Heart's Medicine - Doctor Game for Negative User Reviews

Fan of Gamehouse... not so much this gameI love Gamehouse games. In fact I’m trying to work my way thru each and every one of them. This game feels so different than their usual ones and it just feels... grimy. The constant pop ups, the 1000 different things to check for (the cards, the puzzle pieces, all the side challenges). It just feels like a cash grab and not the game that I used to love. I’m losing focus of the actual story, which is the MAIN reason I love Gamehouse games, for all this gimmicky stuff. I hope that this is not their new model of game. I honestly don’t mind paying for the while game and I will gladly (and have gladly) paid for their games because they are that good. But this game’s model is just horrible and honestly like every other mobile game in the App Store. Not pleased at all..Version: 48.2

Freemium is the worst way to goI can’t even keep up with the story because I’m having to wait to get energy to be able to progress. The levels cost WAY too much energy at a time, and the amount of stars you get for doing everything right is pitiful. I loved the previous games (having started playing thanks to BrownMan’s streams), and really got into the story. I was fine with watching ads to play a level, or paying the $10 to be able to play ad-free. But this model of “pay up every few levels if you want to keep playing” is honestly a slap in the face. I was planning on checking out the other games from this developer, but if they all are going to head in this direction, then I’m not going to waste my time. My hope is that they learn from the backlash this is causing, and future games don’t follow this freemium model..Version: 38.1

Now free to play… but distracts from story.I get that Gamehouse wanted to try a free-to-play format, but I really wish they tried it with a new title rather than the third installment of a series. I’m a huge GH fan (have 26 titles on my iPad, including this one, and I’ve paid the full price for each) and want them to try new things, but the dramatic story of Heart’s Medicine is hurting by this format. Way too many rounds for puzzles to unlock bits of the story (five or more before you can get back to the story rather than story-challenge-story-challenge). Then if you happen to miss a challenge, you have to you 20 MORE energy to replay it (every level is 20 energy). Want more and haven’t earned a free apple in one of the many random prize boxes? Pay up. It feels like more of a cash-grab than the GH format I’ve come to love. A massive disappointment. I just want to know what happens next to Dr. Heart!! And the massive amount of challenges to eventually find the key to unlock the next part of the story (and take forever to get through due to the energy system)? Always after a huge cliffhanger. Only giving three stars because the story so far is still good, but the system is terrible. I’m only plugging forward because I do love GH and want to learn about the story. Just glad I bought the next Dr. Cares for something productive to do while I wait to be able to continue Heart’s Medicine..Version: 1.0.25

$$I don’t mind the game however I’m not happy about the fact that I’ve always had max energy of 160. Today I went to play and noticed my max energy is down to 110? Not to mention I had a pop up for an offer to pay $6.99 to have max energy of 160 for 7 days? Kind of a rip off!.Version: 33.1

Amazing storyline but some disappointing aspectsThe story is amazing but the format of the game is disappointing. I much preferred the way the other games were developed. This system of losing energy is fine but it’s annoying that I have to use energy to replay levels I’ve already completed. For example I’m badly stuck on the level where hearts are lost quickly and it seems impossible to beat but I have to keep using energy to replay! I’ve also had instances where the app glitches and shuts down mid game so I lose all the energy and don’t get to finish it. That’s the main disappointing aspect of the game. Having to play so many mini games to get to the next storyline is also a bit frustrating but only because as I said above they can be difficult and I end up wasting all my energy on it which puts me off buying any extra energy. I mean otherwise the storyline and quality of the game is amazing! You never disappoint in regards to that..Version: 1.0.25

I HATE the new format!!!I’ve always loved these Emily spin off games but this one is not the same...at all! You cannot purchase the game or just play it with ads like the other games. This game has in app purchases...a lot of them. You quickly run out of energy and have to wait for it to refill or buy more energy to play further. Plus the new format is mostly mini games and very little of the actual storyline. And you have to play the stupid mini games in order to have the option to play the main story...and I’m not talking about a couple of mini games...there are like 30 or something before you can move onto the next chapter and if you want to skip ahead you can....if you want to spend a lot of real money. One of the reasons I like these games is because I can buy the game and then just play it without having to worry about in app purchases. Between the money grabs and the format this is a real disappointment from Gamehouse..Version: 30.1

Disappointed, long time fanI’ve bought almost every game in the Emily franchise, and Heart’s Medicine is my hands-down favourite. This new format is terrible. A far cry from the simple but high quality format these games have become famous for, this game has too many gimmicky elements which make it confusing. As for the “free to play” format: it’s simply awful. I have always happily paid full price for these quality games, knowing that I could immediately binge play them, and then play them over and over for years to come; however I will not wait for energy, and I will not pay for energy. Please consider releasing a paid version for your loyal fans. And please take on this feedback for future games; so many fans are worried that other Emily games will be like this, which will mean the end of an era for us..Version: 1.0.19

No.... deleted after a couple of days.Got to level 10 and didn’t have enough stars to unlock it, said I needed to earn more stars which I tried and was impossible, also said to unlock use like 170 diamonds or something so I did that, it took the diamonds and didn’t unlock the level! Level 10 only and already having problems that could only be fixed by purchasing something, hate games like that......Version: 40.0

