✓ Too many bugs and too expensiveApp is expensive for what it do. I purchased it recently and I am not satisfied at all. First of all the Athan notifications are buggy. Sometimes sound is not played. Secondly the Siri Shortcuts doesn’t work at all. The report bug section is also non functional. I cant report a bug from the app..Version: 3.30
✓ Used to be the best before recent updateSalam. I want to thank you for this app you made. I've been using it the past few years alhamdulilah. The app used to work fast. But after the recent update, now once I open the app, it takes too long for me to find out prayer times quickly. Used to let you know as soon as you opened the app. Also very very important, the widget in notification center used to have the countdown to the next salat. It was great just looking quickly to know how much time you had left in case you are late for your salat without having to leave whichever app you are on by looking at the widget in the notification center. I guess I will have to look for another athan app for now, but JazakAllah for the past few years.Version: 4.0.3
✓ App has been improved but still has some bugsThe app is beautiful but there are two major flaws: 1. You will get 8 notifications for every Athan and the Athan will turn on and off - very strange bug that needs to be addressed. 2. You cannot silence the Athan once it starts. ✓ Not The Athan App for MeBeautiful interface, but not worth the whiskey glass ads that popped up. When I am using a “dunya” app and liquor or whatever pops up that is the risk you take using that app. Muslims have a right to expect better from an app geared towards Muslims. Advertisements that are not in keeping with your content should not appear. The fact that the app developer does not have control over the ads that are shown is not a good enough excuse. The app developer had the option of not using ads altogether. I understand the need for monetizing the app but there are other ways to do that. Helping advertise things outside of the Islamic life style when people are coming to an app to positively influence their Islamic lifestyle will never be appropriate. Especially when there are other athan apps that can be used without these ads. Muslims let’s raise our standards..Version: 4.1.8

✓ Very cheeky way of charging people and then backtracking on features!I purchased one of their premium packages to unlock all the features, only to come to know after a couple of weeks that all those features had been blocked again and I was expected to pay more for another package !!! Very dishonest and unclear way of dealing ! Reply to developer’s response: I do understand that you have to meet costs. If you do want to charge us for features then do so for new features , and not by rolling back on your commitment for existing features that people have already paid for, and then ask us to pay for it again. When I buy a package which states that a certain number of features will be available to me, I should get access to those features. If you after a few weeks block those features and expect me to pay for it again, then you are backtracking on your side of the deal (which is not honest). ✓ Good app Horrible supportI'm absolutely enamored with this app! It boasts a sleek design, impressive accuracy, and a plethora of features available for both the basic and premium versions. I was so impressed that I even went ahead and purchased a lifetime license. However, my experience took a downturn when I utilized Apple iCloud's 'Hide My Email' service. Regrettably, this resulted in a predicament where I'm unable to receive any emails through the generated fake email. I've made numerous attempts to contact the support team in hopes of changing my email, but unfortunately, I haven't received a single response. Consequently, if you encounter any technical issues, it seems like bidding farewell to this app is the only option..Version: 4.1.8

✓ Notifications Not WorkingAlhamdulillah. Being impressed with beautiful interface, yesterday I purchased full premium package. Now notification is not working. I have checked all the settings of App and my Phone (iPhone 11). I have found no issues. Everything is alright. But only Azan notification is not working. Alas! That was the main purpose of buying this App. I am feeling like the man who brought harm for himself being attracted by beauty but losing the purpose. Please fix this issue. Update from Athan Pro customer service: a new update is coming this week and the above mentioned issue will be resolved. The news makes me so happy that I am increasing few stars now and rest I will increase after seeing the following suggestions are coming in effect: Full athan doesn’t play during notification or it doesn’t have any option. Only way is to access and play from App setting. An option to play full athan during notification when mobile is locked would make this app more lovable. Vibration should be added. It is in some situations more convenient and useful than silent or beep. Alongside daily Hadith, one Ayat daily from Quran will highly be regarded and increase the number of subscribers. If appropriate, an athan pro community can be launched to inspire discussion and connections amongst devout Muslims all around the world..Version: 3.34

✓ Prayers Don’t Stay On When You Open the App/When the Call to Prayer Notification Pops Up...The prayers do not stay on or come on when you open the app, and the notification for the call to prayer doesn’t let you listen to the prayer &/or let it stay on either when you open the app AND when the notification comes up on the phone. I remember that you used to be able to listen to and see the prayer on this app once you opened it, but it is not working anymore/now. It is extremely frustrating, and it would be awesome if you guys could please fix this issue so that we can still see and listen to the prayer once you open the app &/or when the notification pops up too. ✓ Nice quality but app needs improvementsI am very disappointed that it showed wrong prayer times after daylight saving time switch, I was trusting the app that it would automatically update itself. I was wrong.. and I think it is a major problem - showing wrong prayer times; afterall thats what the app is for. And no my internet was fine, I closed and opened the app many times and checked to make sure it is updated. That was not the only issue; everytime i change the juristic, it keeps going back to the default selection which shows different prayer times than I need. There support told me to remove and reinstall the application and then restore the paid subscription. Which I did but now it is not restoring my subscription. ✓ Athan IssueI love this app but I can’t give it a full five stars. It’s a truly beautiful app but something is wrong with the Athan notification. It starts on time and everything but after a few seconds it just shuts off. If I want to hear the full thing, I have to go into sound settings and play it manually. ✓ Not full AdhanJust to warn you this app does not mention anywhere that this is not a full adhan. When you purchase the full version for £12 they give you options of additional Adhans (which are all in full) but when it’s prayer time you hear only the first few seconds. When I went onto the support page it states you have to buy another app to get a full Adhan for another £12! I still bought it as it seems like the most advanced prayer app out there. If they can refund me the first £12 and state on the app that this is not a full version of the Adhan I am happy to update the review to 5 stars as this is a bit misleading..Version: 3.22
