✓ Don’t waste your time. It doesn’t even work properly.This game is useless. I wanted to play it in my downtime but when I first opened it I got to level two and then everything stopped. Then I closed it, reopened then no music or anything and again only got to level 2. And haven’t been past since. Even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing. ✓ Pros and ConsBefore I get into it, I should say it’s a really addicting game. I got bored with candy crush, matchington mansion and Gardenscapes. However, this game keeps my attention. The pros are: it’s adorable art style, you can customize practically everything, the levels are kind of easy. Unfortunately there are a lot of cons. The cons are: in a LOT of the levels there are moving belts that move the pieces around. Like, you couldn’t come up with anything else, so you just put those moving belts in every level? It’s very repetitive and kind of annoying after a while 😒. Also, there are levels that are really hard and if you don’t have infinite lives or money to spend on rockets or oranges to help, you are stuck there waiting until you can play again. The lives take forever to regenerate, which is also kind of annoying. The missions are really annoying at times, as you need to add a LOT of things into the animal enclosures, which means more tickets and craft supplies. It’s redundant and unnecessary imo. It was about 10+ missions for ONE animal enclosure. That’s absolutely absurd!!! I get that they want to make the game longer, but it gets to a point where you just want to put the game down because it’s just a bunch of unnecessary grinding. 😡😡😡.Version: 1.3.3
✓ Released to earlyThe game is fun enough. There's a couple little things that could be improved, but nothing that would make me not play the game through. For example graphics or the lady's dialogue being the same 5 phrases over and over. What I'm really disappointed about is how little of a game there is to play. You can only unlock the lion and tiger exhibits. Nothing else has been released yet. I've had this game a little over a week and am about to finish and delete it. The developers should have waited to release the game until more was available to players. I will say on a positive note that I've beat the game without a single dollar being spent which is a nice change from gardenscapes, so thanks for that..Version: 1.2.1

✓ Coins are the issueI absolutely love this game but have only given it a moderate rating for two reasons... 1. The cost of everything (to refill lives, buy boosters, continue a level etc) is crazy expensive but you only earn approx 20 coins per level. Either the amount you earn needs to go up drastically or the amount it costs needs to come down 2. I’ve already reached maximum levels with tasks and enclosures which is really disappointing. ✓ Game crashingI would love playing this game. However, it is constantly crashing!! You start a level, and play a little and then it kicks you out. ✓ How on earth!Please explain to me how I am supposed to beat a level when you don’t give me nearly enough moves! I have spent so much time and actual money on this dang game that I’m getting really sick of it because every time I turn around I need more moves because you don’t give nearly enough for the level to begin with! Not to mention some of the levels are so hard that it takes days upon days to finish! I adore this game but I’m getting really sick of not having enough moves for 90% of the levels. I’m currently on level 215 for stones and 252 for tickets. Another thing that needs to change is the amount of tickets you get per level. On the super easy levels I can see getting one ticket or stone but on the really hard ones it would be nice if you got at least 2 or 3 tickets or stones. And the payout for coins is obnoxious. ✓ More pleaseI think this game is challenging and fun; however, I may delete it because its producers don’t seem invested. I’ve run out of levels for exhibits and tasks, lvl 551 and lvl 576 respectively. They’ve added a loop of levels to play repeatedly, called “the ladder.” They are the same levels every 10 levels or so. I’m on rung 247 and bored. I assumed it was to keep users logging in until new levels are released, but it’s been weeks without them. They’ve also introduced a scoreboard for daily, weekly, and monthly challenges with rewards. It’d be fun to compete if I could play new levels, build new exhibits, and add more decorations to the zoo. Two other things that bother me and also make it seem like the producers aren’t invested: glitches and hints at content still unavailable. The app frequently crashes while completing levels to train animals to do tricks (one of the few side missions in the game) and occasionally the game doesn’t recognize there are no more available moves, leaving options to quit the game and start over or just close the app. There’s also a business section where you may invest in a food cart that generates coins daily. The food cart can only be upgraded to level 2 (20 coins in 24 hours). It’s a fun game, but it seems abandoned on the other end..Version: 1.3.3
✓ Love the story, don't like the greed!!!So, I've been playing this several weeks. I'm almost to level 200 in both tickets and stones. As many others have complained, there are some levels that I have taken 25 to 30 tries to get through it. That's just ridiculous! I really don't think I should have to pay cash money to be able to get through a level. Earning points takes forever when it takes you two or three days to get through one level. But, my biggest complaint is not getting the reward after watching the ad. About half the time I click on the ad, I watch the whole ad, and then my screen goes white!!! It stays white for anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour and a half. In that time, I don't get to play the game, I don't get the points or the reward for watching the ad, and I have to wait another hour to watch another ad. This has happened to me at least 40-50 times. That means I lost out on around 1000's of points for bonuses. Kind of stinks!.Version: 1.3.1