So disappointedI always like play all the series. But this one I'm very disappointed.I couldn't go anywhere. It's very confusing and u need to spend a lot.:(.Version: 29.0

Confusing and complicatedDon’t like it. Way too confusing and complicated. Keep it simple. I’m hoping all the other games don’t go down this path. Stick with what works and not overcomplicate and change what is already popular..Version: 27.0.6

Great game…BUTI love playing this game most of the time. However the glitches if. Y character freezing are happening more anymore. When it already takes 20 credits to play and only have 110 to start. Added with the fact that to get all the hearts/stars/challenge can take multiple attempts per level even with watching the ads. It takes thr fun out if the game fast. Updated on 11/22. The new puzzle piece format is so slow. You either have to pay diamonds to open up more levels to earn puzzle pieces or wait until the next day. It really slows the game. No point buying the day pass at this stage either as you still have to pay the diamonds to open the new levels. Very disappointing..Version: 48.4

Energy is frustratingI always love the gamehouse games. It’s especially nice now with the app that shows me upcoming games with my favorite characters. This game however was disappointing that I had to have energy all the time to play the next level. The high energy cost to play the next level was also a drag. I don’t mind paying for things like coins to buy stuff and upgrades and things but I am not going to pay for energy so I can play the next level. I like to sit and play until I get every level perfect. Each full bar barely got you 5 levels in. The game will take me forever to finish at that rate. I was really looking forward to this new Heart’s Medicine game but was really let down with the energy and so I deleted it. I was liking the new challenges too..Version: 1.0.24

Update Causing GlitchReally like this game but after the Christmas update it’s not working 😕.Version: 34.1

Glitched since the new update. Wasted moneyI just bought the $7 energy pack and wasted most of the energy I bought on levels with Oliver where you have to find as many as you can. Since this update the Oliver’s stop popping up about halfway through the levels. I tried replaying it a few times and could never reach my goal due to this. I played a few different Oliver levels and the same thing happened..Version: 32.1

Hate the FormatI wish it was a easy to follow format like the other games but the story seems good even though it takes quite a while to get to it..Version: 36.3

Wish my subscription actually meant somethingI really love Game House games, I’ve had a subscription for a while now, but then when I started this game I only got infinite energy for 24 hours and a few bits of extra food. It really doesn’t seem worth the $9.99 a month once you have to wait for your energy to recharge. I liked being able to progress through the story unhampered, that’s why I bought the subscription to begin with, so I could avoid seeing the ads. I think if you have a subscription you should be able to have infinite energy. Especially since it’s a longer game and it takes longer to progress through the story. And since there would actually be a lasting benefit having subscribed, people with subscriptions would likely stay subscribed instead of just canceling once that 24 hour timer wore off. It’s really a shame because I really love these games but having to wait for my energy to recharge is really obnoxious..Version: 49.3.348

DisappointedSo I love these games and have bought and played all previous ones. This new one appears to have more levels BUT I am disappointed with how it’s been changed to an energy based game. The energy is expensive to buy and this means when I want to play it I can’t so yeh I miss the previous format but otherwise great game..Version: 1.0.25

Energy Bar is no goodI’ve been a loyal GameHouse fan and subscriber for years now (I do mean years, more than I care to admit). I happily paid $10 per game (spread out over time), and was very excited to see they came out with a subscription model, which seemed like a great value. However, if this new format is the way they’re going, I will have to get my time-management game fix elsewhere. As a subscriber (read: someone already paying money), I should be able to play the levels I want to play without worrying about refilling the energy bar. I should not be waiting for more energy or encouraged to spend yet more money to get said energy. It feels very greedy, and I am contemplating canceling my entire subscription because of it. I am really disappointed in this development, and can only hope it was an experiment by the developers that will be abandoned because of the negative feedback..Version: 1.0.23

It’s OK, Not the SameStill quite enjoyed it and the story, dislike the health generator and having to wait for health to play a stage..Version: 1.0.23

Amazing Potential but…I played Heart’s Medicine: Hospital Heat and I loved it so much that I bought the full game for an ad free experience and went back to play it’s prequel too! This game follows in their footsteps with the same fun and creative mini games, engaging plot, lovable reoccurring characters from the previous games, and general gameplay style but there are some glaring issues stopping me from fully enjoying it. After the first level I was already convinced to buy the full game as I had done with the previous one - only to find that there was no option to do so. In this game, they’ve traded that option for tons of micro transactions, a constant bombardment of in-your-face “Watch and ad for (thing)!” and even the rather pay-to-win option to buy power ups or boosts to make levels far easier. I was so disappointed to see yet another fun game franchise give in to the aggressive monetisation methods that so many games use nowadays. If there was an option to buy the full game instead of all this, no matter how expensive, I would 100% pay it, as it seems this game is much longer than the others, but as of writing this review there is none. This feels like a game I’ll play for a few days before the constant ads and pop ups start to get too annoying and I drop it, never to pick it up again. It’s so disappointing because I was so excited to see what happens next..Version: 49.0.317

