✓ Crashing all the timeI’d love to be able to send a message to the developer directly but there doesn’t appear to be any way to do that. So here it is. I love the options of this app. It’s perfect for what it is, I even paid for the upgrade so I could have all the stickers available. I’ve been looking forward to this as a means to track my pregnancy. Except every single time I try to create a picture and add stickers, it crashes and I lose all the time I put into creating a picture. I want to use this app and I paid money to upgrade, but it is virtually useless to me right now since it is so unreliable about saving. Even if I save as I go, it will crash when I try to export to my camera roll and opening the app again my picture is gone. I would love if this could be fixed. Please fix this problem on the app!.Version: 1.91
✓ Lovely app but frustrating to useI really love this app & how easy it is to customize pictures. My main issue is that on several occasions (which is why I barely use the app, even though I really like it), I’ve gone through customizing a picture (which can take a long time), and when it’s time to save the picture, the entire app closes it, discarding all the hard work you’ve put in. I’ve even tried redoing the picture after it closed out & again, closes out as it’s saving. That’s super frustrating. Please fix this issue..Version: 1.971

✓ PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP! ITS RUBBISH!Just downloaded, £40 a year or £5 a month (rounded up!) Very limited in choice of frames and no Stickers to be had. Their crop is useless too, cuts out parts of the baby or leaves in bits of the background. The background removal feature does not work properly. Both either leave half of what you want removed there or remove half to most of the picture you wanted to keep. For a crop tool, that’s pretty bad to say the least considering the function of a crop tool! I’ve had better editing tools on an iPhone 5! I had downloaded based on the reviews and am not impressed at all. I certainly would not reccommend the app. You don’t get access to all the frames they say you get, you have to wait and get one daily. They’re all pretty rubbish frames too. No creativity involved from the designers but I suppose if you wanted the same stuff that every other ‘influencer’ on Instagram has and not do your own thing then it’ll do the job. Customer service is non existent, I have contacted a few times and the repossess has either been akin to ‘tough luck’ or there has been no response at all. Mostly there has been no response, I’ve given up trying to contact them in the hopes of a partial refund at the least for this cr@p. Total waste of money, time and storage space..Version: 2.8.21
✓ Failed to save the picture since the lasted updateDear baby story developers, I used to really like the app and it worked perfectly before. However, 3 days ago I updated the app to it’s newest version and I start to having troubles. One biggest issue is that I can no longer save the pictures to the camera roll, nor can I share via Twitter, instagram, Facebook or email. It is also not saved in the baby story app either. Basically I cannot save the picture to anywhere in any format. When I click “save” or “share”, the function button just keep jiggling but doesn’t really do anything. Please fix the issue. ✓ Great app, but doesn't transfer wellI LOVE this app for tracing my bump and was looking forward to using it when our first baby arrives. The fonts and stickers are super adorable! I had purchased a bundle pack where I got all the stickers and was super excited because it was a great deal. Unfortunately my phone broke and when I downloaded the app on my new phone with my Apple ID the app didn't provide me with all the components I'd purchased. I am very disappointed with this! ✓ Awful! Do not download.I rarely pay for apps, so I downloaded this free version. The available stickers were very limited, so I downloaded the complete package. When the app works, the pics are really cute. Unfortunately, I tried to create pictures several times, and each time, it took me over two hours to complete them BC the app kept crashing and not saving, so I had to recreate my images. After a couple of weeks, it just hasn’t opened. I’ll click the app and it loads and loads and never works. I contacted customer support and was told to delete the app, restart my phone, and then redownload the app. I’ve done this so many times and it still won’t work. Absolutely ridiculous..Version: 1.96

✓ Fun appThis is a fun app to use, I'm using it for my pregnancy progression photos. However, it's not exactly user friendly until you figure out all the quirks. It jumps right in, forcing you to choose a photo before letting you experience the other features. Maybe it's just me, but it seems a bit option-less. It would also be great not to have to pay $35 for all the stickers. Granted there are specials going on often, but when you don't catch the specials, $35 is a bit steep to place decals on a photo..Version: 1.6
✓ App won’t work, won’t save, says, oops!Very frustrated with this app. I purchased the special unlock feature and ended up having to delete the app after it worked for maybe two pictures because it was causing my phone to shut down all apps. I tried to save a picture and goes, “oops. Something went wrong!” And won’t save anything. Now when I’ve re-downloaded the app, it says I have to pay the unlock fee again. I still cannot save any pictures with a sticker on them and the app just goes black and ends on its own. Very sad because I spent a lot of time researching baby apps and this was the best recommended. I sadly have to say I do not recommend this and feel scammed..Version: 1.91

