You get the occasional option to speed things along by watching "short" ads, but not consistently. And some of the things you can purchase seem unreasonably expensive, while others are more normal. This is a play and leave kind of game, once it's set up. They need some sort of side action, like mini-games or battles to break up the monotony. There aren't even neighbors, that I can tell. But.
