✓ Could have been much betterThemed music-perfect. Hint didn’t match up with actually passing a level- bad. Ads sometimes 30 seconds until I discover speeding them up- ok. Side games- really good feature - too many levels/ too short a time frame and didn’t actually help with main game- and only wanted money. Tighten up side games, so they help on main game within three levels. I’m sorry but could have been much better..Version: 3.3
✓ Addicting but I think they sometimes forget it’s supposed to be funIt’s a very addicting fun game that can pass time. And I get it — they want to generate revenue. But when you get to a point where it’s almost near impossible to pass a level unless you use power ups (that cost of course, you get very few feeebies)…. It seems a bit greedy as first and foremost, it should be fun. I’ll have to try a level 40-50 times before passing it without a power up. I’m not a rich person so I simply can’t buy them. But it’s frustrating to have levels that are that difficult every time so I wind up putting it down and finding something else. It’s a balance. Make me WANT to spend but don’t make it nearly impossible without. The prize wheel is mostly useless. Very rarely do I get something that’s actually helpful. Bottom line — give out a few more freebies, make the levels a tad more doable without purchasing a power up (maybe by adding three to five more moves). and maybe I’ll actually spend to get a few once in a while. I shouldn’t need them for every level. As it is now, if I have two to three useless moves, then I know I’ll never pass it without a power up and as a middle class person, I just can’t justify spending that much..Version: 9.4.1

✓ Fun, but fixed on some levels.Really unfair that the level I just played is set up so there is absolutely no way to win on the hard mode level unless you use boosters. .....and of course, the point of the hard mode level is that you must win without earning boosters for moves that earn you boosters in the regular game. The only way to win was to use boosters you have on hand. Since I am not very far into the game, I guess this means that when my “free” boosters run out, I will be “forced” to purchase boosters. Well, surprise! I will just quit playing the game when this happens. I wish I had known this before I paid to play ad-free! ......and gee, it only took nine months to get a snarky reply from the game developers. Way to improve customer relations.... ✓ UpdateContinues to be addictive but now is getting so hard that I’ve used all of my gems to buy extra lives so now I probably won’t be able to advance in this game. Why is it so hard? It’s a kids game. So far this game is awesome but it’s very addictive! It does have its downfall with all the adds but I’m use to them from other games and if I’m still playing this game by the 1st of the month I’ll get rid of those annoying adds..Version: 2.1
✓ Latest updates. Writing 8-8-22I’m at level 1660 and I am about done with this game. Too many times ther is only one possible move that brings no benefit and is a waste. That’s the least problem. Commercials I under stand the need but to now play them when pressing restart is bad but to interrupt in the middle of the game is really annoying. The peak of frustration with these mid-game commercials is when the X appears and tapping it does nothing but freeze the screen for a period then goes to a blank screen that remains, and won’t close no matter what you do, causing the app to close. I lose the game in the middle and have to start the app all over with all of the opening screens and commercials before I get back to the game l was playing and this is absolutely infuriating. This is NOT FUN OR ENJOYABLE in any way, shape or form. Please fix these glitches and respond. Very-Very Disappointed Thank you for responding. ✓ Not happy with the sound on the ads...I read a review from a few weeks ago before I downloaded the game saying that even when the phone is muted the ads still play sound. I figured it would be fixed by now but that’s not the case. If you’re looking for a quiet game to keep you entertained, this is not it. I generally keep my volume up all the way but keep it on silent when I’m at work or at certain places. The first ad that came up scared the bejesus out of me when it started playing! I was hoping it was a one off, but the next few ads played loudly as well. Pretty disappointing..Version: 2.1
✓ Take all my info? So long Smiley Gamer!I’ve been playing all 3 versions of Christmas Sweeper for years. It WAS my favorite go-to game for a little down town or break. Until I updated yesterday that is. I’m serious about my personal information so I always read privacy policy changes. Smiley Gamer threw in more ways to take and use your personal info than you can shake a stick at! Including not honoring my personal choice to use the “limit ad tracking” option Apple provides. Really? Guess there’s more money in selling player information than in selling games. Too bad, I will miss it but I will go find another game that doesn’t have an invasive “we want your personal information and we’ll do what we want with it” attitude. ✓ Addicting but needs improvementI’m addicted to this game but it is sometimes frustrating. You earn power ups, but the power ups don’t work. The 2 way arrows just fly off the screen and don’t do anything! Also, you don’t get to choose where to use them. What’s the sense of having power ups if you can’t use them? ✓ Game hangs oftenI have been having problems both on iPad and iPhone with this app. At least once per day it hangs - will not let me make any moves. Also, multiple times a day the app exits - either right before or right after the ads. My other peeve is that you do not get any stars when you play one of the challenges - like rudolf, bubbles, etc. I like to play them because I can go on to the more challenging levels. ✓ Great until recent update!I’ve been playing this game for 3 years now and was really enjoying it. You used to get a daily Lucky Dip which awarded you an in game booster which were very useful when you get you get to a hard bit. This has been replaced with a spinning wheel that requires you to watch a video before spinning and then awards a daily prize. That is bad enough but the problem I have is it constantly says ‘ no videos available’ therefore no opportunity to get the boosters. I did write to the help team and they said they are testing new ways of offering rewards. .PLEASE SORT THIS ASAP - until then the game is a no go for me..Version: 4.5
