✓ Great AppMuch better than he old John Lewis App as you are now able to pay by card or via bank transfer / a lot more user friendly and Ypres can automatically see how many points ypu have on your card instead of waiting fir the statement to be sent. ✓ Annoying issuesTwo annoying issues; Even after you have read messages, they still show as unread with a red dot. There is a large notification button “Add to Apple Wallet”. I have added the card to my Apple Wallet, but the notification doesn’t clear. When you hit the button it says “card already added”, I know! Please tidy up this annoying glitches, otherwise the app is good..05952408Version: 2022.32.3

✗ Credit limit a problemWe used to run as much of our household expenditure as possible through our JL credit card. With the much lower credit limit from the very unimpressive Newday card provider we have a problem every time we have large “one off” payments eg holidays, furniture, vets bills. Shuffling money around to solve this all the time is a pain. As my credit standing is the same as it was, I have no idea why this limit is applied when the old card had worked with a much higher limit for years. ✗ ConfusingMy last Partnership Card was so easy to use, but this one is just confusing. When applying for the new one I requested the 20th of each month to be the cut off date, so it ran smoothly, like the old one, to the same dates. I’ve always paid in full on receiving the email but, unbeknown to me, the date was changed to the 27th but still being told my statement is due on the 20th. I’ve been paying up then getting bombarded with emails saying payment is due and, after a cut-off call, I found out about the date change and that I owed another payment.