✓ Bring back my themes!I used to do my baby’s monthly pics with this app, and now I’m two months behind waiting for the themes to be brought back after an update?! I don’t even know if my previously saved themes will still be available to me or did they just wipe out everyone’s themes completely? And in this version if you accidentally hit save while editing (because the save button is on the corner of the picture instead of the bottom of the screen with the other functions -STUPID) you are screwed and have to start over. ✓ So disappointedI was using the app for free to take monthly milestone pictures of my baby, and it was great. Got through 6 months, but for whatever reason, the pictures I tried to upload from 7 months on (which are exactly the same size as all the other pictures I’ve uploaded) are cutting my baby off at the feet. There seems to be no way around this, and even if I paid for the app, I have no idea if that would fix the problem, but I’m not going to pay just to find out it doesn’t! ✓ Sad to say!I loved this app, I’ve used it ever since we got pregnant and now I planned to continue to use it as my son grows. However, I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 because after recently upgrading my phone to the iPhone X I can no longer share my photos with Instagram like I normally would. This phone has a drop down menu on the right corner and the battery icon. The “Next” button to post a picture on Instagram is also located on the top right corner. It isn’t registering that I am pressing the “Next” button. ✓ Awful serviceI have tried several different ways, several times, over the past few weeks to get in connect with some kind of help/support/customer service, and I have not heard back from anybody. When I first started using this app, at the beginning of my pregnancy, I loved it. I even coughed up the $6.99 to unlock all the stickers. But about a month ago, everything went back to saying that it needed to be unlocked and I needed to pay again to have access to everything. I tried contacting the company through Instagram and email, because I could not find any type of support through the app itself. I have not heard back from a single person. I tried emailing and messaging on Instagram, both, multiple times. I am not paying for the same thing twice, especially for something with crappy customer service. I am being induced tomorrow so I will have lots of pictures soon, and I will definitely not being using this app for anything. ✓ Not ImpressedAt first I really enjoyed this app because it helped to track the mile stones that were happening. I downloaded it around 17 weeks and have been using it since. However at about 22 weeks it deleted everything from my storyline which was annoying but I was able to redo it. I logged in and had it to where it said it should save the data. Well we are at 29 weeks and it has completely deleted everything again. Now I can’t remember when all these milestones occurred and it makes me very sad that I don’t have any record of it anymore. I’ve been tracking every milestone with it and have a made purchases and for a month now I’ve been having the worst issues with this app. The app won’t open so I have to download it again, if I’m lucky the first time it’ll start working. Or, I have to re download it 2-3 more times. It’ll start working if I sit there and wait for it to get it together. And then it’ll force close on me! ✓ App is just... okI’ve had this app for quite some time. It’s nice for pictures, however, there is little to no place to change notification settings. When i first downloaded this app like 2 years ago, apparently i set it up for a child (just to see how the app works). I’ve since went in and added my child that is due and it still sends me notifications for the previous set up. And there is no way to change it! It’s so aggravating!! Stickers are abundant, and i do appreciate that since I’ve paid for unlimited. Just wish there were more options for notifications and other changes..Version: 2.3.6

✓ Needs to be simplifiedI love this app, but it would help if a few things were simplified. First, can the fonts be named so when I do these monthly I can go to the correct font each time without having to go through ALL of them to figure out which I used? Also, why can’t we save what we make in the app in case we find a typo after the fact. I found a typo and now to fix it, I have to redo the entire photo. ✓ Used to be fantastic?!I’ve just this app since I was a few weeks pregnant and it’s always been fab. Since my daughter was born I use it every month. However, for her 16th and 17th month photos the photos have become blurry and lose quality and soon as you leave the crop page. This never used to happen. I’ve tried reinstalling, turning phone on and off... the lot! Very disappointed..Version: 1.99.24
