✓ Fun, but addicting-love the communityI have been playing for about a month and am enjoying this game. It is easy to level up, get new items. While it is sometimes difficult to get items to expand your farm or increase your bar size, it is possible. Nd I love the community that can be created through the events. It feels like you have a team to help you complete your chores. The only thing that frustrates me is that the daily ad that advertises what is available in the markets is always out of date. Maybe one out of ten times is the item available when you go the market. Whether that is intentional to get you to other farms or just a glitch, it is annoying to spend so much time “shopping” rather than in events or working my farm. ✓ Love it!!This is a great game! It takes time to earn your items or to buy/find. I could easily buy the items, but I like the feeling of actually earning them. It’s a great time killer and very addicting. However, the one thing I wish were different is that some items take way to long to make including the stores you buy & build. The other is the fishing!! It takes way to long to make the free lures and the two free spots in the the water. Way too long! Wish each time you catch a fish it would give you more than one piece. The only thing at this point I would suggest is enabling a way that neighbors can put something in their market for one another and BEING ABLE TOO RESERVE that item for just someone in your neighborhood!! We all work together and help one another with train deliveries but a lot of times you spend all this time making something for someone and then someone else grabs it before your neighbor gets it!! I do enjoy playing the game, there is no doubt about that, but I am getting tired of the game arbitrarily closing despite the fact that I have more than enough available space to play it and I have deleted and reloaded it. Now, I cannot save my progress because the game can’t connect to Facebook. There are enough little annoying bugs that it is starting to get frustrating to play. I hope the balance doesn’t get tipped to deleting the game permanently m After playing this game for a couple of years, I was bored. It was hum drum and repetitive. Just a couple of weeks ago, the devs released an update which included steamships, a much larger game area to develop, production buildings, residences and public buildings. Now I have several different ways to produce goods. I can ship them by train steamship, covered wagon or sell them in the market. There is a race that lasts a week which is fun to participate in. The awards for participating and for sending trains are pretty great. The game is now much more interesting and engaging. ✓ Real $$$ in order to advance in this game or any gameI just downloaded this game, so I have not played it yet. I will update a review on the game once I have played the game awhile. As for playing with real $$$ to advance in the game or purchase usually the cuter or better items, everyone you must realize without real $$$ the developers, designers, writers, etc could not create or enhance the game, or any game for that matter. It takes $$$ to pay for salaries, purchase equipment, pay rent or mortgage for the building itself, supplies, office equipment, etc. i always purchase at least the initial (usually very reasonable 99 cents to $4.99 package that every game I have ever played (around 25 or more,) has ever offered. There are Some games that I have now played for over 5 years; I have spent additional $$& on. No one is telling you, you have to spend $$$ to play the game. ✓ Fun Game..And, I’m addicted.I have been playing this game for 21 days now and I’m on lvl 39. You lvl up quick till the higher lvls, which is fine. I do have one problem though. I buy a lot of items from the news paper and probably 2 out of 10 times I do not get the items that I bought. The money is removed from my account but merchandise is never received. And, it is usually with the higher price items. So I am disappointed with that. So you need to pay attention to that. Maybe if there are enough people that it happens to then they will take care of it. I did contact support about it and they got back to me quick. ✓ Good game, but glitchesThe game has nice details, cute animals, & good fun if u want to play alone or on a team. But it also has glitches. The time clock sometimes jumps backwards so anything u recently did, gets undone. Ex: I fill my feed mill slots with a variety of food for my livestock, but I return to the game later and the mill is empty. Once I filled my train and sent it on it’s way. I checked for what was coming on my next train, & began prepping that stuff. When I returned my train was back at my station sitting there full of the previous stuff. Fortunately after I sent it away the 2nd time, the stuff for the next train was the same, so at least it was all prepped. My biggest pet peeve is simply that there’s not enough land for u to have all the factories, animals, etc and still have room to display your decorations that you can win, or buy from the store. I want to be able to show them off & enjoy them, but there’s no space for them. 🙁 Please give us more land for our things! We don’t need a whole village, just a bigger farm. 