✓ Pay to play for children’s games?This is ridiculous! Such a cool concept behind the game and my son loves it. Problem is you can’t do anything without paying real money. I would have no problem paying $5-$10 for the app and let my son play to unlock everything. Problem is that’s not the case. $10 wouldn’t unlock 1/100th of the game. What toddler or young kid has the money to play this game. So now my son just keeps doing the same old challenges over and over because he completed Thomas’ challenges and you have to pay crazy amounts of money for them to move to more. You will never get a dollar from us because of how you are trying to rip these kids off. I feel like the developers are scum bags for trying to exploit our children for money like they are. ✓ Great app and a fantastic companyMy son loves this app but the main reason I wanted to write this review was to say how amazing a company Budge are and after my dealings with them I would strongly recommend them for any app. We had a small issue with this app on my son’s iPad. I emailed the customer support and had a response back within 1 hour. The email was super helpful and when I sent a reply I again got a great and helpful reply very quickly. The customer service was excellent and in a time when a lot of companies have poor customer service it is so lovely to deal with a kind and caring company. I was so pleased.
