✓ Ads Ads AdsI love MotoGP... I pay for the season subscription every year via iTunes which is around $120 or so. When I saw there was an official game I was thrilled and without any hesitation I downloaded it right away but boy what a disappointment. So many ads which adds to less game time! Yes yes I get it - it's obvious that the ads are optional to watch but reality is if you want to improve your bike and move up in ranks you are force either to buy expensive coin packages or watch irrelevant ads that are sometimes really long or short. Where is the creativity to embed ads?! Wrap a bike... sponsor a rider's suit... banners along the track... sponsor news ticker with the stats.... or just charge for the game!!! I would rather pay for the game and get a few nice bikes than to watch Ads all the time. I wonder if they timed a person playing the game vs. time a person sitting watching irrelevant ads. For a game that all you do is brake and accelerate?!? C'mon. I expected better from the name MotoGP..Version: 2.1
✓ Massive DisappointmentGot really excited about the game, but should have read the reviews. The game looked slick and fancy. Good graphics. Good looking bikes, with right sponsors. Got really excited to play until... the game play tutorial. Instantly lost unterest when I heard you only break and accelerate. ✓ What is this game???How can you make a game so biased to the ai it’s not even funny like I’m 0.03 seconds behind the rider ahead and I and him get a perfect brake and perfect exit of the corner but some ai who is like 0.011 seconds behind me makes a ridiculous bomb on my inside and overtakes home and the driver in front and why does my biker always take the outside line he never defends if you over take someone in the first corner the ai is mostly likely going to take the position back by gliding through the massive gap I have made.Version: 3.1.8

✓ Room for improvementI’m really enjoying this game. The only few drawbacks that I’ve noticed is the fact that the graphics sometimes play up when another bike is passing you and you just have a big black spot and can’t see the brake/throttle marker. It’s also slightly confusing when you start out what the actual objective of the game is too. But on a positive note the in-app purchases are rendered virtually unnecessary once you get enough money which is easy to do!.Version: 3.0.0
✓ ImprovementsThis game needs a lot of gameplay work for example : you should be able to brake and accelerate when you want to not when the game thinks you should, input player steering as the ai overtake way to easily and sometimes cut the corner to make the overtake possible, also the ai should be more realistic as if you brake a hundredth of a second late you automatically go really wide and the all the Ai’s overtake you but the other stuff bike choice rider choice etc is very good just needs gameplay work..Version: 2.1.5

Need to turn this game into an actual racing game where the player actually needs to steer the bike and actually do the braking and throttle like a normal racing game. ✓ Great for awhile and then!!Great game to play but once you start getting better the competing bikes start going on the grass and dirt to pass you and some have ridiculous speed even though your team bike is maxed out on everything, even with boosts you won’t keep up.... it’s always Rossi Vinales, Marquez and crutchlow who you battle.Version: 3.1.8

✓ High score interuptionGood concept and good game but, when ever i get a 'battery low', incoming call or smash my personal best score it freezes or starts the race from the start, i loose any extra boosts and have spent diamonds just to finish when i know im on an awesome score. Diamonds are hard to come by and make progression in the game come to a halt. Developers need to work on debuging this game as purchasing diamonds for it not count when i spend them is not cool. ✓ Slow progressionI would suggest adding difficulty level in each class, or practice modes to perfect each track, after 50 races most without missing a brake or acceleration the best you can even finish is maybe 6th, if you spend money it doesn’t even matter.Version: 4.0.8

✓ SupportThe support is horrible. I’ve waited days for a response and still no response!!! The app has been horrible the last 48 hours. Can’t get in can’t play tournaments can’t do anything as of September 20th, 2021. No communication from support. Developer: thanks for your reply. My issue is I was in a tournament sitting in 5th for diamonds. When everything was finally fixed the tournament ended and I did not receive my diamonds. It should have been 5000 diamonds. ✓ Unbelievably BoringInitially seemed like a cool game but after 1 or 2 races o got bored. All you do is hold a red button and then a green button over and over again. Only thing going for this game are the cool tracks. Everything else about it is boring. The progression system is basically just do a race, earn a few hundred coins and then realise you can’t afford to upgrade your bike as it costs thousands of coins. Meaning you do more races but the races are just so dull and boring. You can’t even steer the bike. Just a really plain, boring, unexciting “racing” game..Version: 3.1.8

✓ CheaterThis game cheats you. It did me. I came in second in the race and it even showed it in the end stats where it shows you rider, points, and earnings. It shows the second place trophy but then when I look the bar that has all your races, it shows I came in third. I came in second but they gave me third place. This game cheats you out of your winnings. P.s. What’s the freaking point of upgrading your bike and still losing the race. I have 9 third place finishes. Some races where I could have gotten second place or even first just to have the other bikers pass me at the last second to steal it away from me. I feel this game is rigged..Version: 12.0.3

