✓ Unfair eventsI currently am the only person in my neighborhood because my once close knit community stopped playing. We had 20 people then a few left for personal reasons and we worked hard, but could never win trophies anymore. One by one the frustration grew and more quit till it’s just me. I decided to have a look at the teams I’m competing against. They have up to 20 players! The #1 team has 12 players with 1000 pts per day required. I can’t get anywhere near 12,000 pts per day!!!! Seems they lump you with same types of neighborhoods (mine is relaxed) but they don’t go the next step of lumping you fairly with teams of the same size like all my other games do! If you’re in the game to win trophies, you won’t unless you spend A LOT of REAL LIFE money. They don’t care if you complain because this is one of the ways they get money from the game, you buying rubies and other helps to try to win, but unless you spend $100 or more per event with a lot of strong players, you’re not going to get a trophy..Version: 0.50.3
✓ Crashed. MULTIPLE TIMES!!!🧐😧😵🤯⁉️Okay, so this game isn’t terribly bad...😐, and when I downloaded it this morning, it was all good-and-go 😁👍🏻. That was, until just about 5-10 minutes ago , when I jumped onto the app and it crashed 🧐🤯(and by that I mean it just went out of the app...?!) What⁉️ 😧😵 So I tried to go back onto it again about 3 more times, but it just did the same thing. OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!!! IT CRASHED‼️⁉️ So then I decided to go onto App Store and try to jump onto it from there. It should work, right?! But it wasn’t all good-news... IT CRASHED AGAIN‼️⁉️⁉️ So I would really like to know what is going on with the whole crashing of the app as it was/is pretty good so far... On the other hand... I would like to suggest ONE thing: That you can make it so that we can have a relationship if we really want one... it would make the game a bit more fun and interesting... ✓ Lost interestI loved this game but I have lost interest since it takes so long to qualify for events and it is really hard to increase storage and expand land without spending actual money to buy things. Much prefer Home Street..Version: 0.24.3
✓ Bad Experience and Terrible Updates**New update of the job board is terrible. Have seen A LOT of complaints on facebook groups about this also sonI am definitely not alone, and everyone in my neighborhood hates it too. Please change it back!! Or at least give people the option of which board they would like to use. At first I found this game a bit slow but once I played a bit more I really started to enjoy it. I joined a neighborhood, got involved with events, got the hang of everything and even spent some real money..... however due to some sort of “glitch” in the system, an item I had purchased with silver vouchers earned throughout the game disappeared, very disappointing! I reached out to customer service and they investigated and apparently I must have some how sold it which is so stupid because I saved for it and never ever wanted to sell it, I then asked can they just reverse it for me only be told no and to be more careful in future and then they said records show i never owned the item which is wrong because I sent screenshots but they kept back tracking and coming up with different excuses..... if it wasn’t for this particular incident I would have rated 5 stars but due to this and the way things have been handled I am highly disappointed. (Also as you level up things get more and more expensive but the amount of money you are rewarded each level up doesn’t grow at all, making things take super super long for no particular reason it gets boring.).Version: 0.24.3
✓ Such a shameI loved the game and gameplay it's rather addictive! However I'm unable to open the game now as it needs a update,the game stated this could take up to a hour to appear in App Store yet over 6 hours and 3 emails to support later and still nothing,btw the support is terrible,just automated replies reiterating what's already stated on the game loading screen where it also states that if the update doesn't appear after a hour to email them,I've done that and replied twice before I realised that it wasn't an actual person operative on support!!! Too much hassle for a mobile game and if this is what's expected of support then you can keep it thanks. ✓ HORRIBLE THE WORST THING EVERIt is so boring you can’t get diamonds and coins easy and has been sitting in a fail folder for the past year. (If you wondering why I have a fail folder and don’t just throw them out it’s because I make fun of them like in the review.) I downloaded this because sims free play was not working. Now I LOVE home design games and real world role play but, this was mot even good. It was boring and I would leave the app with in 2 minutes when I click on it. One of the worst games I have ever down loaded and I think it was a fail and the game developers knew it. Now, of your still with I think that most of sims stuff is pretty good, but this!? This is what you do when you run out of ideas and don’t even have anything else to do! If you think I’m being harsh and don’t believe me then try out the game see how bad it really is. ✓ CheatersFinished in first place with 725 points but when I received the notification about my standing they had put me in second place with 680 points. No reason whatsoever. ✓ Hamster on a wheelTrue lesson in futility. Goes nowhere. I’m level 21 