloaded it for my other daughter who’s only 5 and when she went on this app she cried because she watched the same thing and no one came to help pistachio because he had a cold and so this app leaded to 3 upset daughters Can you please remove the word sneeze from the spelling compartment just please can you remove it. ✓ Love the app when it worksMy son loves the app and we do to because it’s very effective. The only problem is that it regularly crashes when he tries to complete a lesson on the lesson plan. It will then automatically reopen the app and will not have saved the progress. ✓ It’s a con as charged after “free trial”When I signed up the marketing said it was £4 odd per month and that you can cancel any time. After my 7 days free trial I got an invoice stating I’ve been charged nearly £50. So not £4 odd per month!!! I tried to cancel immediately but was told it was not possible! The marketing is fake and the company lies. They told me I can’t get refund as “it’s up to Apple” and Apple says “no” (based on instructions from the company as I “don’t fit general criteria for refund request” as set by the developer). I do not for a second believe that when the developer says there is “nothing they can do” that it’s true! They don’t WANT to cus they got my money. I didn’t want to extend past free trail as it turned out not to be suitable for my children. I tried to cancel on day 7 of “free trial” 🖕.Version: 9.4

✓ Love but...Ok so I found these amazing apps and my son loves them! So of course I bought a few, then I discovered there was this academy that has all the apps I bought plus some more all for one low price but add that to what I already bought then it’s one very high price the only app I’m missing is the basic abcs one and the one that doesn’t have a stand alone app which would be the only one I would even want at this point and I really want it but I’m not paying $84 for just one app. I’m soo disappointed and I’m not the only one I have seen others with the same problem. :(.Version: 9.0

✓ Great but…I’ve previously purchased many apps from this company, Endless Numbers, Endless Spanish, Endless Reading, Endless Alphabet, Endless wordplay. My kids love them… they are great. So when I saw that this company came out with a music app I was thrilled… but because it’s only bundled with all the apps I’ve purchased previously, I can only access the new music app if I spend $80 per year on a subscription. Eak! I will be canceling after my free trial. I’d happily give all the individual apps 5 stars… but this bundle is bad business. It leaves me, a loyal customer, feeling very disrespected. ✓ Really wonderfully done appAnd very unique compared to other apps . And with SO MUCH content to learn it's really never ending. The animation is really great well done as is the learning style. This app is quite pricy compared to other apps (i really had to think it through) I feel it's very much worth the investment for us. My 3 year old son has autism and really loves this app:) and we did purchase the endless numbers app before this one. However, I do feel that for those parents whom purchased some these apps already, it would only be fair to subtract the amount they already payed from the total cost of this one. ✓ Sneaky billingI tried the “free trial” only to find that they do not make it obvious on how to cancel the subscription, no in app reminder to cancel or show how many days remain in the trail. My phone’s settings did not have a way to cancel. canceling is not obvious in the app’s settings. I deleted it from the home page and THEN was notified I’d already been billed for next month. I canceled because although many aspects of the app are strong, the “endless numbers” package I bought in full only goes to 100? It made me not want to buy the rest of their suite..Version: 13.7

✓ No French in Canadian versionMy kid loves this app and has learned a lot from it, but I really wish that the Canadian version had French instead of Spanish. Spanish is great and all, but Canadian kids are required to learn French in all schools throughout the country. ✓ Don’t Buy A Lifetime PassI purchased the lifetime pass on my iPad as I always do. I purchase all apps on my own phone or iPad to review before allowing my children to play them. After spending over $90 on this app it will not allow me to put the app on my twins iPads without repurchasing. I use my iTunes account for all three iPads, so I’m unsure why it’s not working. ✓ Don’t buy a lifetime pass, no new content in over a year.I bought the lifetime pass last year, which was very expensive, because they were adding new content all the time back then and the ads said that would continue. Well, it has been more than a year since any new content, just bug fixes and a holiday themed home page. My kids played often for a couple of months. Now only once in a while, making me wish I’d just done the monthly so I could cut it off when they got tired of it (would have saved me over $100). ✓ False claimsThe creators of this app clearly don’t understand the science of reading or how it applies to learning to read. They claim the child will learn phonics but they don’t understand what phonics are. The letters in digraphs are treated as separate letters rather than the unit that they are. Letter names are used in places where the sounds would be much more beneficial. If there are no concerns with a child learning to read, using this app probably won’t do them harm. However if the child has any issues with literacy, they shouldn’t use this app. The letter formation section is good. It’s a shame the reading & spelling sections aren’t. ✓ If it works…I have used this app for over 4 years and have experienced general dismay every time a glitchy update comes along and ruins our daily routine. ✓ Good app so farWe’ve used it less than a week so I can’t say how much my kid is learning. However, she prefers it over Hooked On Phonics which I’ve been trying to push on her. Today, she asked me if we could stop doing HOP so she could do “something fun” and then she opened up Endless Learning Academy and she’s been sitting here listening to words for over 30 minutes. Here’s my issue: We have been playing the word rollercoaster section (don’t know what it’s called). Let’s say the word is tired. At least twice, it will pronounce the word as “ired” or “ungry” for hungry. The app is consistently chopping out the first bit of every word. It sounds weird and it’s very annoying to listen to. Won’t continue my subscription if this isn’t fixed. We’re on iPad Pro (2nd gen, 12.9 inch) if that helps..Version: 9.3

✓ Wonderful yet traumatizing app for my sensitive boyMy son loves originator apps and still plays math tango a lot. Endless academy helped him with spelling, reading, Spanish and more but unfortunately he was upset with one of the words and its depiction. He refuses to play and I have since deleted app off his iPad which is sad since I spent $100 on the lifetime subscription years ago. All in all his has somewhat surpassed what the app had to offer and learned a lot from the app but I wish he could still look at the app fondly instead of being upset when he hears about it. I literally use as a punishment threat that I will put endless academy onto his iPad. So the issue is with the reading/spelling section on the word itchy. It is a little alarming and upsetting the depiction. Although I know he is overreacting and does at times as a lot of young children do it could be perceived as troubling, He has had allergic reactions to things and felt itchy before so I’m sure he felt some extra connection to it. So in the video the monster little blue hair becomes crazy and he is itchy so he is shaved aggressively by grumpkim with a shaver in a big over dramatic way and is then left bald afterwards. My son is literally still upset and traumatized after last year and cries hysterically anytime he hears the word itchy. My sons suggests that you just get rid of the word or come up with a more sensitive way depict it..Version: 9.6
✓ Says it supports family sharing but doesn’tI got the app for both my kids. I subscribe to the monthly subscription so they can each have it on their tablets. When I put it on my second child tablet its trying to charge me again for the monthly subscription. I email them and they’re telling me they’re two different tablets so I have to pay for both of them even though they’re on the same iCloud family sharing account. Just sounds ridiculous.! There’s other kid apps for example “Epic!” as long it is on the same iCloud family sharing I can have it on both of my children’s tablets and I don’t have to pay twice for a monthly subscription. I love the app but I’m gonna have to unsubscribe and look for something else.Version: 7.6