✓ Flaw centralI’ve played many match games, and this is one by far has the most flaws. To begin, I won daily prizes of an additional life but never received them after processing. A few times I clicked on the watch an ad icon for an additional life; no matter how many times I clicked on it the video never played. A key to any match game are chain reactions after your move. In other words pieces randomly fall into place creating matches on their own. This game is the most stingy. It’s either feast or famine with that aspect of the game. This game also has one heck of a scam going. When you complete levels you win coins which fill a panda bank. You rightfully should have access to those coins at some point; you do, but in order to “break” the panda jar of coins you have to pay real money. Those are earned coins which the player should have access to by simply playing the game. The player does not unless he or she wants to pay out of pocket for it..Version: 1.3.6

This has the potential to be another enjoyable game however I find the swap of fruit on the game screen quite sluggish and unresponsive, there are not enough footprints even on the earliest stage and the different variations of bombs have little effect. ✓ WellWell that was a fun game while it lasted. I’m at that point in the game where it is no longer fun to play. I’ve been stuck on ticket level 58 and rock level 53 for days now. I get the system is random, but when you’ve been trying to pass the levels for nearly a week and still can’t because of the randomized placement of stuff, you get bored and it becomes a chore to play, not fun. It’s almost forcing you to put money in to move to the next level, but that’s something I won’t do anymore. Update: Response to Developer: I understand that all levels are beatable, the issue is that you can spend days or weeks on levels because they are randomized without anyway to skip them after so many attempts. You should add a skip level after the tenth plus time someone’s spent on a level, or perhaps after a certain amount of time spent in the level. ✓ Having a big problem!I really do love this game. However, today it stopped working on the ticket games. I can still play for stones, but when I try the “ticket” play button, it will go to the screen but the puzzle will not drop down and load. I just get the background screen of green grass with no game. I’m on level 173. And my game is currently updated as of 2 days ago, according to the App Store. I’ve restarted my iPad in hopes that will fix the problem, but no luck. I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Do you have any suggestion? ✓ Fun, but too many tickets for boring thingsI enjoy this game and renovating the zoo, but my complaint is the same as with other games of this type - too many tickets for building silly things like trees and shrubs. 6 tickets for shrubs and another 6 tickets for trees. Really? If it was not for that, I would have given this game 5 stars. So far the levels are challenging but are doable, although sometimes you have to use boosters or use extra turns. Let’s get on with building the zoo and getting animals instead of wasting so much time on trees and shrubs. Update: I really enjoy this game and it is pretty generous with opportunities to earn coins and boosters, but nothing has changed from my original review as far as having to spend a ridiculous amount of tickets or stones on trees and shrubs. Update When I earn boosters they don’t show up in my inventory. The first time this happened I contacted support and they gave me a few coins to compensate but it really was not equivalent. ✓ FrustratingLove this game and have built a great zoo, but recently the game has started crashing constantly. So frustrating when you’ve used boosters to complete a level which then closes mid way through playing, meaning you have to start over minus the booster. ✓ Storing livesThe gameplay itself is fun and interesting, and I like how you get a certain setup where you can win the level. I have a busy day schedule and can only play it at night, and not for long. As soon as I win/lose a level, I get my daily prize, and more often than not, it is an infinite life timer. This is where I get upset, for I usually only have 10-15 minutes to play. I mainly want it so that instead of the timer starting immediately, we can hold it off for a little, for when we do have the time for it. ✓ Far too hardAn ok game, but once again it’s far too hard to win and they want you spend real money to help you complete levels. You only ever get one ticket when things cost you 3 tickets to do. When you do manage to complete a level you only earn very few coins (usually between 12 and 30) but if you fail a level it will cost you a minimum of 300 coins to continue. ✓ Don’t bother utter rubbishFirst off all I had all animals leading up-to and including panthers with the zoo. I did an update and when I opened the game I had to do all the levels for the lions and panthers again, because the update dumped most of what I had done. To do it all again was ridiculous. ✓ No more levelsI was really enjoying this game and it would’ve got 5 stars from me, but I have now apparently reached the end of the game at levels 526 (rock level) and 551 (ticket level). Which is weird because I was half way through building the panda enclosure. Instead I’ve been sucked into a repetitive looping match game, which doesn’t help you achieve tickets or rocks (but does allow you to gain small amounts of money). Obviously the game programmers haven’t created enough levels and are trying to keep me interested in this game by sucking me in to a side game. But I’ve now lost interest and am probably going to delete this off my phone. What a shame! ✓ Fun but there’s always a but....I just recently downloaded this game and I have really enjoyed it but as I get further I am noticing that it is becoming more of a chore to earn tickets. I love that I get to build/decorate my own zoo but having to play four games in a row just to place/choose something as