✓ Covid ResultsThis app is trash, waiting on my results and received a text about them being updated. Get a message to sign up, so I do, expecting to see my results but there are no documents available in contradiction to the text and it is an awful interface! If I could give any feedback it would be to just delete this app and email the results like normal because it’s much more direct! ✓ RidiculousI went online and set an appointment and arrived 10 min early. Only to be told there are two systems, I wasn’t on one and the girl on the other system was on the phone. I’m then told there’s walk ins as well, but for me to wait in my car behind the building and they’ll contact me! Either you set appointments or you do walk ins! For me to set an appointment and be given a lame excuse and for me to wait in my car is HORRENDOUS customer service! So glad I don’t live in Murphy or Garland where I’d need some place like this! ✓ Who Are You?The developer responding to reviewers giving low ratings claiming that they are not associated with the Covid test givers. Then who are you and why should I give you my personal information? If you are a separate entity, I would need more information about you as where my personal info is stored e.g. what country etc. and even if I don’t use your APP, do you still get my test results?
