✓ Great App, Some BugsI am an admin and don’t personally use the app that much but my employees like it and use it correctly and consistently which is a huge improvement over past time clocks. One complaint is that the “Most used by you” jobs are random and don’t apply to the individual. Would be helpful if these were accurate. ✓ Game Changer for My Small BusinessAs my business grew I found myself juggling balls more often. This end result was that things started being missed. This scheduling app was a game changer. Not only is it wonderful for me, it is extremely easy for my employees to use and understand. And they definitely are not text savvy. Additionally, the support is outstanding. Questions are answered within minutes, and no question is too mundane in for them. I must admit, there are a lot of features that I am not using, but will come in handy at a later date. As our team grows we will inevitably start paying for a subscription and that’s fine, but the fact that you offer this for free to businesses with 10 or fewer employees is excellent and has given us the time we needed to get use to the platform and decide on whether to stick with Connecteam or not. Also, I would like to mention that the staff support is great. Although I have watched many of the online tutorial video’s, I have also asked many questions, and the team have always responded within a couple of minutes and have been most helpful. ✓ Always Finding SolutionsWent looking through reviews of the App that I currently use, “wow love it or hate it.” Such is life For Me, the Director of a Diverse Construction Company in Australia I had searched for nearly a year before I tried Connecteam. To date this app has helped the Company grow from 10 Employees to now Over 50. This App is great if you want a quick and no fuss solution to help track your team and allocate work It IS NOT a complete package like Aroflo or similar but no where as complicated or expensive, plus the mobile app is great and always getting better(unlike some apps that just update) The most customised piece of kit I’ve found for the price. I use this tool along with Trello and currently working on an API to make them communicate. Where Connecteam is Great - Easy to use, Some of my team call it the Tradies Facebook. Lol - Time Tracking and Workload - Team Communication and Updates (Toolbox talks) - Onboarding - Customisation is invaluable. - Amazing Reports, Shift Reports, (easy to set up) - Tracking your team, notifications on where they are, - Directory, No longer am I having to send team numbers - Customer support Where Connecteam is getting better - Job Scheduling (still buggy but getting better) - Where Connecteam is not so Great - No Calendar - Cannot customise the working week enough. - Freezes out in the field via mobile when trying to complete an update - Scheduling Unavailability for a long period is slow and cumbersome - Scheduling when you want to just see those available on a certain period the app thinks that working is unavailable, when all you want to know is who’s AT work that I can modify their schedule if I so chose to. - Multiple choice in the shift attachments, as much as this is good/great you cannot choose multiple items (Construction company’s have 1000’s of items to choose) - Zero project management - Timesheet to invoice (understandably this is pushing what the App is for, although being able to invoice easier from this app would be a game changer) This App is useful and yes I would definitely recommend to any Aussie Business..Version: 8.3.6

We did a lot of research for a platform that would allow us to better engage and communicate with our employees and landed on Connecteam ~1-1/2 years ago for its value and versatility. Our experience with the app and the product support team has been second-to-none. We have about 95% engagement company-wide with nearly 60% regular engagement, which has exceeded our expectations. We don’t even use all of the app features, but it will do everything we hoped it would do and more. As the primary admin and content curator, I can say that the app is relatively easy to use, both on the front and back ends, and is very versatile in its abilities. I have interacted with product support from the beginning as if I was the only customer and they have done nothing but treat me as if that is true. But there are so many features that will be key in encouraging and enforcing communication, expanding our knowledge base and training as well as some fun ways to reward your employees and incentivize them. Keeping my staff engaged with each other and with me is priceless. And best of all, it is free for up to 10 or fewer employees. That helps me to be able to keep costs down. The support team isn’t just attentive but they truly listen to what you are trying to accomplish and give you multiple ways to reach that goal. The desktop side is very well created with calculated custom icons and colors for labeling. The phone app is completely designed for phone users in mind. It would be nice if all team members could post in the feed to share success, ideas or post a question to all members in the group rather then through the messenger. Really would like to see the ability to add a background photo in the profile section & change the backgrounds when posting an update to an image rather then a color or wallpaper. This seems to be the only negative thing my team has found. Hope to see that change soon! ✓ Love this app!I’ve been using Connect Team for a small team for over a year. I love this app and find it the most intuitive one I’ve tried. I’m in construction and I tried at least 15 different apps for my business and found connect team to be hands down the best for us. It’s not bloated with stuff you don’t need but does still have lots of great features. Its really easy onboarding staff and getting them to use it whereas some of the other apps the boys didn’t like and found confusing..Version: 8.3.4
✓ So close to 5 stars!I have two jobs, my first started using it and I recommended it to my second employer, they implemented and love it! One feature I would appreciate is if I could get notifications for both jobs. Currently the app only shows whichever I am logged into, so I have to pop back and forth to see if I’ve missed anything. Add a better keyboard with spellcheck and this would be 5 stars for my purposes. Also noticed photo upload in chat can be a little janky, if I want to screencap a training and post it won’t connect to my gallery..Version: 8.4.5

✓ Loving the app so far but...This app has far beyond exceeded what I was expecting. I’ve been able to set up everything I would need for my restaurant team but I am experiencing one issue. Whenever you click to add a GIF or click on the submit button, the screen that slides up consistently jumps up and down. I’ve reached out to support and they were very helpful and assured me that this would get escalated to their programmers. I really hope this gets figured out as I can see it getting annoying for my users, and me at some point. Overall, 5 star so far. ✓ What's a findHaving been using several apps to manage my team, what a breath of fresh air it was finding this app. The form design is just what I needed to complete all of my tasks with ease. The time clock allows me to keep track of the hours my employees compete. I have even implemented more processes relating to health and safety which takes very little time to complete. Since hiring my first employee, this has been SO HELPFUL to manage both of our clients and be able to make changes quickly. ✓ Great app for scheduling employeesWe are a large team of computer science educators who teach teachers how to use computer science in their classrooms. Most of our sessions are virtual, and some are face-to-face. We've been using Connecteam since the beginning of summer and have found it to be very helpful in scheduling for all of our varied offerings. One frustrating feature in the app is not having the ability to "accept" shifts. Their approach to the functionally of this incredible HR Department in the palm of your hands is so easy to navigate that staff training isn’t necessary. What we though would have been a learning curse is so intuitive. The Support is outstanding, they are truly in your corner desiring you to succeed in meeting all your HR needs. The Developers have constantly improving an app that is head and shoulders above so many that we have tried. The Rewards and Recognition feature for Staff Members is simply brilliant.
