✓ Played this for a long time but I think it’s time to stopI really enjoyed this game for a while, but it is nearly impossible sometimes to get the rewards you want during events if you want to get one of the top tier rewards. For example, I really wanted that wedding dress costume for Candy but it was only a reward for the top 1-20 people in your crew during the event, I had already spent money to boost my cash production/automation. I was on vacation and just didn’t want to be bothered to keep clicking on the collect cash button, I would literally have to do it obsessively for hours to even stay in the 11-20 ranking range to get the dress. It just isn’t worth it for me in the long run to spend my hard earned money on a virtual game continuously, when I could pay money to buy a full game I enjoy. It isn’t worth my time either, to just sit there and click the collect cash button because I don’t want to spend my real money. I really enjoyed this game for a while but since they took away the option to download/play apps to get free hashcoins, it became harder to get them and harder for me to get a leg up in the events (now you have to do those surveys with all the stupid popups). It is a shame because I LOVE the design and the work put into coordinating these events...they are great and I always looked forward to them, but I just don’t see myself enjoying the game anymore. I had a good run with it tho, which is why I gave it 4 stars..Version: 1.16.0

✓ IPhone 12 Pro Max notch compatibilityIt’s a pretty fun and awesome game. I’m always finding myself opening my phone just to see how my progress is going with the main game and the funny little events. Only problem is since upgrading to an IPhone 12 Pro Max, the notch covers some information and I can never see how my hash coins I have. ✓ Good GameI like playing this game and have been doing so for a while. I am now on season 35 and the seasons take a bit long as you progress but worth the wait. My only problem with the game is that I like to take part in the events and they all start in good time for PST which I feel a bit biased. Maybe the start of some the events should start earlier to benefit those also playing in the UK or put us on a different server. Also being on a higher season when I go to collect the 4 hour boost I never get many pints, it’s always around 100 out of 360, I would like to think this is random but the amount of times I have collected it I think this is rigged to the game.Version: 1.11.3

✓ Good gameIve had this game for years & I don’t see myself getting bored of it anytime soon. You dont need to be on it all the time to get far & you don’t need to spend money either, taking part in the event’s and doing well gets you everything you need. Its such a simple addicting game. However I do think, at least on the main game there should be some way we can sell cards when upgrades are completed. For example when something is fully renovated there could be a hash coin reward or even a time skip or some way of selling the remaining cards for drinks. Also to the reviews that say the events are rigged its absolute crap. Im in the UK i have sussed out the event mines start around 7pm so i go straight onto it i dont spend the drinks or whatever is on that event mine unless i need it to automate or to get a chest. Once you have learnt the game and have played a couple of event mines you know what to do and what not to do to get further next time. I do think some rewards could be a little better, especially on the 24hr events. But thats just nitpicking..Version: 1.24.5