Stopped working!!!I was really really enjoying this game and then suddenly one day I logged on and cannot click on anything? Can’t click on the next level, can’t click on previous levels or even any of the settings at the bottom? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing has helped. Very disappointed.Version: 34.1

GamehouseI have an i phone x and the game won’t fit on my screen.Version: 31.0

New Set UpI’ve been playing a lot of Gamehouse for a long time and I especially love Hearts Medicine so I was a bit disappointed to see that the format had changed, I know this won’t change much but I prefer the old setup without any of the energy bars or the new level setup. Please change it back, or do it halfway. Please.Version: 38.1

Not liking the new layout. For those who are new to this game, you may like it. For those who have been playing GH games, may find the new layout off putting. I’ll pay $10 our right for the game. What I don’t care for is waiting for the energy to replace itself. It takes 2 minutes to replace 1 energy. It takes 20 energy to play a game. You can play 5 times and have to wait for your energy to replenish or pay money for it. Personally, I don’t like waiting for energy. I can deal with the ads to double the points, but I don’t want to wait. I’m starting to lose interest in the game. I don’t like subscriptions either. I want to but it for $10 and play it for as long as I like. If they make another Hearts medicine, I might download it to see if there’s any new changes, but I won’t play it if you have to wait for your energy to build up..Version: 1.0.25

MehIf it ain’t broke don’t fix it. This layout sucks and the old layout was beautiful and well done. It’s a shame seeing literally everyone say they don’t like it, and the developers simply don’t care. I know you want to try a new style but this style doesn’t work. To me it’s just more focused on making more money.Version: 38.1

IssueAfter claiming hearts it stays at the same number .. energy bar does the same so when I think I have energy I don’t when I go out and back in But loving the game.Version: 1.0.25

Unable to access the game at will.I cannot get onto the game when I want to. The play button is blacked out for hours in a day. Why? I am getting fed up!.Version: 49.3.348

Not the same game. Sad... =(So, the addition of the freemium version of this is definitely not what I was expecting when I downloaded it. A one time payment type of game worked so much better for this. The energy bar is a drag but I’ll still play the game because I love the time management and the story (though I won’t download future ones if they’re like this). I also hate that even if you do everything perfect in a level, you don’t get five stars. That’s just dumb; if I did everything correct, I should get five stars not two. My biggest suggestion is if you’re going to continue with this freemium game for future Heart’s Medicine games, at least let us have a full energy bar when we level up like every other freemium game out there. Also, make buying one of the food items with diamonds a thing. I don’t spend real money on these sorts of games. You would have gotten the $10 from me for the traditional game, no questions asked. With this set up, you won’t get a dime from me. I’ll watch a ten minute ad before I pay real money for freemium games..Version: 1.0.23

FroZenThe game is frozen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and it is still frozen..Version: 34.1

Poor formatI usually love all of your games but I can’t stand the format of this game, I hate the energy component and boosters. What was wrong with the original format of your games? Why did you change? Please tell me you will not be releasing this format for the upcoming Dr.Cares and Parker and Lane series because if so I will cancel my subscription and not play again until you change it back..Version: 1.0.23

So many bugs!I’ve persevered with this game because I love it when it actually allows me to play it. I have to close my app 3-4 times each time I want to play as it keeps freezing on me. It now won’t play at all just freezes after playing an ad when I select my level. Now deleting the app as it’s been like this for a few days and I can’t play at all.Version: 49.5

Can’t seem to start levels half the time when an ad auto playsUsed to love the game, but after coming back to it recently it doesn’t run as it used to. If I remember to I’ll come back again in another year.Version: 46.0

Great.. but..I live for this game, I love it, I think I'm addicted.. 😂❤️ But... There are way too many crashes. Three times it's happened to me. Also, seriously?? 😒 250 points for 1 ⭐️??! I get it. You need to make the levels harder, but no one will be able to get any keys 🔑 whatsoever... Can I be payed back 60 energy, 2 Quick Allison boosters and a Party 🎉 🐹Pig booster? Because it's not fair that I'm losing out on a lot of things because you game was crashing..Version: 29.0

Not as funAgree with a few of the other reviews... liked the first two games of this series so much. Hate the format of this game. Takes so much fun out of it..Version: 1.0.23

How much longerHow much longer until a upgrade so people can finish this game? It’s annoying you can’t play the game or restart the levels while waiting for more on the game.Version: 29.2

ExhaustingI love Allison’s Heart Medicine series and Game House’s other games. However this new design of the game is exhausting. I work too hard for my money to have to sit around waiting for the energy to reload so I can keep playing and force to check into the game every couple hours so I can progress. I work too hard to not be able to choose how I want to spend my free time. I wish that they have a choice to buy the whole game. If I want to play a free game by waiting around for the energy to refill, I would not be playing this game. There are many other games to choose from. There are too many additional design elements to add to the game play that are not well executed and make the game appear messy and confusing. I hope that they will return to a simpler design. ***Tangram mini game often gets stuck where one piece just won’t click into place. ***I can’t believe so and so are not fired for their gross negligence that caused the death and illnesses of colleagues. This is too detach from reality that it takes away the fun of the game..Version: 1.0.26

