✓ Not greatThe only thing this app did was to set daily limits- but not how many hours. Instead, what time from the am and pm it was to be allowed. Not very helpful. It "offers" blocking certain content and apps, but Apple Family already does that. Plus, my son just deleted it off his iPod. Not helpful. Glad it was free. ✓ Not intuitive poorly configured to setupIt’s not great. It’s not intuitive especially the calendar setup. These apps are a very hard sell with your kids so when you agree time and dates it needs to be right. I’m not sure if I’m selecting a day or deselecting it. When you load a time you hit save nothing changes. You have to hit the AM time to get the PM time to load and then hit save for it to load. ✓ DO NOT GETHands down the worst app ever. This app has rendered my sons new phone useless. Even after deleting his profile from my phone it still is in lock down. I have wasted a whole day trying to fix. Left with little choice but to reset his entire phone. Just the way everyone wants to spend their weekend. Save yourself the hassle and get use another app. To update - interestingly it was my 14 year old son who found a way to solve the problem. He was able to disable my access to his phone through the app setting (his profile was still on my phone). This effectively makes this app a complete joke as kids can disable the monitoring capacity of their parents. I spoke with a friend who is a software developer who had a look and commented that a good portion of computer savvy kids today would be able to hide from their parents or block their access. ✓ Unstable and doesn’t workEvery time I open the app to check/action kids accounts, the system shuts the app and I am never able to complete anything. I’ve tried switching my phone off and rebooting and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. It doesn’t help. I had further issues and did contact the service team - this proved to be quite an annoying process. Finally someone was able to help with the “further issues” but was unable to help with the original issue. Someone would have to call me. I advised Monday between 10 and 12 was best. I had no missed calls in spite of giving 2 contact numbers but received an email saying someone had tried to contact me but the phone wasn’t ringing. No one else has trouble contacting me. The only missed calls I’ve had were from when I was at work. I’ve now deleted the app. I think the security app I paid for is interfering with my phones ability to connect to the internet as I have have to turn this off whenever I start to use the internet. Unable to log in today via the iOS app on my phone. Email address and password used but then the login graphic just keeps spinning. When it finishes, it’s still on the login screen. Tried resetting password. Still the same. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Still the same. When it is working, I have noticed that although I can set internet screen time that blocks the internet browser from connecting to the internet, she can still play online games through apps on her laptop. Even when internet activity is manually paused, she can still play online games via apps on her laptop but cannot access any webpages through her browser. I don’t see much point in installing this app when it doesn’t seem to provide the level of control or protection required or often, the ability to actually login!.Version: 2.9.4

The only thing that changed was this program. On one computer the headphone jack stopped working and on the other it messed up screen settings. It also had SO MUCH LAG on both computers it was like using a 1985 word processor. I spent 30 minutes uninstalling this program from 2 PCs. I had to do the “allow uninstall” link 5 or 6 times on each system before it finally accepted. Even after uninstalling, the headphone jack still didn’t work until I did a full factory reset. When I tried to free up apps for them to use, the McAfee app kept timing out. So I’ve got a kid screaming she suddenly can’t use YouTube and I’ve got an app screaming it can’t update her phone. ✓ HORRIBLEThis is the worst app ever!!! There are so many more better options than this, my kids have been hacking into it and turning everything off! When I first got it, I recommended it to my neighbor, and her kids just stole her phone to turn it off! We don’t even use it to be “safe.” I just use the time out and the schedule. If the developers want a suggestion, make it so that the adults can use their phone numbers instead of their emails, because emails are a LOT easier to hack apparently. ✓ App block issueThe App works well in terms of limiting screen usage, but when the restrictions are lifted the kids complain their Apps are restored in a random order, like when you used to restore a device. Problem is once they sort them and the restriction kicks in, they are back to random, so could someone look at this. Geofences doesn’t work, but the location does, which doesn’t concern me, but would be nice if fixed..Version: 2.1
✓ Annoyingly dangerousYou download an app to help your kid manage their screen time because you're tired of arguing with them, and the app deletes all of their apps! Over an hour of technical support to get the apps back and delete this app for good. Beyond this fun evening, icons for functionalities were missing - instructions references icons / buttons that didn't exist. I also couldn't set multiple time slots of 'app time' during a day.