✓ Bug fixesI have been playing this game for over a year. There seems to be a problem, when watching ads to gain free diamonds. The game shuts down and when restarted it had subtracted 17 diamonds instead of adding ONE? Tried to submit a help ticket, send button is filled out and will not send. ✓ Great game, questionable ads.This game is a favorite because the levels are challenging but winnable if you keep trying. Not true with many other games where I am totally stuck on a level I can’t win, and therefore can’t advance. Those types of games get deleted. I don’t even mind the appropriate ads. So my reason for only three stars? The ads with scantily clothed women are offensive in my opinion. ✓ Update👎🏼I no longer love your sweeper games. I haven’t played this particular one in quite some time so I thought I would try it again. Eek. My ADHD just about went crazy. Trying to collect way too many objects in a limited amount of moves with way too things moving around. Perhaps some people find the new graphics attractive, which I guess they are, but there are way too many of them. This is no longer a game for me. Sorry, people. Thanks for a few good years with it. Love your Christmas Sweeper games. They filled many a stagnant moment during the holidays. I finally did get tired of the ads, and as a result, I buckled and paid the $1.99 for ads-free playing. When I opened the game on a different iPad and started to play, the ads were there. I had logged into Facebook on both devices, and like many other apps, I reloaded and clicked on the get rid of apps banner. It asked me for my ID and I was expecting to get a message such as "You've already purchased this. Would you like to download it again for free?" There was no message, but I clicked purchase again and was quite disappointed that on my receipt, I had indeed paid for the same thing twice. If I could attach a photo of the receipt, I would. ✓ Fun Game but Has Changed recentlyI’m about to delete this game at level 551!!! So not fair the way they have changed it. I’ve played this game for a few years. It’s a good break for a quick distraction for sure. I like the new features with gathering a certain amount of certain pieces. Lately I’ve noticed a trend that makes me think the developers have really changed things up. I’ll play a level several times and EVERY time I only have 1 more of 1 color to get to win and NO pieces come up that are that color. If you need 25 yellow bells the entire game you may see 15. So it’s impossible to win. Just like the flaky claw games kids play- you win but you don’t win. If it keeps going this way I’ll delete it. ✓ Was having fun...I’ve been playing Christmas Sweeper for years and this is the first time I feel compelled to write a bad review. I’m on level 1231 of Christmas Sweeper 3 and I’m so irritated that I just had to get this out. When I need a few minutes to myself I like to play this game to help relax me. I’ll play a level for days until I finally level up. But I’ve noticed a trend lately that I hadn’t noticed before. I don’t know if it wasn’t there or if I just missed it but it’s happened now on the last 20 or so levels that I know of. It’s when I’m playing and I’m just about to win, a critical block will refuse to break. I can set a bomb off ON the block and it will not break! Or you suddenly just aren’t allowed to use a certain block. I don’t mind you making it hard to win a level but to me that’s cheating. I know it’s a computer run game but that was built into the game and again that’s cheating. When I clearly am about to win a level but you have the game suddenly crate a block to keep me from winning, that’s cheating. I can’t believe that you have to cheat to make any money on this game. ✓ It won’t load any moreI have played this game daily since first discovering it at least three years ago. I was in the top 10 of the league of overall scores. Recent changes have included things like ‘desert challenge’ where you can complete levels for extra rewards over a few days; and a series of leagues where you compete against other players. Daily rewards now come with the requirement to watch videos (a little annoying as I’d previously bought rewards with the promise this would remove ads). The leagues were interesting but biased I felt towards newer players as more points were awarded if you completed new levels. For long standing players like me, if you’d already completed all the levels, you didn’t have the same opportunity to accrue points. There have been a couple of recent updates to add new levels and since the last update, the game has become less reliable, taking several attempts to load. Today the game won’t load at all. It gets to the opening screen with the Smiley Gamer logo, then crashes. Repeatedly. It looks like my addiction to the game has been broken, as it doesn’t look like it’s going to work..Version: 6.0.4

✓ Decent game.My original rating for this game was higher. I made it well over level 700 so I felt like I got my two dollars worth which I paid mainly to get rid of the annoying ads. I appreciate that there is no life limit. However the higher you go the more you are reminded that even when you’re playing the normal level this is a greed driven game. Some levels I played 20 to 30 times and then miraculously I complete the level with moves left over. You can be gifted diamonds to get boosts but the most you can get in a day is six and that’s if you touch the right box. There is no reward for completing levels other than you get to move onto the next level. However this game just got to be way too frustrating so it got deleted. If you like extremely challenging games this will work for you. However I do not like an extreme challenge,I like a game to be slightly challenging but still fun. However, they get old fast when it’s too hard to pass a level on the first try or two without having to purchase gems, coins, power ups, etc. I get very impatient when this happens. ✓ Not happy anymoreI use to play this game on my laptop but the laptop crashed and could not be fixed. I resent lay downloaded to app on my phone so I could play again. I enjoy playing the game but for some reason this app will not let me us the gems. I have 56 gems but when I try to buy anything with them it tells me “check your internet connection and try again. “ I use my cellular data to play games, get on line, and email. There is no problem with getting online with anything else on my iPhone. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, that didn’t help.