So disappointedI’ve played all the Gamehouse games and this is the first time the game changed to a “use energy to play levels, run out of energy after a couple of levels and pay us money to keep playing” model. I’ve paid for EVERY other Gamehouse game, pay once and play the game. This new model is SO seriously disappointing..Version: 1.0.19

Bug (cannot play at all!)Enjoyed it for 2 hours, paid 7 bucks for more energy and now it completely froze, can’t play or even click on anything. Even tried to reinstall the app and it didn’t help. Please fix!!!.Version: 34.1

Still brokeYou responded to me about the broken heart collector and told me to try a few things which all don’t work. Funny part is I had emailed a report and had a reply before your reply to my review saying it was a known issue and being fixed. Not being fixed quickly as I’ve gained no hearts since last weeks update. Very poor practice. Wasted diamonds and time hence I’ve not played much for the past week..Version: 28.2

Very disappointingI’ve loved every one of these types of games with the amount of replayability it involved. Even as a monthly subscriber, it doesn’t remove the energy system. Why oh why put a energy system into a game like this? None of your others had it and by the time my energy had refilled, I have forgot the story. Have so many levels I want to 5 star but after waiting so long for my energy to refill, I’m having to go back and do my levels rather than playing new ones. It’s either remove the energy System for good or at least remove it for subscribers otherwise myself and a lot of others will cancel.Version: 1.0.23

Energy Feature Rigged Against PlayersI love gamehouse games I have been playing for about a month and a half and I am so invested I paid for a monthly subscription!! This game has all the trappings of the games I love but is actually a thinly veiled money grab attempt you have to pay to play more than 5 levels at a time and each level takes at least 2 plays to get all the stars you need. I am so frustrated because I want to play through the this whole game but I have to wait at least 20 minutes between plays which makes me lose interest. The whole reason I switched from diner dash to gamehouse was because diner dash had this same energy feature. If there was a way to bypass the energy mechanic I would even be willing to pay for that. Like obviously I am willing to invest in these games I already spend $11 a month!! Or maybe even if you got extra energy with your subscription so I didn’t feel like I was paying for nothing I am incredibly mad as a new fan at the sell out game I wish I knew about this before I started the series so I wouldn’t have even gotten invested in the first place.Version: 36.3

Great game but….In the other Hearts Medicine games you don’t run out of energy. You don’t have to buy anything..Version: 48.2

DisappointedThe game keep crashed when playing..Version: 29.0

Awful formatThe energy feature is the worst thing GameHouse could have added. You wait so long for energy that you can’t immerse yourself in the game, so the storyline just gets lost and it takes ages to finish. This game is the equivalent of Victor switching out all the hospital products for cheaper ones just to make some extra cash lol. Completely compromises the game quality and customer loyalty all for the sake of money. So disappointing..Version: 49.0.314

Dislike Energy formatI agree with other reviews. Personally I liked the format where you bought the whole game for £9.99 and could play as many times as you wanted. I find the energy level and bonuses are just an excuse to milk more cash from loyal players. It’s a pity because the games are good but I hate the fact that you have to keep paying if you need to improve on levels. This is the common format now and means there are hardly any games that don’t end up costing too much..Version: 1.0.26

Why so little energy?I love this game but it’s very irritating that you run out of energy so quickly, like 15 minutes. Then the purchases are ridiculous. 6.99 for a few fruits/meals to renew your energy, what twice maybe? So $6.99 for 30-60 extra minutes of gameplay. Is this a joke? I would never spend that much money for so little reward. Please fix it! Either make energy refill faster or have in app purchases that make sense? Or both! Would be great, and then I can give this game the 4-5 star review it deserves if not for this silly energy issue..Version: 29.2

DisappointedI really love this series but the amount of change in this game to the previous two is too much. Why did you change it?! Having to wait for energy puts me off almost completely, and the different layout of the level main screen isn’t nearly as good or clear as in the previous games. Also, I am finding myself confused as to where I am and what is going on, so the storyline needs to have more continuity and be clearer. Please please please create more of this series, but they need to be like the first two! Thank you..Version: 1.0.23

Too laborious and not much funI just learned about the Hearts Medicine series and played the first three games over the last few weeks. They were fun and very straightforward. But this Doctor’s Oath is a mess. Too many mini games and ways to go off track from the main storyline. Too many bonuses and things to do and earn and it all makes my head spin. All of this is a huge distraction from the main storyline and makes me forget what’s even going on and making me not even care to continue playing. I’ve just unlocked “daily play” and I couldn’t care less. It looks like more craziness to me. This game is a convoluted mess. I watched adds on one of the previous games of this series and it was ok and didn’t bother me. But on this game in the series it seems as if I am constantly watching adds because of all the ads after all the nonsense little games that I have to play to move forward in the main storyline. Also, for one of the other games in this series I did pay a flat fee of 9.99 to get rid of the ads. To me was well worth it. But there is no option here and I don’t want to be nickled and dimed throughout the entire game buying “energy” for Alison. I have made it about 75% of the way through the first section and really I can’t take anymore of this game. It’s so not fun like the previous three games in this series..Version: 31.1

