✓ Kind of disappointingHonestly the app is great fast and convenient except for the fact that why would you have the option to order a van when you need to call to book it the reason people use the app is for fast and convenient service and calling a cab is no longer fast and convenient and also some of the cab drivers i’ve had have been extremely rude and condescending one especially made a fuss because I was paying with credit and got visibly frustrated at me for not carrying cash.Version: 3.1.0
✓ Why?Ordered a cab for 9:05 and this driver got angry at me for not being outside ten minutes before, while still at work. He also didn't even know where I was going. I thought the app was supposed to tell them that? This is a waste of time. This cab company's service is usually horrible but it becomes even worse with the usage of this app..Version: 2.0.7
✓ I pray for UberWhen oh when can we finally get Uber. These taxi companies can’t do anything right. No answer on their phone line and the app won’t send out the “text verification” to even get into the app. Total joke. People wonder why there is so much drinking and driving.
