✓ Poor Customer ServiceThe app itself is fine. Basic but fine. I was testing it out and unfortunately forgot about the trial until a day after they charged me for a full year. I contacted them right away to get my subscription canceled and a refund since I was just a day or two over the trial period and it’s a yearly subscription. They told me by policy they didn’t refund any subscriptions and were very inflexible about it. ✓ Shuts Off 🤔☹️I loved this app and the noises it provided, so I decided to buy it so I can have longer play duration. However after purchasing it for $5.99 the app started to shut itself off in the middle of the night even though I had it set for 12 hours! As soon as it shuts off my baby wakes up - kinda annoying, useless, and a waste of my $6 if you know what I mean. But when it IS actually working the noises itself are fantastic. ✓ Great until I subscribed!!!!App is great, calms my son down and soothes him into a nice sleep at bed time. Thank thought we’d nailed sleeping from a few weeks old. ✓ Great app but....This app is great and have used it every day since little one was born both at home and on the go. Lots of options to help find a sound that works for your baby and even relax yourself. Only downside is that it is not compatible with iOS 9 therefore I have to use my brand new iPad for it to work consigning it to my baby’s room, making it unusable for myself, instead of using my older (iOS 9) iPad that I don’t use anymore. ✓ Unethical business.After the auto subscription started I was given the unpleasant surprise of a bill for almost £24. I contacted the company to ask how to cancel and suggested there should be a prompt before the seven days are up. Especially given this was downloaded for a newborn baby and that it would aid the new parents doing the same given the stress they are under at the time. I was basically told it was my own fault with absolutely no apology or sympathy was shown. I was told it was my responsibility to cancel before the seven days if I didn’t want to keep the app. I fully appreciate this seems straight forward, but as mentioned there is more going on in life with a newborn than keeping on top of apps you have downloaded. My wife and I only used the app for a couple of nights and realised it wasn’t helping the baby sleep anyway. So wasn’t used after that.