🤓 I have played other apps that are entire towns/villages, but they get too complicated & aren’t as enjoyable as this cute farm. ✓ One of the bestAs my title says, it is one of the best games of this type, in my opinion. Most games like this u have to spend huge amounts of money to progress, but if u just b patient and keep completing jobs u do get there eventually. Lots of objects do take a long time to make, but again a bit of patience gets u there in the end. I’ve been playing it for a while now and am at level 57 without having spent any real money on the game. The graphics r great, they take the time to add little touches to seasonal changes, like changing the weather, decorations and dressing up ur animals at Christmas, Halloween & Valentines. There r always new events to take part in, in which u can earn valuable items for upgrades. U can join a team and join in the races which take part every week to win a trophy and other good stuff which helps with ur progress. Or u can just play at ur own pace. I have had a few issues with the game lately and contacted customer support for advice. The team behind this game couldn’t have been more helpful. They always get back to u with any issues u have (which most definitely can’t b said for other games like this, take note of this review Super Solid) and in some cases if the problem persists they give u free stuff for ur patience. A big shout out to Patrick for helping me with my problems, excellent work dude ☺️ Overall I highly recommend Wild West New Frontier, it’s one of the best games of this type. ✓ Used to love this gameI really loved this game. I joined a neighborhood that I love that speaks a different language ~ and I am learning that language. I like having a full and varied market with lots of desirable items. Other people enjoy it as well. But one person found my market and now comes every few hours to steal all of the good stuff, leaving nothing for anyone else. There is no way to block players from my market ~ so I no longer buy the Golden Pass or the special deals or “bucks”. When they fix the problem, they can have my money. ✓ Addicting, similar to frontiervilleI was disappointed to learn that frontierville was shut down when I searched in the app store for it. But this showed up, it looked okay so I decided to give it a try. I noticed its very similar to the other game. Friends list to visit farms, trading goods, decorating, etc. I like it a lot, you can reach level 30 within a week of constant playing. The only downside that I dont like are some of the buildings costing nearly $50 to build as well as the saws not being available as much to clear land. I might suggest fixing the neighborhood to where it looks more organized. Like placing the less active groups near the bottom and most active towards the top. ✓ Patience is keyI see a lot of reviews complaining about how hard it is to expand your farm in this game. They are not wrong, but I think you are missing the point. Once you have expanded the land as much as it will go and have a huge barn and silo, and all the coins you could ever spend, the game becomes rather boring. I say cherish these days when you are actually excited to see building supplies drop from trees, and don’t be in such a hurry to grow up! I do wish they would add another server, as the glitches seem to be related to server overload. Also the stagecoach races have a lot of problems. More high point tasks need to appear when your team is full of level 70 plus members. Nobody wants a task worth 39 points, and it takes half an hour for a new one to appear. ✓ Very Addictive GameI’ve been playing for months now and I absolutely love this game. It’s one of the best farm games I’ve played in a very long time. Leveling up is going great, my farm is going great but being limited on the friends and expanding your farm could be better. Why can’t I seem to add friends from my social media? Why is it so hard to add friends? Why are we limited? Also I noticed a glitch in my game since the last update. When I tap on a product to make it'll say something like I need 1/125 (so I have one made out of 125) but that 125 is way off! In fact the product may not be on my board or train. I have gone a long way in this game and technically did not have to spend any money. If you want a full 5 stars from me, then simply show the quantity of each item needed on the next train coming. I mean, if you know what the train wants, you know how many it’s gonna ask for. ✓ Wild West vs TownshipI came to play Wild West after Township began glitching and the developers decided it should be a pay to play game. I’ve played township for 4 years. I play that game every single day, but have had to revert to playing Wild West as well to be able to have a decent gameplay experience. Wild West is 3D opposed to 2D like Township. I have to say, the graphics are great, but slightly dull. im finding it incredibly difficult to find an active Co-Op on Wild west. Township kept up and didn’t suggest inactive co ops, which is a plus for them. Aside from the co-op shortages, this game is definitely better than Township in many ways, but Township is nostalgic. I NEVER spend money on games, yet wild west was able to get .99 cents out of my pocket😂 UPDATE: I forgot to mention the exact reason why i decided to leave a review, which again, I NEVER do. Wild West refuses to load. I can wait between 30 seconds at times for it to load, which is great. The problem is those times that i wait 5+ minutes and it never loads so i just go back to playing Township. This has been going on for a while and has been bugging me. ✓ Glitchy at times & could make a lot of improvementsI love this game, I just think there’s a lot to improve on. Things take way too