✓ Why can’t I upload Documents from my emailSo I noticed one huge FLAW I can’t upload photos from my gallery I have to send in my terming letter to fix my case but it was emailed to me because I lost it and now I can’t upload the Email to my account it makes no sense to not be able to upload something from my phone to the app! ✓ You can only take pictures.This app only allows for pictures - apparently the developers have never heard of a computer, ipad or laptop, and they have never heard of a all in one printer. You will have to take a picture of every single document and then upload it to your HRA case (if you have several pieces of papers to upload you will have to make a movie). After speaking with an agent, the agent will tell you that they cannot see the pictures and that you will have to resubmit it again. If the app allowed for document scans, you would be able to scan the document and upload it to your HRA case..Pictures only, no scansVersion: 4.7

They deactivated them last month, then reactives them for one month and now again deactivated my foodstamps within less then 3 months and there is no way to get help, assistance. ✓ Plausible deniabilityThis app is a black hole. First, you enter the case number. It does not show you the status of the already uploaded documents as if each time you start from scratch. It does not even show who you are and what your case is about. The uploaded documents get sucked into the system, then you close the app, then when you start it again it does not show what’s been uploaded before. So, they can alway deny you’ve uploaded anything and there is nothing you can do about it. Very convenient if the purpose is not to pay you any benefits because you missed the deadline to submit the required documents. And where else did you encounter the system where you CANNOT upload the documents from your computer in their web site? From smart phone or tablet only - are you kidding me? ✓ How to check status?Uploaded documents through this app because at ACCES HRA app required documents page shows nothing (used application confirmation number for identification). ✓ Wow.Spent an entire hour uploading all the documents just for them to disappear completely. Thanks. Super helpful when I need money from the government and I’m going to get evicted from my house.