and I have reached an impossible place to continue. I notice there are a lot of people about that level that no longer play since you can bookmark them and then see that they aren’t playing. Also the world market doesn’t work. Nothing says sold but everything you try to buy comes up with a large screen that says “sorry that item has been purchased” so that’s useless. Then I get a ship asking for 6 apple pies. If you only knew what it takes to make one apple pie then you can understand why I just can’t. Games are supposed to be fun or relaxing. This is insanity in so many ways. Update: Thank you for response and change. I was finally able to get into an "anyone can join" neighborhood. I'm addicted. Be aware to be able to compete in the events, decorate your home and enjoy the game you need to spend money for gems. Now you may not mind spending a little bit of money but more recently everything that makes the game so good costs lots of money. I’ve played this game since the start and so have most of my team mates and friends on other teams, we have a FB community page and on there you can see how we all feel about what has happened to this game. ✓ Very very upset!Very very upset! Three days ago after new update, every time I go to try to play the game it will act like it’s loading and then it goes away. ✓ SO MUCH WORK FOR SO LITTLE RETURNIn the game you have to put in so much work to get barley any benefits. The cost of each work station is so much. Dont even think about redesigning your house because you have to save all that money to buy the next work station. Next the neighborhood events are soo long its like 5 days and you only get rewarded a few tickets maybe if your lucky or in an amazing neighborhood but still not even worth it , 5 days of work for a ticket or 2 or a few. So stupid. Than there is like nothing to rebuild your house with and if its cool you cant get it because it costs an arm and a leg or tickets you will never get . On top of all that, it takes forever to make all the products and get rewards . The upgrade items takes all your tickets and the reward of upgrading them isnt even worth what it takes to upgrade them. This game is so much work for NOOO return. ✓ Was fun but not so much anymoreI loved this game until today. After I updated I no longer see the markets of everyone I’ve bookmarked. I only see a small handful now. Also, every single order I need to fill has thoughts in it. Not the easy thoughts that take only a few seconds to create, no, it’s the thoughts that take a 1/2 or so. I can’t create enough thoughts to boost my neighbors items now. Of course, I can do any of these things with the use of gems. I spend enough on this game. I’m not spending more to finish orders or boost neighbors. I’m considering just going back to the Sims. EDIT- If that were true then I’d be happy about that part of the update BUT I’ve spoken to the people in my own neighborhood who’d had items for sale but didn’t show up in my marketplace. Secondly, I’m STILL getting only low level orders, they’re all for thoughts & I can’t fulfill them & fulfill my neighborhood duties. I loved this game. I don’t any longer. ✓ Cool appThis game is pretty awesome. I love how you can design the way you want. But sometimes all the job things and the missions are a little confusing. Like I don’t know how the whole like your friend will leave stuff I your mailbox or the thing that you need just to invite your friend over. It’s kind of confusing and kind of a poor way for people to come over to your house because what if you don’t have one of those things you need for someone to come over? How do you get them? So that is my question. Also when you level up the jobs get confusing. Like to get ink you need one of those friend hand thing to get it. How do you get those? ✓ This is important for new players, and the developers.Home street is a really fun game especially when you first start it. You get this friend Mia, a house, your own character, you just design your home. You need to do jobs to earn money, and furniture needs money. The goal is to have a good house, but the jobs eventually get boring and I just stopped playing when I was lvl 20. Well, I didn’t stop playing, it’s just not much. It’s pretty fun tho. And another thing, it just randomly gives u a special offer. Begging for money. It’s annoying because I can’t spend money for that. 😢 anyways it’s pretty fun... but a few errors and I haven’t been playing much recently. Hopefully you can find it better. ✓ A ShameI’ve played since day one and used to sink real money into it until: • the game started cheating me out of game show challenges that I’ve won. I’ve taken screen shots of me in first place with seconds till finish time then when I get the results it puts me second or third place. It’s happened on more than one occasion. I’ve tried reaching out to support and gotten the reply back saying that the results are true and someone must have dropped points to beat me in the mere SECONDS before the end. I sat there and watched the count down and no one scored to move them into first place. • I’ve purchased spots in my work stations AND market just for them to disappear. Once again I reached out to support and was told there was no record of the purchase of the space. • the push to having to pay to play is getting a bit much. It’s probably because the game is on the decline and they’re trying to make up for what people aren’t spending