✓ Poor response from supportUpdate for future players: at level 100…EVERYTHING quits counting, you quit leveling up and there is NOTHING to do. The developers don’t even seem to care. If you play on a computer through your Facebook apps, it is a different story. The developers don’t even bother anymore if you get disconnected due to their internet issues..Version: 1.176.3
✓ Impossible to finish tasksI was so in love with the game UNTIL it was impossible to finish tasks. Had to delete. Very sad.😡😞.Version: 1.4.10
✓ Like it but .......Do like it But.... Your giving us impossible tasks on the airship. When one, we haven't upgraded the building yet. And two how can we do two of the items to go of on the airship from the same building, that need going off we can’t make both at the same time it’s impossible. Make it a bit more do able please. Or it will be another game I will be leaving. And also give us a chance on the diamonds special offers. I don’t call 3000 diamonds for £41.99 an offer. Be realistic. Please Also an offer on the materials for the building products would be good as well.. Please take these suggestions on board. I’m not the only one who thinks this. Many thanks...Version: 1.3.9

✓ App crashesApp is constantly crashing and can’t contact support at all to fix. My mom has been playing this game for years and such poor customer service to get any help to fix the crashes. ✓ Fun, but…Great gameplay, quests, production, design, etc etc… very fun and addictive to play as well. I would absolutely love it if the secondary currency of red gems were no so impossible to get/save. And how easily you can accidentally spend your gems is incredibly frustrating given how rarely you get them. AND considering you need so many for new houses/shmoos… not great. Other games I have played have more accessible secondary currency and I notice the difference. This game is almost there but this is a problem that NEEDS to be improved upon before I could recommend it to others. I dont mind spending real $ in app games but I will not for this one as the price per gems is ridiculous. Also less likely if secondary currency is rare. Sorry but 3/5 👎.Version: 1.164.0

✓ Painfully slowThe pigs are painfully slow, log out for over an hour because all tasks ask for things you don’t have. Money is scarce, not enough to do tasks. No way to dump orders which you cannot do for days because can not afford to do upgrades. Could be a nice game, played on computer a long time. Start all over again, and get fed up. App page is not separated for mobile game. No way to get help as you play solo, no neighbors. Buy trees, and other resources all day long, no wonder there isn’t enough money. Sell from the barn with the profit of one penny each, usually. Typical foreign game, they keep you poor. Play Townkins and become a millionaire!.Version: 1.3.6
✓ Can’t get into the game anymore!I’ve been playing for some time now and devoting much time to it. I was absolutely loving the game until it stopped letting me in claiming I had no Internet connection. It does this repeatedly. Usually it does that here and there, not very often. Now, it has locked me out for almost 2 days no matter what I do or try. I play a couple of other games that never do this. ✓ Keeps crashingI logged in with facebook on my tablet and downloaded this game on my phone. I went through the tutorial over again and then tried to log in with facebook on my phone to keep playing my started farm. It gives me the option to play my farm on level 9 connected with facebook, but as soon as I click on it the app crashes. I have tried to go back into it and now everytime it loads and should go into my progress it crashes again. I have tried to close out of it and delete and redone load but now it won’t even go anywhere past the load screen on my phone. Really frustrated because I love this game and would love to have the real option of playing one farm from my phone when I am on the go. Please fix this. 🤬.Version: 1.4.0

✓ PotentialLoads of potential on this game. Great cute graphics. The balance is off for a crafting game. Timing on the flypigs is so looong. Then the bully’s is short. The food for them timing wise could be tweaked a bit. If the timing is long then more animals to harvest would help. The flypigs happy elixir is used in many things. We need more! The market job prices are too low for the time to gather everything. I’m all for making money on a game but make it playable and fun. The dungeons are fun but become tedious because you have to go back and forth the make the work tools constantly. Casting spells to get resources ok but we need more per cast. One daily quest requires 13 planks at 3 pieces of wood each. Casting the tree spell only gives you about 3 and costs coin each time. More schmoos! Who doesn’t want more. They are cute. Love the selling cat toon. The cut screens are alot telling the story. I really like this game, but the pace needs to pick up. Still hanging in there but not sure how long. Pick up the pace and make it more playable. It is frustrating not relaxing waiting and not getting enough coin or resources to play. I like a challenge but make it playable..Version: 1.153.0
✓ Problems with app on iPadI am continually getting a ‘not connected to internet’ error on my game when I am connected and it is annoying as I am unable to advance and I am losing a lot of time and if I happen to be using the 24 hour speed option I am losing that as well as the game refuses to load.