Fun free game. Would be easier to enjoy if energy bar component and need for wifi were removed. It is great that you have produced a game that is free to play, thank you for that. Overall this is a fun game, but there are two areas that could definitely be improved. Although the formatting of this game is very different from the layouts in the previous “Heart’s Medicine” games, it’s not bad. It just takes some getting used to. The only real improvements that are needed are related to the new energy bar component as well as the need for internet to play, which are very irksome. The game would be significantly improved if these two components were removed. Other than that, overall a good game, but would be better if the aforementioned amendments were made..Version: 34.1

Want to buyI love this game but frustrated that it requires energy. Would prefer to make a one off payment to purchase the game and play at my own pace..Version: 30.2

Recent updateThe recent update to the special Christmas story has caused the game to freeze when going to daily play..Version: 34.1

Really DisappointedI have played GameHouse games for years, and normally love them. I find this game particularly frustrating for a couple of reasons, first and foremost normally on GH games I can finish a level with 5 stars every time, but with this game in order to get 5 stars I have to play each level 2-3 times. I just played a level where I had to get 75 guinea pigs, by the end of the time I had well over 75 but I only got 3 stars. How does that even make any sense? Secondly it is frustrating how quickly you run out of energy, and I don’t mind purchasing things to improve my game experience (bonuses, etc). But between purchasing bonuses to try and finish levels in one shot (still can’t do it FYI) and buying food for energy I’ve spent a fortune on this game...and I just can’t keep playing it. I hope the games in the future won’t have these same issues. Thank you GH for all the years of fun gaming, I hope to be able to continue to play in the future..Version: 29.2

Not happyI did the first part of the level and I was not happy with the format of the game and the energy bar I hate games with energy bars it makes the game longer and slower. Then it’s the cost we’re u have to buy keys and more energy. I love all the heart medicine games, delicious Emily and the others I am willing to spend 9.99 every 3 to 5 months to buy the rest of the levels but I do have to wait until I have the money as in bills come first I don’t have the money to buy add ons in the game or more energy. You have ruined the game for me and I have deleted it of my tablet and my phone I just hope u don’t do this to any other games..Version: 1.0.26

UnplayableI’d love to be able to actually play this game, but everything is off centre and zoomed in weirdly. You have to touch all around the area it tells you to until you find where the button should be. At the moment this is completely unplayable. Please fix.Version: 36.0

Disappointing formatI’ve downloaded many games from this developer and always loved the fact that I could pay to access the whole game and play it as many times as I want for as long as I want. I played the previous release of this game and loved it, but I was so disappointed to download this and find that you can no longer purchase the whole game, it’s done in the format I HATE where you have a certain amount of “energy” and once you’ve used it you have to wait for it to replenish or pay vast quantities of money to buy more. Really disappointed and if this is the way the games will be in the future, I won’t be downloading any more. It’s a shame as the story seemed good and the graphics were good, but I want to play it on my own terms and would happily have paid to do so as I’ve done with the previous games..Version: 1.0.26

The other reviewers are right - SO disappointingI discovered this series of games recently and I loved the first instalment but then you got greedy. So greedy. You have turned the game into an unforgivable excuse to grab money from your punters and you should be ashamed of yourself. Not only are you limiting us from continuing the main storyline unless you have keys (that can be bought at an extortionate price) but there are constant add-ons that you keep on trying to sell to get anything done. Sure, you can take the long way around to get the keys but these require more money to be spent on the above-mentioned add-ons. And then there’s the energy. Why oh why? Are you actively trying to put people off you, your team and your game? If so, well done. Mission accomplished. You should be ashamed. It could have been so good..Version: 1.0.25

Brilliant game series however...Love these games but I don’t like how we now have to get keys to unlock the next chapter and once your energy has run out you can’t get any further without waiting for it to fill back up or spending more money. It’s just a money grab, I’ve paid for the others to stop the adverts which I didn’t mind. But this game is just to get more and more money. Sadly I won’t be completing, which saddens me as I’d love to know what happens..Version: 1.0.25

Energy system needs improvementGreat game and interesting story. Unfortunately the energy system is very prohibitive. For a full energy bar you get about 5 minutes of gameplay, and the. Have to wait about 4 hours for a refill. In order to progress the story, you have to do side levels to get the key. Often having to repeat levels for stars or challenges. Meaning that simple things like puzzles can take over a week just for one puzzle. There is no way to get free energy or “meals” (energy items). The energy items are all in-app purchases and very expensive . $7 for what is essentially 5 extra minutes of gameplay? I don’t think so! Game developers should add more ways to get energy. For example, let people watch an advert to gain 10 energy. That’s 2 ads for 1 gameplay, a fair amount of ads vs gameplay. Other suggestions include a free refill for leveling up. Or reducing energy cost to 10 per level..Version: 33.1

