✓ Love the game, NOT the glitchesIf not for two major issues I would rate this a 5 instead of a 3. I love farming games, and as far as the game itself goes, it rocks. However, I couldn’t tell you how many times that I have watched videos to earn Westbucks or coins, only to not get them. I’m talking at least 20 times within a week. The other issue is that sometimes numerous times a day the game will freeze up, so I have to uninstall it then reinstall it just so I can play. I know that I’m not the only person experiencing these major issues because there are other players in my neighborhood who are having the same issues. One more thing too. I invited my daughter to play, neither one of us got anything out of that. As soon as she leveled up enough to join a neighborhood she searched for mine, and it says neighborhood not found. I check every time I experience these issues and my game is updated, so that is not the problem. Any help in correcting these issues would be much appreciated, before I give up and move on. ✓ Fun but Money hungry and greedyI am loving this game, more than any other farming game I’ve ever played. For that they deserve a five star however I’m only giving three because of the downright greed I’m seeing in the game. Right now for example I’m at level 17 and unlocked the train. In order to purchase the train i need 40,000 coins!!! I currently have 1800 and that is besides another 50,000 coins needed to purchase various other components of the game. I was considering spending real money which I never yet did on any game however when I checked the price i saw that it would cost me 100 dollars to get 40,000 coins which is downright ridiculous I’m not spending that kind of money on a game. I would love for you to make it either easier to earn coins or make the items cheaper and more affordable otherwise I will just have to stop playing this game. ✓ Don’t invest in this gameA couple weeks ago, there was an update and I lost my game. I contacted customer service, and provided all the information they asked for. They said were unable to restore my game. I asked if they could at least restore my purchases if I have to start over. They asked for more information regarding the transactions. I looked up the info and provided it. They came back and said something about transferring game to a new device. I told them that was never an issue, please restore my game or at least the purchases. They said they cannot find my game. I said, fine, please restore my purchases. They said the previous transaction ids, which they requested, don’t work on iOS, though clearly from the start we were in touch and discussing an iOS. It’s been around two weeks, they were not able to restore my game, and it sounds like they are refusing to restore purchases. The game is well designed and a good one, but this developer only cares about taking your money, not protecting your game or your gaming experience. They do not care about their customers. So if you are looking for a farming game, my recommendation is to look for another, more trustworthy one..Version: 34.2
✓ This game has a few problems.The way this game works with the market boxes is that you have to become facebook friends with a whole lot of people to get them without paying a fortune in real money. Some of these people are not very nice. They call other players thieves for playing the game as it was designed. They have made up a lot of “rules” that other players are just supposed to know. When you break one of these “rules” they go on facebook and berate you. Other games allow you to make in-game friends that you never share personal info with. There is no way for them to post things about specific players. The market boxes are fairly priced so you can buy them without spending your life savings. The game itself is a good game. There should just be a way to play without having to add a bunch of strangers on facebook..Version: 28.6.26176

✓ Good entertainment but frustratingI enjoy playing this game; however, to really have fun, you have to spend money. Too much money. You really cannot do a whole lot or advance very quickly unless you want to pay money. Very little opportunity to earn Westbucks which are required to advance. It’s also frustrating to have to constantly upgrade the barn in order to fit the products. It takes longer and longer to earn materials needed to upgrade. Too often, you end up with a much larger amount of one, MAYBE two materials to upgrade while sitting terribly low in the third. In the meantime, you lose space, but cannot unload the extra. It’s the same with the new buildings. You wait days on some of the production or public buildings just for you to have to earn more materials to complete the construction of something you’ve waited hours, even days, to complete. The countdown on the construction often stops. It tells you there are 20 hours left only to open the game several hours later to find there are 18 left when, clearly, it should match the number of hours actually passed. Other times, parts of the game advance in the actual time shown. Of course, this is all so you will spend more money to end the frustration. No thank you. The materials are not earned proportionally in the least. Way too many of one, MAYBE two, and very little of another. Unfortunately, I do not see this issue getting resolved because then the game would not generate as much revenue..Version: 41.2