small as flowers seems silly. Maybe the developers could lower the cost of placing such small items with less tickets? I understand they have to make their money but I feel like I’m playing with little rewards. ✓ Levels reach a point of impossibleness..I’m at level 452.. it’s gotten to the point where I NEED to use powers in order to beat some levels. Either too little moves or too many things to collect/destroy. I’ve also been watching some of the moves and certain matched won’t give me the power I’m supposed to get. Like 7 of the same colour is supposed to give me something bigger than a green bomb. It’s just funny how when I started reaching the higher levels this started happening. I emailed customer support twice and no response of course. It's already ridiculous needing 9 tickets just to put 3 flower bushes in the jaguar enclosure. ✓ A lot of room for improvemet.Nice storyline and cute graphics, unfortunately having to do puzzles for every task and item becomes repetitive and turns to boredom very quickly, it’s the same as Mansion and Museum games just different graphics and storyline. I think that all 3 of these games would fare better if the puzzles were scrapped or appear at the end of each level as a bonus game to win coins, tickets or items, the rest of the game could be based on earning coins to buy items....this most certainly would capture a players attention for much longer, even doing a hidden objects puzzles would be better than the same old puzzles again and again and again, it gives a change of scenery for each level plus keeps the interest going!.Version: 1.3.0
✓ Family zooMy rating is 2.5 not 3 stars .I have enjoyed playing the game, however you game has bugs that haven’t been fixed, your tournament has frozen and can’t be played or viewed. This has happened in the past several times. and when purchasing coins the game accepts the charge but fails to deliver the coins. I reported it by email and it still hasn’t been fixed. I haven’t heard back about the problem with charging for coins and not giving the coin to the game. Because of this I can’t participate in the special offers. This is worst than candy crush; I can say that it would be nice if I can get the first two theme parks together before the hard levels of matching items are given; just to earn one ticket or one stone. I feel that if I need two to three tickets for a fence or any other items; I feel you should give either more tickets or more moves as high as 50 moves to one play especially with the mushrooms and sticks plays. Please consider upgrading your game and give more tickets or stone once a win is done; I mean ticket or stone for a hard level is ridiculous, especially when you have to get mushrooms and sticks out the way first. Also, when the instructions go on showing you how to use something new to use in the next game level, it should replace it free. Yeah the levels sometimes require you to use power ups to pass especially the harder ones but I collected plenty of these through events so that I could spare a few here and there when I needed them. ✓ This game could EASILY be 5+ starsI’ve spent the last few minutes reading the reviews and incredibly the core essence of them has not changed in over 4 years. Many of the reviewers correctly state how ridiculously hard it is to pass certain (many!) levels and here we are, 4 years later, and the issue is the same. From this, I can only surmise the developers have little interest in heeding customer feedback. And that’s a shame - the game is truly superb. But when you have to keep spending money to pass levels, it’s no longer a game but a chore. Who wants to play the same level 20x+ just to move on to the next level that you’ll also have to play 20x+? ✓ Potential for a decent gameAs the title says it has potential. Sadly I’m waiting for the update as the game is complete and nothing left to do. My biggest gripe is the In game coins. You just don’t earn enough by completing levels. You can’t build up a balance to use because each level completed gives you 15-30 coins. The boosts cost too much 300 for extra 5 moves. On average you need to complete another 9 levels to recoup. You only get 20 coins a day from the snack bar. You can watch videos regular but you’ll get 25 or 50 coins. The developers need to either increase coins for competing a level or half the cost of extras. I’ve been waiting a week for the update now so if it isn’t soon the game is likely to be another one deleted and forgotten about. Shame really as there obvious potential. ✓ Why can’t I stop playing it?!Such a great game, great design etc but it is so difficult to advance anywhere! I’ve been playing for a week now and unless I’m doing something wrong the game starts and it seems is pre set to a game level of 100. I love the fact you play a game to earn rewards to advance in a game. Those mini games are so difficult, unless getting a one in a million chance of hitting an excellent bubble pop and clear the level leaving many moves spare you just use all 5 lives in an instant. Once you have been playing for awhile they will give you so many goals and barely any moves so the only way to beat it is to use one of the special object they have or pay 300 coins to get 5 more moves. Two when earn special objects for playing they put it on the side and have you process it to add to your inventory so why is it when you earn infinity lives for 30 mins or a hour that doesn’t need processed because most of the time i have to waste that because i earn it at inconvenient times. I get the reward chest giving me 30 min 45 min or an hour of not losing lives, but then I still lose lives. One time I had 23 min of free play left and then it jumped and said I only had 3 lives??? So frustrating to see the reward and then it doesn’t happen! Also I’ve noticed a lot times that when fruits fall after a move, there’s a row of 4 of 5, but it only counts as a row of 3. ✓ Extremely MisleadingWhat started out as a fun way to pass time turned into a scam to get money. I was given infinite lives, but when you lose a life