✓ Does not work with N60This was a huge surprise to me as I figured as these headphones are so good there would be support on IOS to let us monitor the battery and such. I do not care for Apple to start with and the fact that you need an app to start with for this is to say the least appalling. The N60’s work perfectly fine with all my Samsung phones and tell everything you would want to know even without unlocking your phone. Yet another reason why I prefer Android phones to Apple. Before I get grief I want to say, I left Apple after the appalling experience with the IPhone 5c, and did not turn back until it became apparent that most of my customers used IPhones so I changed the business phone to the Xs Max, the phone itself is an 8 out of ten that means they are getting back on track but, AKG needs to work with them so an app is not even needed..Version: 3.2.10

✓ Fails to connect to NC 700 headphones on iPad ProHeadphones working fine and connected via Bluetooth with no issues but the App fails to find them. I guess AKG app support doesn’t get much love now Samsung own them. The headphones are still great though and sound better than Bose or Sony options..Version: 3.2.11
✓ No connectionI have the AKG N700.They are successfully paired with my phone via Bluetooth. And for basic listening they are OK. However this app will not find them even though they are already connected to my iOS device. I happen to have a USB C to Lightning cable. When I connect the two via that this app still doesn’t recognize that headphones. So many of the advanced features are not available because the app does not work.Version: 3.2.9

✓ NC60 wireless unsupported: shameful!As per the title: my NC60 headphones are only just out of warranty. They’ve had very light usage but lately don’t communicate well with newer Bluetooth devices, but remain fine on my older devices. I had hoped that I could simply update the Bluetooth stack using this app, but there are a very limited few models this app will work with. Useless! And it certainly means that my next purchase will be from a manufacturer which fully supports what they sell: I can still buy these brand new, so it’s not as if they’re an ancient legacy product. ✓ Disappointingly BuggyThe app is good when it works. However, 90% of the time it is not connected to my Y600 headphones. It will eventually connect, but usually after an hour or more. In contrast, the app for my Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones connects instantly and stays connected. I hope Harmon will fix this problem soon. ✓ DOES NOT SUPPORT THE AKG N60NC HEADPHONESI downloaded the app today hoping it would support my brand new AKG N60NC Headphones, which I purchased yesterday. The app does not support these headphones which are popular with commuters and air travellers. I appreciate that the N60NC Headphones were first released in April 2017 but that is less than three years ago and they are still on sale and frequently bundled with Samsung cellular phones still. This is very disappointing after sales care by AKG and their distributor, Harman Kardan. I am a recording engineer and have several AKG microphones and headphones and my comments on the app in no way reflect upon the quality of the hardware itself. I refer only to the app. Little wonder it already has such poor rating..Version: 3.1.8
