✓ Missing PerksI love Sprinkles, however my phone number is not linked to my perks account in the app. I give them my phone number when I order in person or over the phone but i cannot update or add my number in the app. I get an error saying my number is being used already. I feel I’m missing lots of perks/rewards because we go there often because I have a Gluten allergy and Sprinkles is one of the only places I can get a yummy treat. I tried 5 different times and canceled the order out of frustration. ✗ Confusing AppCame to pick up free birthday cupcake reward. Even though it is free you are required to still submit payment info. If you don’t you can’t even place the order. Took us a good 20 mins to figure it out because the kids working at the front know nothing about the app or what they are doing. Just don’t rely on any assistance.
