✓ This service overpromises and under delivers on all levelsWe have been billed for a service that was marketed to us 2 years ago as “imminent” and now it has arrived. Fees are increased and we get only 10% of our Max TV channels via wireless home devices. For channels we never watch. Despite promises and despite glitzy marketing emails that Sasktel service providers sceptically claim are “not reasonable” (as if I am making it up, and read the actual Sasktel marketing emails). They are still sorting licensing agreements, apparently. Service managers have no idea what is being marketed. As we filter this wireless device service for actual channels streamed, it is a joke. Do NOT bill me for a service which is not yet available. Sort our your licensing agreements BEFORE I get the bill. Heads up folks. If people do not pay attention— you will pay before a service is properly running. Shoddy marketing, shoddy service and even worse service followup, with 2 hrs of phone calls, on hold and pending “recalls”. Misleading marketing. Horrid service.
