✓ Love the app except no cancel once you close the appI ordered my usual from the app to pick up inside on my way home. Doors were locked, so forced to use drive thru and drive thru was SLLLOOOOOWWW with only a 6 cars. Waited 5 minutes and no movement so I left but wasn’t able to cancel the charge from my gift card so I called the restaurant. No help. She didn’t know what to do about refunding me and said she would the next day. No call. App needs to allow a cancellation once app is closed..Love Del but bad experienceVersion: 3.7.4

✓ Deal with it ! ! Spoiled onesThis app has worked well for me & my family . After reading all the reviews I can’t understand why people get so frustrated & upset ? What do they expect? ? ? Nobody’s entitled to anything as well as nobody should feel that they’re owed anything???? People always seem to be very opinionated & judgmental putting all their life’s stress into something like this app when in reality the app is simple there to provide you with extra perks & savings that you might want to use ? I LOVE it whenever I’m able to save $ & or get something for free & this is exactly what this app has always provided me. Thank you Del Taco my visits are pleasing & pleasant along with the friendly staff & quick service at my favorite location in Placentia. 👍✌️.8o girlVersion: 2.1.1

✗ Change store open/close hoursI understand the inconvenience of the virus situation but I work overnights and been to three different store locations and they've all been closed early. If the stores are going to close early I understand and hope everyone is safe but I'd also expect the courtesy, like ALL OTHER stores are graciously and generously doing, and change the hours on your app and Google (I double checked before I ordered!) too to match the stores. I had to cancel two orders because the app said they were open and still allowed me to order! All other fast food chains I've been through have changed their hours..Gaysian_SensationVersion: 2.4

✗ Food is great. App UI is frustratingJust a horrible user interface for ordering. When you click to start an order it shoots you to your previous order history rather than to the menu. Once you are on the menu it is next to impossible to see what offers are available. You have to go all the way back to where you see your order history, and chose a location to order from all over again. Half the items back calorie information. Just a horrible user experience, which is sad because I do enjoy the food..OkayToddVersion: 2.8
