✓ Cant add accountsOver all I love the app! But the biggest draw back is it won’t let me add a second account! I can access everything from my phone...grocery list, whats inside.... everything! It will let me add my husbands account but when he tries to sign in it wont let log him in! He has a samsung and it so weird that the samsung app isn’t supported on a samsung phone! No longer have to make shopping list...as long as I remember to update my needs on the shopping list, and love having multiple list options for “whatever”. ✓ ConvenientFamily Hub is soooo convenient. My family & I are able to add items needed to the shopping list on the refrigerator or our cell phones. Im able to access that list while Im in the store to assure I don’t forget anything..Version: 5.0.4

✓ Really useful shopping list featureMy husband & I really like the shopping list feature which allows us to enter items on the fridge as they run out or low or as I plan my cooking & whoever does the shopping has the list there in real time in the supermarket. Occasionally the list has not updated (which is why I have taken 1 star off) but in general it works really well & is very useful..Version: 5.0.3

✓ Great App, but...The app and its features are great and I would have liked to have given four and a half stars, but it is not an option. I don’t want to be one of those people that always wants more. However, I would have given five stars if you could also at least be able to see your meal planner through the app also, never mind amending it. No real complaints, just in my opinion, it would make this app perfect!!.Version: 5.0.4
✓ Works GreatI don’t know why there are only negative reviews. This application works fine with an iPhone 6S Plus. Maybe some version phones behave differently. Only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is: 1) It was hard to find in the Apple App Store - user guide that comes with the fridge says download Samsung Connect and there is nothing by that name. I initially installed The Samsung Smart Things app. User guide should be updated with an insert to direct people to download this Family Hub app. 2) Uploading pictures works if you select no more than 9. When you select 10 pictures the upload does not start..Version: 3.3.4

✓ Great tool that is coming alongWhen this first came out it had basic functionality but over the months and years they are adding more tools. We use it for shopping lists and it syncs well to the Samsung refrigerator. The Whiteboard is also a nice way to send notes. The recipes are also a nice benefit.Version: 5.0.3

✓ Love this appIt makes it easy to know what we need when we goes to the grocery store. If my husband is out getting stuff for the yard , he looks at the app and stops to get what we need. So it has really made our lives easier. Especially during COVID-19 he went daily since our grocery stores were almost empty and it hard to find a lot of stuff we needed, so him having a list on his phone was great..Version: 5.0.1
✓ Love so far, but...We have had this new refrigerator for 5 days and live it so far including this app and smart things app. The only down side so far is that you cannot download any afoot so apps. ✓ Hope there is more to comeWe’ve had it for a week now and we are very happy with it. Touch screen is a lot of fun. Three most useful features are the to do list, shopping list and the calendar sync with our phones. Weather app needs to be updated and not having sports in the morning brief is criminal! When it comes to recognizing food the expiration dates it gives don’t make a lot of sense all the time and it’s kind of a hassle to have to log all your food into the fridge so we probably won’t use it. I hope more apps get included down the road to allow us to get more use out of this and make us have a reason to purchase more Samsung products down the road..Version: 5.0.3
✓ UnexpectedThis fridge is the greatest thing ever!!! Bought it on sale otherwise I wouldn’t have it do to price point but knowing what I know now I would have purchased it anyway. ✓ Just got this.The Fridge and app are good so far. Right away I am wanting to be able to edit photo placement on the family board from the app and can’t seem to.