✓ Great but not greatThe amount of work that’s clearly put into this is impressive and makes it very fun, especially if you’re a fan of the show. But here’s my thing, the events. So let’s say you just bought a new business (not any specific) and you need the business character cards to upgrade the business. Too easy right?? Well, there’s always 3 different cards you can buy with liquor or whatever the event currency is. Those 3 cards change to different cards every 2 hrs or so. Simple. But the thing is, when you have just bought a new business, the specific character card you need will almost NEVER pop up as one of those cards. But they will always have one of those “greasy deal” things with that card you need. Lol what a coincidence. So you can’t even upgrade that business unless A. You buy the greasy deal, B. You buy hashcoins, or C. I guess you could download a bunch of random apps for a low payout. I don’t wanna sit here and make complaints just to get told “Hey bud! Sorry you don’t like our game! You can make comments and suggestions at wedontactuallycare@tpbgame” or whatever. Like it’s clear what you’re doing. You know people want that certain card to upgrade that business to proceed in the event. And you make it almost impossible to get unless they spend money. ✓ Great game, the future is bright.I love the game and how it functions as of right now. You don’t need to spend money to get into the leaderboards. However you can, just like any game. It’s a very run of the mill idle game with all the characters from TPB we love. The stories have some background from the show/movies, but the developers have thrown their little twists to make it more interesting in the game setting. I think what would really bring this game 5 stars. Would be not having to restart your park when you finish a season. For one, I haven’t spent a single penny on it and still enjoy it (even though you could spend a chunk of money on the game) and it’s not one that you feel like you have to spend money on to enjoy. Secondly, ads don’t really pop up much. I think I’ve had a few pop up, but for the most part they’re optional to get some in game currency. When you do opt to watch an ad it is always a short 30 second one for some sort of ap and isn’t one that you click the x and get sent to the app store. I know those are both big factors for free games, so it’s great on that aspect. On top of that its well put together that it doesn’t freak out and crash or freeze. This game is a wonderful collation of past episodes and memorable lines all while injecting a sense of novelty. Overall it’s a great mindless grind full of fun moments and interesting costumes. There really is a lot of work that goes into creating all of these special events and they do not disappoint or feel too derivative. However, despite these very well designed events I do take issue with how frequent they are. Since I have started playing a month or so ago there has been an event literally every day. This frequency makes them feel less special and I am less inclined to spend money on them since tomorrow or in a few days there just going to be another one. I feel that having events on the weekends or holidays would add to their impact and ultimately draw more revenue from the average player. This would be a win win for both players and developer. Maybe it’s just my business analyst side coming out but I really think this may be worth considering. I respect the fact the developer needs to earn some sort of payback from people like myself who play the game and chose to wait through the ads instead of paying money to advance my game play. The GoPuff ad with the guy wearing the gray sweatshirt consistently glitches within the ad and often causes the game to freeze or crash. The problem has been getting worse over time. This has only happened to businesses or desks that haven’t been automated yet, but it’s still frustrating after working the game for an extended period of time and progress gets reset to a previous point. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be if this happened after spending actual money in game. It is annoying though in an event when your trying to place and your progress to automating a business is taken away and you can’t get your in game currency you’ve spent back. After finding some helpful tips on a sub Reddit for the game, I like the iOS version much better now. It’s still greasy, it’s still a grind, but way more fun. Do yourself a favor and lookup game tips and most of all stack your cards! Edit: I stand by my original review below, but I would like to add that I’ve played the Steam version and it’s wayyyyyyyyy better. Sure it’s still a repetitive clicker game, but there are no ads and there are additional features like being able to click on properties to gain additional currency. It all makes it much more enjoyable. My recommendation for the developers is to incorporate some of those features into the iOS version and/or offer it as $1-2 upgrade. When upgrading a character for every business, especially in events, is it really necessary to show each and every business get upgraded one at a time? 2. In the events, let us watch ads so we can get x2 income through the whole event instead of just 12 hour intervals. 3. A setting to turn off the story line content for events or even in regular play as well but I don’t mind in the regular play as much because nothing is timed. 4. Events need more hashcoin prizes! 5. Make the shorter events have more frequent event trunks! It’s a shorter time, why not a shorter time between trunks?? 6. Lastly would be to just make it more... fun? Nobody wants to open an event, play for a few hours then sit there and wait for enough money to upgrade.... why make us sit there and wait? The more time between upgrades means people will exit the app and possibly forget about the event until a notification pops up. Y’all aren’t making money when people aren’t playing the game, right?? Absolutely love the game and will continue playing regardless, but that’s my 2 cents!.Version: 1.12

✓ The EventsIf I’m being completely honest the events are to hard. I can’t tell if I’m going against AI or real players that play this game all the time. I go to sleep for on event and I’m 8th in the leaderboard but then when I wake up a couple hours later I’m a 120th on the leaderboard now. Please this game is time consuming enough and don’t get me wrong I love the game and love the show. But it feels like in order to get in top 50 of the leaderboard you have to play all the time like nonstop or buy enough stuff with hash coins that are really hard to get already to automate the business in the game that is the only way to be able to maintain and even still because the other players or AI are playing for 12 hours straight with upgrading constantly. And for being in the top 100 out of a very popular game it should be more rewarding then giving us one rare card and 100 liquor. Please the events are to hard..Version: 1.23

✓ Solid time passing clickerHave been playing for forever. The Devs truly care about consumer input, and over the years it has shown. They only thing that I wish was an option, is the forced clicking/watching. Devs please add a “do you want the story mode” button. After making it to season 150 something and starting over because of a new phone issue I’m on season 241 and have never cared for the forced portions of the game. IE story’s and ….Upgrading a character that upgrades all businesses…. I have to then watch every business go through its upgrade cycle, is not the end of the world but after 5+ years of playing has wasted a ton of time. ✓ APP ISSUESSince iOS 16 update came out the game has not been working the same for me. The Jacob event happening now specifically I’ve had a real issue with as everytime I close the app out fully and reopen it I have one update to accept for 76 that never moves off 0. After closing the app and reopening I have to accept another update for 260 something and then it takes over 5 minutes to load to 100% and actually let me into the game. It’s getting extremely frustrating as I love this app and am constantly closing out of background apps out of habit while in between other apps. ✓ Extremely fun but needs improvementI play this game everyday. Its my number 1 mobile game. I love it so much. However some things can really make you mad. Like when you legit spend so much time on the events and everythings going smooth up until the very end when you only have like 3-4 things left to unlock and then its nearly impossible to unlock them. Like how can I be in like 8th place money wise but not unlocking everything? Also every like 3-4 events one event will practically glitch out the entire game and wont let you watch the ad to get the 30 extra tokens.
