✓ 10/10 would buy again!!I love glitch games! I'll start by saying that every glitch game app I've downloaded has been stellar and I highly reccomend all of their stuff. There's no ads or arbitrary "energy" limits and none of the other money grubbing features that makes free apps miserable to play. Just hours of well-constructed entertainment. I stumbled upon Forever Lost a while back and I was hooked from the free preview game (Alice's Cabin I think it's called). I don't normally pay for apps but I immediately downloaded the first one and I was so hooked I had to download the whole series to find out what happened. I made my sister and boyfriend download them too and were all obsessed. I was so excited when I saw glitch had come out with new stuff! I liked this app even better than FL! It's soo worth the money. The quality is so good and the puzzles are challenging enough that you dont finish the whole story in one sitting but not so hard that you have to look up hints. and the storyline is really interesting. I love how glitch incorporated voices this time and the animation is so realistic. You can tell they really put so much time and effort into making an awesome game. ✓ Can’t wait to play the next released Glitch game!Excellent! Well worth the fee. Spending 20-30 minutes a day, this game took me almost a month to complete. Logical, so no need for guessing or watching a walk-through….EXCEPT, the A-J pipes, not clear even after watching the walk through, it is so dark around the pipes even when I put on my brightest iPad settings. I had played all the Glitch games, and somehow missed this one, so went back and got it, I’m glad I did. ✓ 5 Stars All the WayIf you enjoy escape the room games, All That Remains is a must play. The Puzzles are really clever, challenging but not impossible. And different from other good (and bad) games of this genre. Highly recommend. One tiny quibble: after the ending the screen went black and there was no clickable buttons. I like the scenarios that are dreamed up, the challenge level of the games, and I actually really enjoyed the banter. I know some didn’t, but I thought it suited the age and sibling status of the two, who really don’t fully understand what’s going on or how dire the situation may or may not be. Have to admit I needed help a couple times, so I, too, missed the hint system, though usually the answer was less complicated than I made it. The story lines are interesting, the graphics are great, it has easy to use controls, the puzzles make sense, and some of the puzzles are hard which I love! I know you can’t put out a really difficult game because people would complain, but it would be great if you guys did an extremely difficult bonus level to one of the next games. ✓ Great quality gameAs always with Glitch. Even though I’m not into zombie type stuff personally. But get the game, you won’t regret it, puzzles and storytelling and humour are great. While I’m here though, I will say two things I don’t like: 1) The game is too dark for my tastes, have to turn the brightness allll the way up. 2) Sometimes that doesn’t make a difference because there appears to be an intermittent bug that leaves the screen pitch black. ✓ Very good gameAchieved 90% without help, but last bit was beyond me. Good story, with puzzles at the right level of complexity. Couple of bugs / suggestions: 1. Terminal sometimes only shows textbox for entering userdata, but not supporting-text. This is when you go back to the terminal. 2. Speed-up the terminal screen, as it gets tedious waiting when it is the 20th time you have accessed it! No need to replicate the days of those, thankfully, bygone era. 3. The end sequence is just a black screen with the action-icons visible. Notbsure if it crashes, or is meant to be like that. Either way, it needs a more-graceful end! ✓ Little Glitchy, Glitch Games, but very good puzzlerI had to restart this game once, because the “back arrow” was in the way of a slider in a puzzle. I could not slide it without exiting the room each time. The game also crashed on my several times. TECHNICAL ISSUES ASIDE, the game itself was very good. Puzzles weren’t impossible to figure out without a walkthrough (although knowing how to input on 1-2 puzzles was a challenge), and they were very enjoyable to figure out. ✓ Another great game from GlitchBetween Glitch and Fireproof games, the true masters of the puzzle/escape genre have emerged. This is another masterpiece from the Glitch team, with just enough puzzles of just the right difficulty to be a really great play. The clues are so well hidden and naturally environmental that you really do have to think, it’s not just “Oh, this door is locked. Oh, there’s a key over here.” - there are layers that make you exercise your brain. I do agree with others who have said that the delivery by the main character was a bit disappointing. The