✓ Unable to log inThe app and service is a great idea. I love that I can easily browse media prior to my flight. However, the best features are unavailable as I’m unable to log in using my Booking Ref No and Surname. ‘Failed to add booking. Unknown error occurred....’. I attempted to contact via the App Store for app support. But it directs you to the Qatar website contact page and there is no option to select App as your query. Whilst I could select one of the other options I can’t imagine I’d get a response prior to my flight tonight. Here I am now about to depart on Qatar again and wishing to be able to use the reportedly neat features of Orxy One. This is the second business flight which I have had the (same) problem with this and Qatar Airways say they cannot help as the app is run by a 3rd party.
