✓ Works okBut you can‘t make screen osharing only bigger (when you don‘t want to see others) Biggest fault it doesn‘t work on iphone with airpods.Version: 20.3.5

✓ Missed AppointmentThis stupid app would not allow me to join a video appointment with my gastroenterologist this morning. It completely locked my out! The link to join the video feed was a dead link! I called tech support for Sutter Gould Medical Center and they were so clueless they ended the call abruptly. I am in pain and had to reschedule my appointment..Version: 21.1.0

✓ 3x failed to login to 3 different doctorsMy mom is 87 years old. We’ve been denied access three times from three different virtual sessions. The problem is always logging in prior to scheduled session. The instructions say you can connect up to 15 mins before scheduled appointment but using both an iPhone and an iPad we got error messages. The only time it works is if doctors side gets there first and opens the room. If the software requires doctors to open the room then the hospital system and the provider of this technology need to change its user instructions.Version: 22.2.0

✓ Microphone can’t be enabled on iOS so pretty much useless to anyone but mimesI’ve talked to Apple and IT support for the business that is using your app for video appointments and they can’t help me get audio to work through your app. Your app support site is useless. ✓ AudioAudio is not functioning at all when logged into the app with mt log in. It works fin under the browser but if I am trying to control something on the patient’s end, I can’t due not being logged in. This is the 2nd week with this issue . Please help and fix..Version: 22.6.1
✓ Huge improvement over VidyoMobile, but no camera during splitviewThis is very nice improvement over VidyoMobile. I have no complaints other than the camera failing to work (send an image) when the app is being used in splitview. As i often need to read/write a document whilst in the meeting this failing really affects the usability of the app..Version: 18.3.0
✓ ConnectingWas a royal pain going through all the options to connect, kept reverting back to the beginning, I gave them all the info, I was 1 hour late for my appointment but Roberta gave up her lunch for me. She should be commended. Also the second tech helper stayed with me the first helper was put out and couldn’t care less about the fact I needed a counselor at that time..Version: 22.6.1
✓ Missed doctor video appointmentI could not get this app to work at all on my iPad Air (4th generation). I tried repeatedly to access the video link for my doctor’s appointment but I kept getting an error message. So frustrating and needlessly stressful. I was lucky that my doctor was able to later fit me in for a phone visit instead of having to reschedule for another day..Version: 21.2.0
✓ Cannot use it on iPad ProI could not get it to work on iPad Pro (under iPadOS 12). Just see a small square with photo of myself, cryptic control icons below, no online help, and may prompt for userid/password even when intended to be guest. I'm deleting this frustrating dysfunctional app. It deserves ZERO stars. Wish organizations & businesses would all use Zoom or Google Meeting which work..Version: 20.1.1
