✓ GREAT CREDIT CARD BUT CREDIT LIMIT TOO LEI use this card for every transaction where I cannot use American Express. Got a payment to make shortly for an upcoming Holiday however will have to make 7 separate payments to get cash back. Pay for all transactions within 7 days. Would appreciate if Aqua can reconsider their decision not to increase my very low limit..Douglas300556Version: 4.3.5

✓ IPad online appI have always enjoyed the online managing of my account with ease until a month ago when the app on my iPad ceased working. I have tried downloading the new app but this fails to work and defaults back to the old dark blue app. Don’t know why it’s a problem on the iPad when it works just fine on an iPhone. It’s a shame as it is one of the better credit card apps..Moonraker02Version: 3.0.3

✗ Slow, inefficient, frustrating appA late payment, which is small but irritating, was incurred after repeatedly trying to log in via the App. It’s then locked and even the verification codes sent, directly copy and pasted from the authentication emails, won’t work. When the app is working, it’s fine, but once you have to re-log in, it’s clunky, costly, inefficient to the point of useless. This app is ultimately a waste of time, and online via a proper browser would be much better. Some suspect that it’s deliberately this hard to frustrate payments but I think it’s far more likely that it’s just a very badly designed app..Gr1507Version: 3.0.3

✗ Trying to contact AquaToday I tried to contact Aqua three times regarding a query before paying my bill, but after extreme frustration from the automated phone service was told that due to the large amount of customers also trying, I would have to wait in excess of 45 minutes! This is not acceptable, it is a blatant diversion tactic to not deal with customers, the App is not appropriate I needed to speak with a real person! Have payed my bill in full and will be sending a written complaint and if this is not rectified will be going to the financial ombudsman! A shame on you Aqua!.This is waste of my time dazVersion: 2022.37.2