✓ Too much changes, game is no longer funI used to love playing, would come on every day. Game has become boring. There are hardly any good teams out there, I made my own and finally stopped playing for almost an entire month. The game would be a lot better if it weren’t for the stupid market change. Also, compared to Township it was really hard to level up unless I spent 12 hours on it during the weekend. And according to all the reviews, the developers don’t really care about their players. They give cheap responses to reviews. Also, if I’m not playing the game, why keep it? The app just takes up space. So I’m deleting the game just like many others have. ✓ Very poor customer serviceI loved the game before the update that made so many unwelcome changes and caused many players to give up and leave the game. Customer Service has always been slow to respond, often doesn’t do anything to resolve the issue and, if you lose items during game glitches, is unlikely to recompense you. I have reached the end of my patience now and don’t need the stress, particularly as the game is much less enjoyable since the changes were made. ✓ Start a new farmI played this game a few years ago but I downloaded again and tried to restart it took me back to my old farm I wanted to start from scratch. ✓ What’s the point?I have been playing this game for a couple months now, and it definitely has challenging aspects I enjoy. However, there are some aspects of the game I don’t understand and they are losing my interest. What’s the point of the furniture? Everyone seems to enjoy making and trying to sell chests and chairs, but no one ever wants to buy them. Trying to complete a fish train is near impossible. The game is losing my attention as it is just the same thing level after level with only adding in making new things and adding stores you don’t need (furniture store). ✓ Burger stallToday is Monday, June 27th, I played this burger stall for the past few days and worked hard on it, my efforts put me in 1st place with 2,838 pts. Today when I went to play it, my pts were changed to 273, 10th place. I wrote them what I found and no one answered me. I played this burger game on my tablet because it has a bigger screen than my phone, making it easier for me to play the game. The game keeps score of the progress each person that plays, so I have no control of it, so taking my pts and prize 30 west bucks from me I do not appreciate that at all. This is not the first time I have had to deal with problems in the game. When they opened up new territory we all waited with excitement how that would be, unaware that they would destroy many of our buildings and livestock, we lost all the items we had made on those buildings they destroyed. We could have picked those items up and kept them in our barns or sold them if we had been warned. They gave little compensation for the loss, we had to remove the rubble ourselves and rebuild new buildings. I noticed a considerable drop of horse shoes I had collected. ✓ Game won’t loadI’ve been playing this game since 2017 on my iPhone then installed on my iPad a year later. I was always able to open the game on my iPad and suddenly it’s not. My setting are fine, I’m up to date in updates. I shut my device down overnight and it still won’t load. Now I have deleted the game on both of my devices and reinstalled. I revived a response from the developer stating that the ads are just a cinematic of the game and they differ from what actual gameplay looks like. That is exactly my point. Why not make a cinematic that looks like actual gameplay? It is technologically possible. ✓ Too demanding of my timeThe best thing about this game, when you turn off the so-called music, is the wonderful sounds of the ocean waves and the sea gulls which is really relaxing. Trains and boats continually wanting lots of items that take an absolute age to grow or create is really frustrating, repetitive and just not any fun to do after a while. Many of these games are just too demanding of your time as they all have strict time constraints. You also get events wanting same items so you end up using west bucks to get items in time, but when games do these things hoping you will spend real money to play then I refuse to do that and then it’s time to delete the game..Version: 41.3

✓ IOS platform? Glitchy glitchy glitchyI’ve been playing daily for over a month with two towns; one on an iPad and one on a Samsung galaxy. The iOS platform takes more patience than I’m willing to give. Three or four times now, tasks I’m working on for the race have disappeared JUST before I finish them. When I contacted support, they say it shouldn’t happen. The game closes unexpectedly constantly. ✓ Don't bother downloading this gameThis game has gone from good to considerably worse because it requires far too much time/resources to play it and the developers are hopeless and greedy. Even if you were to buy in-game currency to develop your market place or town, these greedy developers take exploitation one step further, by taking away resources or reducing it to almost nothing to encourage their players to spend more. Getting help from neighbours is limited as this company has driven many of their customers away in the last few months with their poor development decisions. If you don't mind being exploited by the game developers or it doesnt bother you that they are profiteering from paying or non-paying players then try this game. ✓ New update isn’t coolTaking away the newspaper and having the market only go through the merchant really takes