There should have been more ways to earn GEMS. The lottery is a bit of a joke...earning 1-3 GEMS where most useful powers cost 140 GEMS. The side games where its possible to get more powers are a distraction from working levels, typically harder to achieve. On the positive free lives, retry, are always good....but Ugh! really necessary. Sometimes the Hard levels are easier than regular levels. Also there is a strong element of luck as the tiles fall. I used to be a big fan of Two Dots but I found the levels are too frustrating without freemiums so I stopped. What’s the fun in needing a crutch for every level? This game is challenging but a good way to relax. Update May 2020: Dear Marketing, consider getting rid of ads for Empire and Puzzles. If I watch the ad, the game freezes. If I catch it and shut the ad down quickly, then it produces this shimmer or stroboscopic effect that is painful. This ad is causing me not to play your game..Version: 5.1.2

✓ Not happy with new power upsI’ve been playing the game off and on for a couple of years. And mostly I enjoy it. I am on level 2147 so you can tell I play fairly regularly. Each game is done in just a couple of minutes. And I don’t have to wait for new lives to generate. It’s a diverting way to spend time in a waiting room or other place where one must be still and quiet. The fact that the ads blast so loudly even when the setting is on silent is a major headache. I can’t hear if my phone rings or I get a message if I turn the sound all the way down.I would very much appreciate your fixing that ghastly glitch. I don’t mind so much watching ads but I really HATE listening to them. One of the recent updates introduced power ups. The new power ups are to be selected before the game is started. You can’t direct where to put them or use them within the game, just at the start up. They are useless. I would much rather have the regular Weapons. I always feel ripped off when I have to settle for one of the power ups instead of useful weapons after getting through a turn of the wheel. Please come up with something that is actually beneficial to play instead of those horrible power ups things! ✓ Don’t like the change....The last time I played this game was during the winter of last year/beginning of this year. I recently downloaded the game again, as it is getting close to winter and i enjoyed this game a lot the last time I played it. But, when I came back and played a level, I noticed that the music is different. This really upsets me because I loved the old music, it’s what made the game so fun. Now it’s just 3 songs on loop and they don’t even go all the way through. I dislike this new music and I prefer the old music. I don’t know if there can be anything done about this, maybe an option where you can choose which songs you can listen to, that play all the way through instead of cutting off half way, because I really enjoyed the old songs but now it’s just cut off early and I don’t get the full feel of the song. Besides this one flaw, it’s a pretty great game. But, I think something should be done about the music, just my opinion, but the old music sounded better. Edit: Let me rephrase what I said. ✓ Fun & challenging game, but it has a quirkI’ve been playing for about 10 months, and it’s my go-to game. I’m now at level 402 and as some have mentioned, I’ve noticed that the levels can be extremely difficult to complete. However, with persistence you can eventually move on... even without the aid of boosters or gems. The one quirk is with the award wheel. I get my awards daily, and I would say 98% of the time I will get either gems or candies. Occasionally I will get a ticket for a secondary spin, but that usually results in gems or candies. On rare occasion I get a bomb or mitten but NEVER the other two (the ones that sort of look like a rainbow-colored star and a snowflake). Considering there’s three spins per day, I would think that I would get one of those at least every once in a while. Although that has me a little perplexed, it hasn’t stopped me from enjoying the game..Version: 5.3

✓ Fun and addictiveGreat game and addicting! Love the fact that it doesn’t have a limit on lives. You can continue to play until you pass the level or give up. The extra puzzles do limit lives but the main game does not. Would give it a 5 star rating but after getting up to level 110 or so, I started experiencing a few glitches. The game would completely freeze up. Issue was fixed after restarting but has done it a few times since. All in all it is my first game to go to when I’m sitting around..Version: 4.7.4

✓ Yikes why change stuffI have been playing this from the beginning. Now the wheel spins give ya stupid stuff you have to pick before you play a new level. I am on level 2391. That tells ya how long I have entertained myself with this. The snail stuff on weekends is miserable as well. Who cares? I want to be able to play the extra levels that give cool extras like always. ✓ Not enough rewards in gameI love playing this game but when the treasure box is full you have to pay $9.99 to get the reward of the 180 gems. That’s pretty steep! In most games you get occasional discounts which is an incentive to buy because you feel like you are getting a deal. But not in this game.