dad-jokes are cute, but his reads are weak. And the upbeat nature of his counterpart’s responses took you out of the mood of the story somewhat. ✓ Just a couple changesI would say the voice acting was great except that main characters. That is unfortunately the most important voice acting. The guy who did the main character should be replaced. The puzzles were good except a couple things were really far out there. I don’t want to spoil it, but there were a couple items I would have never got without looking at a guide. Otherwise really good game! I like that you can take a photo of a clue, but I don't like that I have to constantly scroll through all of them to get back to the one I was just looking at. It should stay on the most recently viewed photo. There is a glitch towards the end of the game where the screen just freezes up several times, I hear a clicking sound, then some text flashes up too quick to read, then the game un-freezes. My main recommendation would be adding the hint option I really liked the hint option for one of the forever lost games (can't remember exactly which one but I think it was forever lost 3) and I wish that they all had the same option. It was perfect because it's didn't totally give away the answer, but pointed you in a direction. The only thing I didn't love about this particular game was all of the back and forth banter over the walkie talkies. It was annoying. ✓ Really great game!My 11 year old step daughter have played all of forever lost series and are now working on FBDO and the forgotten room. Once I saw this had released we were all over it and were SO EXCITED to see some familiar names and were happy to have some challenges instead of tempted to go straight to the hints. So we both have some feedback with the developers of this game. 1. There is only 1 bug, while you’re on the computer it will not let you view what’s on the screen, and when you hit back button you’ll get a very short flash of what’s on the screen. Rebooted the game and it then worked. 2. Part of us loving this game so much is that there are multiple episodes to one game (forever lost 1,2,&3) and we LOVE that in some of this game you see some things that you become familiar with in FL. So keep tying these stories together it’s really great! 3. I personally love the eerie creepyish gameplay, and I think with knowing that something might happen when you figure out a puzzle or a hint keeps you on your toes but also doesn’t make you panic with a time limit to figure stuff out, meaning that you have no rush to enjoy the gameplay thinking that something scary may happen if you don’t finish fast. ALSO, we don’t play these games unless we’re together, so we would both like to ask to test for you guys if you’re looking for someone to play and give feedback. Thank you for a great game! Really enjoy the flow of the game, the level of difficulty and the graphics. Please hurry with Part 2!! I was surprised by the lack of a Hint option. I don’t like using hints and try to avoid it, but I could have used one at one point in the game (the computer - darn password!! Lol!). I actually had to do a google search for a bit of help. ✓ Good but not great (bad voice acting/dialogue)This review is for the developers and comes with a caveat that I own a lot of your games. As creators/developers I encourage Glitch to try different things if they chose so but only add it to the game if it matches the same refined quality as the rest of the game. Forever lost (3 in particular) seemed very polished top to bottom and when you guys add in an layer with audio I just think is has to be polished with the rest of the game. The voice acting is bad and distracting along with some of the sounds. Also not a fan of the wheel UI introduced recently. Again please be creative and do what you do but I think you should have parallel development with one game being what you want to do and the other Forever Lost 4,5,6....I know you guys are a small team and wish you the best!.Version: 1.0.3
✓ The best games...Glitch Games develops the best games, no doubt about it. I just finished playing the beta “Veritas” (9 hours total) and I’m absolutely in awe of how well that game was made. The puzzles were fantastic, the graphics and gameplay were outstanding. The game had ZERO glitches, and it was absolutely flawless. Well done. I’ve now played every single Glitch Game and I’m bummed that there aren’t more! I just recently found these games so I purchased them all and undoubtedly they were the funnest games I’ve played. I’m not exaggerating. The Forever Lost trilogy was my favorite after Veritas, but I really liked every single game, including All that Remains and A Short Tale. To the developers-y’all are talented and I’m now a huge fan. To anyone looking for great games that are LONG and challenging and totally FUN, definitely give ANY Glitch Game a try.