away from the game. I also feel like I wasn’t adequately compensated for the boxes I purchased for my market… only 8 westbucks were given to me as compensation when I spent way more than that on the boxes… half of my game play was scouring the newspaper for deals and items to meet quotas for events and races. The timed crops and goods don’t always progress in real time. You have to go visit someone else’s farm and come back to yours for it to correct. I’ve learned to use it to my advantage by planting crops that take a long time or starting goods that I need before leaving my farm, because when you come back, they will be done, whether they were started two seconds ago, or two hours ago. I quickly realized that this game is designed to get you to spend real money on dollars. It’s possible to get them in game but the process is very slow. I’ve amassed over 300k and don’t have much to spend it on. I get an overwhelming amount of upgrade items that I don’t need and very few of the ones I do need. ✓ GlitchesGame is good but for the glitches. My task were to make butter and cheese. Both are made in the same factory. Finally achieved the goal to be told that I had not completed the task to send my train. It showed that the last 5 butters were in but kept saying not done did I want to send or keep filling. ✓ Farm like gameI support this game and spend real money. My problem with the game is they are greedy. The drop rate on expanding your land, barn or silo is very hard to get the pieces you need. When you do expand the barn or silo its only gives 25 expansion spots, Hay Day gives me 50 spots and its a heck of a lot easier to expand in that game than it is in this one. I have several buildings to buy as well as animals but i cant as i dont have enough room to expand. I know they took a lot of the ideas and concepts from Hay Day which I support and play. Why is everything so expensive in this game to do anything. The buildings, animals and buying tools from the guy in the canoe is absurd. Drop the prices down on things and u might get more players. But this latest update where they took away our markets and the newspaper to sell items and help each other out in your neighborhood has possibly been the last straw that breaks the camels back! A lot of us in the neighborhood are probably going to quit the game totally. We used to be able to help each other out selling expansion items, and other needed items in our markets, so there was a benefit to belonging to a neighborhood. But with multiple updates the developers have taken this away. Yes, they created more events to play, but are taking away your ability to get tasks done in a timely manner by removing the newspaper and our markets! They don’t explain how your supposed to do some events now after the newest update. It’s been two days since I sent a message to support and still no answer. And they do the updates in the middle of on going events/race contests. Very frustrating! So download the game if you like things being taken away and frustration. Unfortunately, since the last update it crashes when visiting neighbors randomly (sometimes the first neighbor, sometimes you can visit multiple before it crashes). And the response I got was ‘I will share your feedback with out developers’. This is NOT adequate. I have not quit basically because I have friends in the game I have played with several years but I’m getting close to doing so. I will be making a complaint to the better business bureau. I am posting this review. I will do all I can until my complaints are upscale to management as I have repeatedly asked and things are made right. I was excited to start playing this game for a new experience, but all I found was a 3D version of a game that I have been playing for many years. Also, the stagecoach race and the train orders are extremely difficult, sometimes even impossible to get. The fishing is ridiculous, taking far too long to get a lousy 3 fish(20 hours). The newspaper takes too long to go through because not everything up for sale shows, you have to go into each farm to see what they have and there is not enough time to get to each one before it resets. There are also some items that take FAR to long to make. I know a lot of this is negative but no one in charge seems to care so I am warning everyone about the pitfalls. The one thing that annoys me is that I can’t advance because none of my buildings will finish because I don’t have enough building parts to finish them. The only way to get these is to fill ship orders and even doing that frantically I have 3 buildings that will never finish because they all need the same parts and as one finishes another one is ready to be built, so at any given time I imagine I’ll have numerous buildings I can’t finish. I’m not going to spend money to buy coins or buy the parts I need, I can only assume that’s the goal here. So I’ll find another game, I just can’t see myself spending actual money on this game. ✓ TediousEach update seems to make the game more tedious. I’ve been waiting a month to accumulate enough building materials to complete a building. Building materials come by ship and I send ships 3 or 4 times a day but they don’t bring back the materials I need. The ships require large amounts of items that have long production times. Factory production times can be reduced by using ingots, however the mine is so stingy that it takes a lot time to get enough ore to produce said ingots. I’m losing patience with this game.