And you only get to be in 4th for about one corner then you just get overtaken???????? ✓ Great gameNovember 2023 Game won’t let me log in. Lost all my diamonds, bikes and cash. Not happy. The graphics are awesome and once you've got over the fact that this is about the correct braking and acceleration points it's great fun. Big plus: the admin team listen and respond to you. Not many games I've had this with that! Big minus: the daily play bonuses are severely messed up. I've had the day 7 bonus about twice in almost 2 years; this week I've gone from day 6 to day 2 to day 4 on consecutive days, missing the all-important diamond bonuses. Nothing is more annoying than missing a bonus that allows you to upgrade your bike. Basically this game will do ANYTHING to not give you free diamonds for playing every day. ✓ Needs a lot of workThe game forces you to brake and accelerate even though there is a clear cut opportunity to go up a position but the game forces you to brake and if you don’t brake the bike goes wide and all the Ai will overtake leaving you to hopefully work your way back up. When you first start off your bike is not very good but the game automatically puts you into a race with bikes that are so much better then yours (Rossi, Lorenzo etc) this then leaves you to get out paced down the straight at mostly every corner you get overtaken even if you take the corner perfectly, if you never mess up your brake and acceleration you will barely get to 7th position. This could just be happening to me cuz I’m trash but personally I think you shouldn’t download this app!.Version: 3.0.0

✓ Good be betterStacking up points take for ever to buy a new bike or do upgrades to your current bike. The way to beat your opponents is logic to me but they need to add an update where you would have more checkpoints within the lap of a race and also they could have 10 laps or 20 laps to make it more realistic like a moto GP race type of game. Please fix this when you go from braking to gas sometimes even though you are pressing the gas it says you are not and you run out of time and can’t finish the race. ✓ Development PLEASENot wanting to be too harsh, it’s a semi-decent game for people liking a short term laugh but it’s a pity because the graphic quality is poor and there’s very little opportunity to experience ‘career progress’ within the game. Having made a purchase, I didn’t receive the perk I paid for. The game entirely consists of three pages and lacks nice designs to see completing upgrades on a bike and overall the quality is pretty poor. It became monotonous and much of the same after a while had to come back to SBK and i have to say 2017 SBK has improve a lot, meaning its wayyyyy easier to control the bike in all aspects. You can’t win enough coins to upgrade your bike, and even if you manage to get enough in a loot box, or a temporary performance boost, it genuinely makes no difference to performance. ✓ Whoever came up with this concept should be fired.As mentioned in other reviews it requires diamonds to upgrade your bike. It is possible to upgrade acceleration, handling and brakes. Each upgrade starts at 200 diamonds and increases by 100 for each following upgrade. The player can obtain max 70 diamonds per week if he opens the game every day. So there is no way to max out the bike without actually spending money unless you are willing to open the game every day for about a year. Next, the opponents and the game play. There is a score collected on each race which has absolutely no use. There is limited time for each section at each circuit and if the player won’t pass the race is over even though you might be at the 4th place in the race. Why? It’s a race against other bikes not against time. There is no qualification so the player always starts from the last place at the grit so why do we need to compete against time? The algorithm of this game is horrible. If you dare to gain some solid position the game will make sure that the opponents can suddenly run trough the corners much faster than you even using the grass to pass you not talking about the fact that if there is a 0.20 second gap the opponent will pass you in the next corner and perfect passes trough breaking and accelerating zones won’t help you. The only positive thing is the use of real circuits. Otherwise it’s a rubbish game..Version: 3.1.8

✓ Ridiculous winning systemI have fully upgraded my beginner bike and it is impossible to finish higher than 8th. I’m hitting a lot of perfects in the brake and accelerations. It’s pretty annoying and I’m close to quitting this game because there seems to be no progress. I have not noticed any difference to the bikes performance compared to when I started with no upgrades. ✓ Deleted itStarted out hoping that this would be more fun than it was. After playing it a few times I realized that it didn't matter if I knew the track at all. All I had to do was switch my fingers between two buttons at the right moment and I got to watch a fake motorcycle race. It really took the fun out of it to find out that it doesn't matter what place you finish in the race unless you make a side bet for more points. ✓ It’s so cheapWith how big MotoGP is it’s surprising that they couldn’t be arsed to release a proper game for mobile. Compared to the SBK games on the App Store, this doesn’t come close in regards to gameplay. A mobile version of the console game could’ve been a blessing for mobile oriented fans. Nothing says motogp like pressing either of two buttons and that is all you do in this game. Brake and accelerate. That's when you're not continually being sold in game purchases. The highest you’ll get is 6th or 7th. I would appreciate if I spent the time to play the game, it would reward me in some way but nothing really changed. Another example of the game not rewarding you: you can hit several “perfect” timed braking and acceleration in a row but you’ll still get passed. ✓ FrustratedThis is/was a great game. Got hooked straight away, good graphics and surprisingly addictive game play(especially for free). As I was playing as a guest I decided to continue playing connected to Facebook so I could switch between devices. This was a bad idea!!! I can now play only as guest if I delete and reinstall the game. The minute I try to connect to my Facebook game it just doesn't load. Now I know I had only just started playing so I was not very far into the game by any means(level 20) but this is really frustrating and discourages me from wanting to continue playing!! But some how never seem to get close just get passed time and time again. There is nothing that I can do to change the outcome. ✓ No natural game progressionPretty fun and addictive game. BUT there is no progression when you upgrade acceleration & braking. Started the game finishing 9th or 10th. Then even with level 5 acceleration & braking AND a 1 race acceleration & braking boost I’m still not finishing better than 8th. You would think as you slowly improved the bike attributes you would move up in the race. But this is not the case. No point improving your bike when it doesn’t help you in the race..Version: 3.1.8
