✓ One of the best board games everI don’t quite get it: why is there an average of 3.4 for this lovely game? It’s a really aesthetic and artistic game; the animations, the music, hell even the queer names are so great! It doesn’t have any bugs (at least in the offline mode), doesn’t consume too much battery (even has an option for saving it) and is a lightweight app. If you have eyes for pure sense of humor, artistry and sorcery, definitely get this; you won’t regret it..Version: 2.03

I've installed the game numerous times to try to get the bugs resolved, and each time its reinstalled there's a different kind of bug causing problems. ✓ Perfect casual game for tabletop gamersI got sick of all the IAP casual games with their time delays, ads, and booster backs. You have to pay for this game and the expansion, but after that it just works. There are some more rules upfront than your average game, but that means there is also deeper strategy. Took me a day to be able to beat the hard AIs about 80% of the time. Might move on to multi-player soon..Version: 2.03

✓ Getting better.Probably rushed out with a number of bugs, the game is getting better with the fixes.I've not managed to play online as there is never anyone there (unlike TtoR, where there is a queue). I can't see any difference between easy and hard AI, in both cases they are much better at spotting sequences than a human eye, including appearing to know what is off board. They also seem to take sequences even when they don't need them in a sort of perpetual denial mode, leaving a lot of empty chutes into the bargain. A lot also depends on the first few moves, enough to make new players give up..Version: 1.0.2

✓ Fabulous game, slight bug.My family and I love this game, both the physical and app versions. My only issue is that with the newest update I can not complete the Graduatus Classis Cautionis achievement. I’ve won multiple games against the bots at various difficulties and not triggered the Professor often enough to preclude the achievement, but it doesn’t click to complete. Great game, just annoying for someone who likes that 100% completion! I’m on an iPhone XS and do not play online, if that matters..Version: 2.03
✓ Great gameBrilliant game at a great price I’m sure the expansion pack will give it more depth but there is still a great game without it. No bugs at all. And it’s good that the AI is hard cos lets be honest there isn’t always people to play online with and the last thing you want is an AI that’s easy to beat. I have mixed opinions on asdomee some of there apps work perfectly some are glitchy and crash so this is not a bias review, it’s a honest one..Version: 2.03
✓ Fun for the most partFun game with some challenging, albeit a little luck dependant, puzzling in the form of matching. Recently bought the expansion though, and with the introduction of the 'wild' colours, it eventually dulls down to just picking the same lane over and over again, as wilds gets prioitised, it eventually leads to Wild's getting used, and they fill back up the only empty lane; that being the one that was JUST picked. And becuase it's now full of wilds, it's get picked again... and again, and again. Other than that oversight though, a good game..Version: 2.03
✓ Love the Game but keeps crashingI've been playing this game for a while. Recently I upgraded my iPad to a iPad Pro and now the game crashed when I got to use certain potions. ✓ Fun but sometimes unclear.There were some moments when I thought the game was stuck. Either I couldn’t select a Potion or move on. Turned out when using the Potion of Prismatic Joy you need to hit the tag below the Potion, not the Potion itself. Also had moments where I thought I needed to select a new Potion but the game was waiting for me to make a move. If your new and not paying attention it can be frustrating. As you play more it won’t be an issue. I do wish they had a beginner option that gently reminded you, where you were in terms of your turn or where you need to hit or tap something..Version: 2.0

✓ Near Perfect Fun! Just One Thing...Extremely fun game. It made me run out the next day to buy the physical games. The one thing this game sorely needs is an Undo button. I would limit any Undo button to only going back one move maximum and only if someone hits the Undo button within a time limit of say 5 seconds or so. If they put that in, it would vastly improve the game with the easy to make missteps that are immediately apparent after tapping. It would be like allowing someone about to drink a potion to “get it to their lips” but change their mind before drinking it when they immediately realize it won’t have the effect they thought it would. It would also allow someone to put a marble they accidentally pulled back in the rack (if done within the time limit)..Version: 2.03

Would recommendI haven't played the physical version of this game as the artwork never really caught my attention, but I bought this app when it was on sale, and I have loved the game play! Strategic gameplay made more challenging by adding additional players and on hard mode. Would like to see the expansion added for additional challenge or a new level of master AI opponents as I can see this becoming too easy over time. Cons: - You have to wait in game for someone to join your online game because if you leave to a different screen, it removes your game from the list and takes you offline - I cant figure out how to get several of the achievements and nowhere online seems to have answers - Once you understand the strategy, becomes too easy without other challenging opponents.Version: 1.5

I like the concept of the game and I think the developers did a really good job turning it into an app. One little problem I do have though is that occasionally the game gets stuck and offers no option to proceed. It’s easy to quit the game though and start a new one, so it’s only an annoyance. Still worth buying..Version: 1.4

✓ 5 stars for fun, minus one for bugginessThis is my go-to game on my phone. Really fun! Bought the expansion pack about a year ago and have really enjoyed it. Hoping for more potion expansion options in future! (“Paint” an ingredient a different color while on the board, swap 2 ingredients while still on the board, swap 2 ingredients from anywhere on the board, etc.) Only issue is that multiple updates have been VERY “buggy.” To the point that I can’t plan the online version because it just spins. Sometimes this lasts for weeks or even months until the next update. Sometimes deleting and reinstalling the app helps, but often you just have to wait for the next update to play again. If this gets fixed, I’d rate it 5 starts for sure!.Version: 3.4.1

I've played the board version and absolutely loved it and had to get the app. But, there are times when the game freezes and will kick you out of an online game. Also, certain features will stick and not work properly, making it impossible to finish a turn. A bug fix is definitely needed..Version: 1.1

But I have a couple serious suggestions. 1, there are no notifications when it's your turn. 2, it does not show your opponents turn when you reenter the game, it just skips to your turn.
