✓ Bad if you have a large partyOne of the main draws is the ability to get fast passes for your group. The app only lets you link 5 tickets on one account. We have a party of 6 and I was the only one that got a Shanghai Disney account before going to the park. I also had a lot of difficulty signing up for an account in the first place. There are also other issues with the app, such as loosing connection, difficulty logging in and crashing occasionally. All those are would be minor if they just let me link more tickets to the account. We went to Disney World with extended family and I could link my party of 12 all onto my account so I can set up fast passes..Version: 6.3.0

✓ Functional... Just!Firstly, if you're experiencing issues using the app (Logging in, wait times, park hours... Basically everything) change your region to United States, the app then functions correctly! Once you've got around this the app works as expected, the same as other Disney Parks! Be good if could get FP returns like the Disneyland (Anaheim, CA) app, it's a big park and a lot of walking when the info should be in your hand. Great start. Fix the above bug and I'll update my star rating..Version: 4.1.1
✓ GarbageDisney has the hospitality angle nailed, but technology is a hot mess. This apps main function is to manage fast pass reservations in the park. This is horribly broken. Passes fall off the list. Every stage has unidentified errors. Some reservations you didn't confirm are made anyways. I don't understand how the Florida and HK apps could be so good and this one such a miserable fail. Terrible, awful, no good app. Would give zero stars if I could..Version: 4.7.1

You can’t select the language, you can have more than one criteria on the map so if you’re near a ride you can’t see the nearest restaurant and on a smartphone screen it’s just too hard get an idea of directions because the park is huge. ✓ 系统烂and乱App做的是真的烂啊，问题如下 1. 菜单很乱，例如，events放在第二个tab为了什么 2.买票和关联票反而藏的很深，不好找 3. 用户忘记密码，找回密码没必要需要生日 4. 系统显示要升级，但是到app 已显示最新，回来还是显示升级app 5. 没有修改app语言的地方，只能根据系统语言决定 总之，business脑子有坑，可以炒掉了。多花些钱找些好qa测测app吧.Version: 7.4.2