long to grow and produce. The train & ships take too many of the items at one time that take hours to produce. I also think we should be able to buy & sell tools & building materials. It requires too many items to be able to expand. It also takes way too many points to level up. I get booted from the game & have to go back in all the time. I think the developers need to listen to the players complaints and make changes. They also need to explain things about the game a little better. ✓ Snow Race👍Thanks for adding a mini game to this beautiful and absorbing farming game. Would give the game 5 stars but for the fact that you can’t guide your snow racer just with your finger leading the way. You have to use a left or right control and a separate control to jump obstacles. This is a slow and clumsy way to do it. Players used to such controls may be ok but I’ve only ever played on the iPad and have never come across these types of controls before. Township runs similar mini games and they are all finger guided. Otherwise an excellent farming game with exceptional graphics..Version: 25.8.25283

✓ Best Farming GameI really enjoy this game and the graphics are killer. The only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star rating are the following: 1). The great graphics drain the power from my iPad. I have to play plugged in most of the time. 2). To progress through the games levels, you really have to spend real $s on West Bucks. It isn't a lot, but this hinders folks in my farming neighborhood from participating at the same level of participation as other farmers. 3). Once you have successfully constructed buildings, to store all of these buildings, livestock and pets, you have a real estate problem. Storing or deleting the critical items cannot be deleted. Eventually you have to buy plots of land that are adjacent to your land. This is where you are tempted to spend real money. I would recommend this game for adults (because of the real cash thing). I am really enjoying the game and challenges of loading trains, fulfilling orders and assisting other neighbors from around the world..Version: 20.2.24346

✓ Brilliant game but frustrating!I love this game & have been playing it a long time now. I’ve built up my farm & am part of a team, all from various countries, we work well together & have fun. BUT the game keeps throwing me out completely, I know it happens to my teammates regularly too. Today the game has thrown me out sooo many times & for some reason (although this has happened before too) it’s taken me right back to the beginning. To start all over again! I’ve deleted the app, restarted my iPad, etc but can’t seem to get back to where I was before this happened. I will continue to try because I enjoy playing the game & chatting* with my teammates. ✓ Game disappearsAlmost every time you open the game up it disappears it starts at the beginning I’m very unhappy with this gameplay ok I have tried to get old game back I was on level 23 I had a lot of stuff and I use my data to play , up date my game was saved through Game Center I somehow got it back and then bought money and have a neighbor hood with a friend and lo and behold I went to play later and they started me all over again thing is I am older house bound and the farm and town games helps me so if the developers read this please fix please I love to play this game but it has glitches in it please fix the glitches I do spend a lot of cash in this game I noticed you have to spend a lot of money if you want to get where you wanna be.Version: 33.2.29082

✓ Great Potential and Beautiful GraphicsI really like this game except for the fact that I would have to connect to Facebook to find other people to play with. My only other complaint is that it takes too long to craft objects in the very beginning. I could understand the time if they were higher level items, but for beginners this is going to make them uninstall the game if they have to wait hours for beginner level items. Beautiful graphics, same concept as most games like this. Plant, harvest, craft, sell orders. Would really love to see this get a few updates including the ability to add other players without the need to connect to Facebook..Version: 33.5.29479

✓ Great graphicsI’m was really enjoying this game. I’m finding it difficult to fill my orders as the cost of the production buildings is too much. ✓ Great game! Fun and addicting!They did a wonderful job allowing players to play free yet still have access to everything in the game. Even the micro transaction currency is gifted to players via competing achievements, daily login gifts or doing well in the stage coach racing which is lots of fun especially if you find a good active neighborhood (guild) to join because neighbors will help each other to complete tasks for the race. So free players aren't locked out of anything in the game thanks to that, unlike other mobile games. I've seen other reviews claiming you need to spend money in order to play and that's simply not true unless you're an impatient person and/or crave instant gratification. ✓ Love itI do enjoy this game. It’s fun if you like harvesting and feeding animals. It’s easy and hard at the same time! I wish we had the newspaper back! And since we need bronze horseshoes for more crops I wish they where given more often than the gold horseshoes! The bad things about this game is to fill barrels cost you most of your inventory, and you never have enough room in the barn for enough inventory!