anymore. Constant ads to buy tokens, tickets, gems, “special items”, decorative items that cost 400 gems. Thats $20cad in real money and that’s what they expect someone to pay for a make believe decorative item. Its insane. • the fb groups are super cliquey and snobby so don’t even bother to join. • events are so repetitive now it’s the same ones over and over. It’s clear there’s no more care put into the game and it’s easier to just recycle ideas and cash in on the pay to play players. ✓ Fun for a while.A fun game up until around level 17 - after that it becomes increasingly difficult to actually make the things you need to to complete tasks so you just end up spending hours on the game without much to do during that time unless you actually pay for stuff. There are certain things you can only get from friends but you have to wait 20 minutes for them, and you’ll never get enough to fulfull all of your tasks unless you’re playing all day. The tickets you need for special items and pets drop once in a blue moon; playing this game I can’t see a viable way to get all of the things I want for my house. ✓ Good, but...So, I like this game, but there are a few issues. One is that you can’t interact with npc’s besides Mia. Also, can you make it so you can have babies, because I want children in the game, but I can’t have them. If you do add them, can you please make them free for everybody, not a special pack that I need to spend real money on. Can you please have a starter animal so people don’t spend hours on your game trying to get a pet. Can you also make the level that you can get neighborhoods at lower. Lastly, can you have places for characters to travel to (vacation, camping,forest,etc) and make it so people can turn into stuff (mermaids,vampires,witches,etc) That also isn’t a special pack that I have to spend money on. ✓ Update of gameI love this game and would highly recommend it. It allows you to be creative, make friends, is competitive and allows you to relax. However, the latest update 0.29.4 is very slow to load. The slow load time is at start up and when visiting other members of the neighbourhood to boost their items. Can this load time be changed? Below are some notable changes which I believe would be beneficial for the game and its members: Ability to private message in chat amongst neighbourhood Wallpaper - to be able to cover pillars Wall items - being able to be hung on pillars More decor including wall decor Be able to try the wallpaper/tiles before purchasing eg..allow a few panels before having to purchase.Version: 0.29.4

✓ Do not recommendThis game I do not recommend, it’s full of bugs and glitches the developers “are working on” four years later many emails to support and I finally quit playing. I only stayed because of the people. Once you go past level 55 the “world market” turns into a place where you can no longer buy goods because people use it as an anti buying leave my market alone feature using melancholy, Manhattans and fury to which you barely need it at level. This is the only game I’ve ever played where I avoided levelling up it’s that bad. Do not spend real money here, find something else worth while. Peace Out.Version: 0.35.2
✓ Game crashes.Haven’t played in a while, last time I played was a bingo event and I wanted to start playing again today however just keeps crashing after it tries to tell me a bout the bingo event.. I’m guessing because it no longer exists. Doesn’t even give you an option to contact support. Don’t play unless you’re planning on playing every day. I’ve tried deleting the game and reinstalling and loading my saved data however still crashes.. I’m guessing I’ve got to start again but what’s the point I’ll have to spend months again levelling up so I can join a neighbourhood..Version: 0.16.2
✓ I’m so sorry to say this but I would rate it 0 stars!No just no I thought this game would be fun and calming but all it does is frustrate me I actually just deleted this game because it’s so glitchy and boring(you should add kids and a school and just MORE!) I know you can’t fix things all the time but I just don’t like this game it’s wayyyy to glitchy! Basically for me I tap on the game and it goes to the loading screen then when it says it’s 100 percent it freezes! ✓ Good but...I really love this game but it does get quite boring after a while of playing it so I think it would be great if you could add a little more exitement to the game such as on the loading screen it shown a man and women with hearts which lead me to believe that u could have a family in this game, so maybe you could add it some day to improve the game play but I would still download homestreet because It is a great game in itself. ✓ Review for this game.It’s a very persuading game as you have to work to earn things like coins and gems. The only reasons I did not put it 5 out of 5 because: you can not move your own character which I find very annoying and the other reason is you cannot even speak to the others playing on the game as you can only visit their house. ✓ The higher the levelThe more it costs you to progress. The market place never has any new items for sale, everything comes up as already sold even when you refresh it, so frustrating. The game keeps crashing. You can't increase your storage because you can never get the special items needed to increase it so you have no way to make the items you need to progress because your storage is full..Version: 0.18.4
