✓ All of my albums has gone i am horrifiedI have renewed my SA subscription and even paid for a premium service to find out i have lost all of my previous albums photos and videos. ✓ Poor technical supportI’ve reached out several times and initially I did get a response with a ticket# and some instructions on how to fix my issue. Also advising if I still had an issue to share a screenshot video. It took me a bit to get the video to send as it was too large for my phone. When I was able to get the video on my computer, I was able to email it (2-3 times now) and always referencing the ticket #. My issue is my basic subscription and account are gone- along with my pictures and videos. ✓ Great App, but have suggestions*** i love this app, its great, but i have a couple of suggestions that i think alot of users would appreciate if implemented. the ability to sort your albums by name or date created or last used/last added to. when moving photos between albums, when the list of albums appears, the most recent album should default to the top of the list. the app can be quite glitchy, alot of the time, ok almost all the time, the photo previews never load. i have been unable to select multiple items, if i was to highlight 20 itmes to move or delete, a couple of the selected items become unselected during the process. the ability to amend the title of an item once its been imported into the app would be great. adjustment to the details of imported items, currently they import as a random file name and the creation date defaults to the date they were imported, it would be good to have the date imported in the metadata, but if the app could also transfer the metadata relating to the true creation date (camera roll date/time). i would still rate this app an easy 4 out of 5 stars..Version: 1.31

I suspect this might be due to a recent software update, although my iPhone 6 with iOS 12.5.7 still retains this essential function. The absence of the slideshow feature, despite an active subscription, is disappointing and affects the overall usability of the app. Additionally, a significant inconvenience arises when I attempt to simultaneously log in on three iOS devices. One of the three devices consistently auto-logs out, forcing me to re-enter my credentials and wait for synchronization to complete. While I understand that synchronization might take some time, the automatic logout disrupts my workflow and is a significant issue. I hope the developers can address these concerns promptly through an update or provide guidance on potential solutions. ✓ No-Pin Reset/ Completely locked outI loved the App, no I was in love with this app, until I got locked out of it. A friend of mine changed the pin without telling me, there was a unexpected turn of events with my friend and I’m not able to get that pin from her. I had already registered my email with the app, but there is not a known way to get back into the app, without losing all my stored data. The premium subscription has expired since I’ve been locked out of the app, the only way to get what I have stored, is through the app directly which the developer does not provide the option to reset, that I have found. It’s been over 6 months since I’ve been locked out, my stored data is inaccessible, so therefore pretty much gone.. Up until this point I swore by this app, it was the only photo vault app that I used. Definitely need to make upgrades on the app for situations in which you need a pin reset..Version: 1.14