Daily playThe first 6 sections are great.. the newest one not so much. I really really dislike that you took away the level stories! I don’t mind replaying the daily play levels over again to get all the puzzle tokens as that’s what I was doing with all the other levels in order to get a full 5 but I loved the little story continuations after each level. Now it comes after having earned 20+ puzzle tokens that can take days upon days to earn! Very disappointed, GH should have waited until they were actually able to continue the levels on like in the rest of the game rather than trying to get greedy by releasing an (unsatisfying) update that’s forcing you to buy energy and diamonds in order to continue on or having to wait each day for a new level to get your needed tokens..Version: 30.1

GamehouseIt’s fine but when I got it I played a little I still have it on my ipad but I hardly ever play. Definitely not going too be an awesome game or one of your best game. Gamehouse ambers Arline i consider or the other doctor game. Not awesome. I rated first day of school September 3 Tuesday 7:28 pm When I rated 2019.Version: 31.0

Great story, not so great gameI’ve been a huge fan of GH games, especially Heart’s Medicine (I’m a nurse:) and have paid for the subscription each month to play all the games. This one was pretty disappointing. Aside from the amazing storyline, the whole map of all the levels is a mess, and you have to play each level 3 or 4 times just to get all the stars. Aside from the $9.99/month, I’m ashamed to say I’ve probably spent about $20 on this game just to buy energy and keep going. I’m at the second to last section of the map and think I’m going to have to give up at this point. You basically have to play the daily play levels 5 or 6 times just to get a couple puzzle pieces, and each step to move forward at this point requires 10-15 puzzle pieces. Sound confusing and insane? It is. I’m not giving up on you, Gamehouse, but I’m going to have to give up on this game. Heart’s Medicine Hospital Heat was fantastic. This one, I just don’t know what the thinking was:/.Version: 39.0

Why mess with a good thing?Update: it’s been a year and the energy system is still there and as annoying as ever. I’d re-downloaded in the hopes it was changed. The new format is honestly just annoying. Having to replay superfluous levels is just a money grab and very off putting for a user. Not only that but I have to wait for ‘energy’ to do so? Great. Can’t wait to play the same beginner level twice over just to progress..Version: 47.0

TerribleTerrible game to many stars to get and stupid energy usage.Version: 27.0.6

Bugs fixed or nah?Is it just me or does everyone’s game freeze?.Version: 33.1

Not in love...I absolutely adored the first two games in this series. I’ve played through them multiple times and thought $10 was a very fair price for the amount of gameplay you get. I was shocked when I saw this one was free and was completely willing to give the new system a shot... but I’m not loving this. Energy takes a ridiculously long time to replenish... and why isn’t it even an option to watch ads to get more? With the new map feature, it also takes forever to get anywhere story-wise. I’m not really impressed, and I wish this game followed the other two in terms of price. I would’ve happily shelled out $10 or maybe even $20 to play the full game. I’ll try to stick with it to finish the game, but having to wait in between levels is really irritating, and I’m definitely not going to waste money on microtransactions. Sorry, but if new games follow this model, I won’t be wasting my money or time..Version: 30.1

Very disappointedI am a loyal game house fan right from the original Emaily series. I still am and currently a member of monthly subscriber who has been promised to have free access over all gamehouse games. Unexpectedly, this doctor series suddenly becomes In App purchase and this enery comsuming concept is so annoying just like many other time-management games. Gamehouse game used to be a stand out game series with excellent stories which is the cornerstone and you can have a smooth game run and go back to each episode over and over again to either enjoy the stories or replay the game to get achievements. However, without so called energy, you are stuck unless you purchase the energy and the diamond. I am going to unsubscribe the gamehouse membership right away. Such a shame..Version: 1.0.19

Micro transactions killed a lovable seriesThis is my first App Store review - and I’m writing it to share how terrible this game is. I loved hearts medicine season 1 and 2, but I didn’t get past the first map before I uninstalled. There ads micro transactions EVERYWHERE. There are so many ways the game gets to spend money. The last straw was on the daily challenge stage: everyone got golden hearts, found Oliver, called patients in, got the challenge - only 80% satisfactory. The only way to to get 100% and receive the gift was to watch an ad. Mind you this costs energy (which by the way is a terrible terrible user-experience). This game is monetized to death. I understand this is how it allows this game to be free, but the number of micro transactions that pop up on your face is exhausting. The developers could have been more smart with it... I really really wanted to support and like this game, but who ever designed the micro transactions should not design the next game..Version: 33.0

The Game App is frozenWent to play the game, but the app is frozen and you can’t do a thing about it, rebooting it doesn’t help either..Version: 34.1

Really disappointedI love these games but this one is just terrible. The levels are impossible to complete with 5 stars meaning you have to pay to unlock new levels. To get enough diamonds costs up to £50! What happened to paying a fixed price for the whole game?? With levels that are actually achievable? Please don’t make a game like this again stick with the old ones.Version: 38.1

Disappointed 😡😡Why why why? Why did you take this concept and turned it in to pure evil! I always love playing Heart’s Medicine and Emily’s Delicious games, I’m afraid I’m going to delete this app😭 I hate these micro-transactions, your greed will be the end for you guys if you continue this concept. It’s so disappointing, it’s not fun to play games anymore..Version: 1.0.26

