✓ Superb serviceI used this app after being on hold for over 5 minutes this morning trying to change a flight. I chalked it up to coronavirus surge. The next time I accessed the Lufthansa App, it offered me this Customer Service App. I used the chat function and was able to communicate with Kathryn within one minute, who was able to seamlessly change my departure airport on a round trip flight from DFW to CDG. It was instantly reflected on the main app. Oh, and they already knew my name without me having to enter any identifying information at the very beginning of the chat. I’m very impressed during this time when I’m sure they are all extremely busy. One more reason to love Lufthansa! I’ve been let down multiple times by other international airlines, but never by Lufthansa. I will continue to fly them whenever feasible. MD.Version: 2.0.4