your infinite lives don’t kick in. You are told you need to pay with coins to save your place/wins. When you run out of coins and have no choice but to start over is when you are told you have infinite lives and will keep going and lose nothing. So I spent money I shouldn’t have had to!!!! Then I’m asked to join a tournament and after a few levels I’m told the trophy is full and for a cost I can empty it ( to receive my prizes) and keep going. ✓ DisappointedI like to play for awhile before I review a game because things always change... this developer, sadly, did not disappoint on that front. I was really enjoying it and then things started changing. In some levels, they were so challenging that you would have to play over and over for days until you got lucky or you had to pay for items to help get through it. I don’t mind a challenge but I don’t enjoy being robbed either. Then I noticed a reduction in coins earned per level. I was averaging about 34-38 and now it’s 24-28. If you only get 1 ticket I'm sure soon you will have to pay real money to be able to advance in even the simple tasks as they will require more than you can get... also simple things like... why would you clear the tiger/lion area of rocks and logs saying they wouldn't like them... err... wouldn't it make more sense to comment how you can use what is already there as they would like that as it's more similar to natural environment... playing and learning rather than just tasks to use tickets....Version: 1.2.1

✓ The lives...The levels vary from super easy to very hard, leaning towards hard on most of them. Some levels I’ve spent 8+ lives on trying to beat, then only beating it on the last move. When you run out of lives, you have to wait 30 minutes, give or take, just for a single life. The coin amount you get at the end of the level is ridiculous, some you get 30, but most I’ve only gotten between 12-20 coins per level. I completed the tiger enclosure completely, which is a great feeling, but I spent so much time attempting to do only that. Now that I’ve moved onto lions, I can’t get past the second fence you have to build because the levels just keep getting harder and take so many lives to do. I wish there were other ways to get lives rather than have your fb friends play the game. I have 400+ fb friends, and only a single person plays. Why? Because most people will never want to play a game that your gonna spend days on trying to complete one level, which doesn’t even complete the task you need to do, since most task take SEVERAL tickets. I wish you guys could make this game easier, because at the difficultly that it is, it just seems like a game where the developers want money. I get that every level is beatable, but it shouldn’t take as long as it does to complete a single level..Version: 1.2.3
✓ Was loving this gameI love games like this. My only complaint is the new fruit change update, looks crappy, hard getting used to it after already playing awhile!( why that?)Can it not even be better than the last ones? I do like having the choice to watch advertisements for coins especially when some levels are difficult and need boosters! With out having to purchase them ya literally have to get lucky and hope everything falls into place to progress! That was extremely annoying and prompted me to download competitors games. If the game is good enough I’ll eventually spend money. I don’t think I’ll be spending my hard earned money on this game. Did y’all really put a time limit between commercials, what a joke! Nice concept extremely late in the game. What about all the ones who have been playing this the longest, ya couldn’t even spare some boosters for our troubles! ✓ Bad updateI have been playing this game for a while and I’ve loved every second of it l. At least I did until the new update came around. I was up to the red panda enclosure and I was signed into Facebook so that my progress would always save when I switch devices etc. however because of the recent update when I log into Facebook my account is completely erased and I’m no longer up to level 8 hundred and something aka the red panda enclosure. All my game save is gone and I have to start from scratch. If there was anyway to fix this I would give 5 stars but this issue is a 1 star and should be fixed cause I really enjoyed it 😔.Version: 2.3.1

✓ Issue resolved after two email attemptsI got to a point in the game where I had run out of lives, so decided to purchase coins while they were on offer. The money left my account, I have a receipt but no coins have appeared in the game. I emailed customer support but have had no response and no coins. Next step I guess is to open a ticket with PayPal, frustrating as I enjoy the game, even though like other reviewers, I find the game to be a little difficult at times. When I contacted customer support the second time, the issue was resolved quickly, customer support were very friendly and helpful, just a little frustrating that the first email wasn’t answered..Version: 1.2.6
✓ Not living up to potentialHas potential to be a really fun game however too much going on and not enough tickets given for winning match 3 levels in comparison to wait you need to get items/animals. Also the match 3 games are all over The place in terms of hardness and coins are to hard to earn so the game quickly gets frustrating and boring. ✓ A lot of potentialThis game intrigues me however it’s getting very difficult to earn your tickets. Would also be good if you could interact more with the game ie sweep up the mess yourself by clicking on the separate pieces of rubbish, having a choice where items are placed. Please update to give more interaction and flexibility. Some of the games in the harder levels are almost IMPOSSIBLE to win, its so easy to go through all your lives and then be forced to pay for more. ✓ Occasional crashesI don’t know what it is, but since the latest update, when I get up to the next level, on random occasions, the game seems to crash and I have to come out and shut down the app and restart before trying again.