Freezing!I love this game and it’s been frozen for days now! I’ve tried uninstalling it and everything..Version: 34.1

I’m sick of the energy barLook, this is truly one of Game House’s best story lines so far. I absolutely love all of their games, and heart’s medicine is my favorite of them all. I really like how extensive the game is, and all the new features. We finally have a game that is challenging, has plenty of content, and has a great story. That being said, what the heck is with the energy??? I absolutely HATE it. I have gone through so many GH games and have paid the flat fee every time, because they really are worth it. But this obvious cash grab is ruining the game for me. If GH needs the money, I wish they would have just raised the flat fee instead of having an energy bar that you need to constantly refill. Since it is a bigger and longer game, I would have been 100% ok with just paying a bigger flat fee. I beg GH to listen to your fans, please don’t do any more of these energy bars in future games. Just increase the flat fee if you need to..Version: 38.1

I hate the new styleI pay a subscription to GameHouse on their website where I play all their games at any time I want. Heart’s Medicine series is one of the most intense games ever that I even play with my boyfriend so we can look at the cut scenes together. Now it’s just on the phone. You have to wait for energy to regenerate or pay $5 bucks or $50 bucks for all the keys but you’d still have to wait for energy. Or you can use real money to refill energy. It’s kind of ridiculous. I’d rather play a flat fee like it has always been or take care of your users on your platform that you take money from whether they play your games or not. I hate wasting energy on silly bonus games to get pieces of a puzzle to learn about characters. I just want to play and have it flow easily? This shouldn’t take ages to play. GameHouse has fantastic games but this is just a deal breaker to me..Version: 29.1

Why bother subscribing?Having to pay for extra energy to keep playing when you’ve paid for a subscription is terrible - I double checked to make sure it was a subscription game and it is. Uninstalled without finishing..Version: 1.0.21

Was so looking forward to this gameI had been excitedly waiting for the return of Alison Heart and the continuation of her story. So when I saw it was out I downloaded immediately but was so disappointed. I was happy to pay for the complete game so I could play all levels but now I have energy and hearts and whatever else that you don’t really explain very well. So now my ‘energy’ runs out and I either have to wait or pay for more. Please don’t fix something that wasn’t broken in the first place. I sincerely hope you don’t do this to your other gamehouse games especially the Delicious series. So disappointed..Version: 1.0.19

Frustrating and disappointing/updateUpdate: I played through the game and really enjoyed the more complex play. Don’t get me wrong: I loathe the way GH decided to run this requiring money for more time, but by the end I really liked the game. Still it wasn’t until half the game was played that I was catching on to the various complexities for acquiring keys, etc. So I was looking forward to going back and playing again. Surprise. No way to reset or play as a different player. Another fail. Really. You need to make some basic changes to this game so that your fans can enjoy it and not feel frustration and like we are what’s being played. Gamehouse stories have always been quality and fun. Worth $10 per game. Now they’ve decided to change their pay strategy. You can still buy the games for $10 each but that now comes with annoying and long ads between each level. Or you can purchase a pass to play any game for $10 per month. And now I find out that they’re limiting playing time so you either have to wait for energy to build back up or purchase energy. I guess it was only a matter of time before they succumbed to these schemes. The difference is that other games requiring players to buy energy is that they are either free or very cheap. You no longer get what you pay for w/ these story games. They’ve decided to gouge us at every turn.🤬.Version: 1.0.23

Spoilers: character deathI love these games, I have being playing the Delicious games for years. I really loved the more adult themes in Alison’s games. However, I got to that level of the game and I just couldn’t continue. There was no need for that to happen, I’m so upset that I’ve deleted the game. Game play wise, I like the new model that you don’t have to pay for it to continue the levels, even if it does take a while to recharge the energy bar. I do find it frustrating that I have to get 5* on all levels to earn enough hearts to unlock later levels, etc. I won’t be reinstalling due to the character death, it was a cheap move for emotional storytelling..Version: 1.0.25

An awful fate for a once great seriesI like many others here was a longtime GH fan. Hearts Medicine was my favorite series and I happily paid the $9.99 premium to play those. The hot mess that is Doctor’s Oath is a tragic fate for this once great franchise. I have been invested in the characters for years, now I couldn’t care less what happens because the game is so frustrating. It is also a blatant money grab. The whole in-game currency/energy system is slow and overpriced. The mini games have become too frequent and annoying. The new progression line is convoluted and repetitive. You lose the flow of the storyline easily and frankly lose interest. I keep wanting to like it but I can’t. I’ve gone for months without opening it only to finally drop back in and in less than 5 mins recall why I abandoned it. Time to finally delete this app. So sad to see this series come to this. I wish the developers gave a crap about the experience and not just harpooning a cash whale..Version: 48.2

HATE!I loved playing the other games. Why did the developer or whatever have to change it. I HATE waiting for more life’s and buying more of them I HATE how there are heaps of mini games. I just want to play the stories. I HATE when I don’t get 5 stars because I have to keep on using the lives which are 20 each. I HATE when it lags and the character doesn’t move because I have to stop the game and use 20 more lives I GUESS I SHOULD UNINSTALL it’s a WASTE of time and this game is basically wanting people to pay heaps of money for it. I’m just gonna continue playing the same and old episodes. They were way BETTER!.Version: 1.0.23

Missing what made these games differentWhat I love the most about all of Gamehouse’s games is the story, most time management games are all about the levels without the intriguing storyline. And while this one still has that story line I’ve given up trying to see it. There are too many challenge levels in between each lock and when I finally get to the key I’ve forgotten what’s happened in the story and I’m only half done with chapter 1. Unless I’m willing to pay $80 to unlock all the keys I’m afraid I’m not going to continue playing this game due to that and various other issues including the energy bar. Gamehouse tried to add more levels but they forgot about the heart of the game..Version: 1.0.26

Gamehouse got greedy.I have bought every single game that Gamehouse has come out with, usually the day it comes out. I willing pay the $9.99 per game, because they’re well worth the price. I will not be paying a dime for this game and this is a slap in the face to their fans that have been following them for years. Needing energy refilled to keep playing?? Micro transactions to keep the game going? Bonus packs!? You’ve GOT to be kidding me....you’ve now become every other crappy game developer that is just looking to empty our pockets into yours. I don’t care if this is “your biggest game yet” or any of that malarkey. Then charge more for the game! I would’ve happily paid extra for an even longer, more in depth game. But this? Hell no. It will be the first GH game that I refuse to play. Absolute shame that GH has gotten this greedy. I can only hope that this is an experiment to see how we react and that it all goes back to normal. If the Emily games or any others suffer this fate, I will be hugely disappointed and my days as a GH fan will be at a close. Update: what kind of developer response it that? You have hundreds of people who are fans for YEARS commenting on how they feel like they’re just cash cows to you and you comment and say “sorry, maybe you’ll enjoy the next one?” So disappointed in what GameHouse has become..Version: 1.0.23

Am not a fan of the new updateI really enjoy the Heart’s Medicine series, i also play pretty much all of GameHouse’s games, but im not happy with a lot of the new changes to this one. I much prefer being able to buy a complete game and play through the whole story, rather than having to wait for energy to refill to play more. I was willing to tolerate that originally until this new update came out. Now you have to do a daily quest to unlock puzzle pieces to slowly slowly unlock the new story epilogue they added. At the rate im going its going to take me weeks and possibly months to slowly work my way through this new chapter. Im really unhappy with this new gameplay model and im going to have to accept not knowing the rest of the story cause i dont want to do this anymore its become a chore. Im going to hope that the other future Game House game will stay in the regular model like the Delicious Emily games. Id rather pay $12 upfront and play a complete game than this freemium model, im not going to sink tons of money into virtual food and diamonds to skip timers and refill energy..Version: 31.0

DisappointedAs a long time player of your games on both pc and iPad I was disappointed to find that This wasn’t a game I can just purchase, but is free to play with in app purchases.Version: 1.0.23

Subscription gets you nothingI’m a gamehouse subscriber, and I love paying all the games. I really like the non-linear style in this game. However it used the energy mechanic to play and the subscription doesn’t remove this. What exactly is the point of having the subscription for this game? It says ‘play with subscription’ inside the gamehouse app, so I assume it should do something like remove the energy at the very least?.Version: 36.3

Doctors oathGame was awesome loved it but since Christmas update the game won’t even work like that’s not good at all bc Christmas is when we should get something good going with the game so yeah I am very disappointed hopefully they get it fixed up before Christmas is over lol but before this I was a faithful player I was loving it but now not so happy ☹️.Version: 34.1

I was enjoying this game until it locked me outI downloaded this maybe 3 days ago and I think it already had a Christmas theme? After returning to the game, I was taken to the home screen and all features are unresponsive. Disappointing. Hopefully an update will fix? I’ll be getting rid of this app if nothing happens soon. Update- thanks for your response! Looking forward to it..Version: 34.1

Very DisappointedI have been a great fan of GameHouse story games since the beginning with Delicious Emily’s and have bought all the games from the earlier Heart’s Medicine, Fabulous Angela, Kathy’s Crafts, Maggie’s Movies, etc. I like the quality of the game with the clean crisp artwork, the story provides substance, smooth cartoon graphics and the gameplay is simple and easy to learn which is why I don’t mind paying $15 or more for a good quality IOS game. However, this time I am very disappointed in the way the game is structured, with the messy free to play with lots of in app payments on the side. Very disappointing GameHouse. I hope your next games would not have this format. I would not buy anymore of your games if that is the case..Version: 1.0.22

So you’re an idiot that becomes a doctor? This game could have been enjoyable. I assume it’s the second in a series and I didn’t play the first so I don’t know the pre story. But the story in this game makes out the character you’re playing to be a complete idiot. You have no say in the answers she gives to the attendant and the ones that have her give leave her looking like a complete moron. The tasks are somewhat enjoyable for a task based click and go game but I can’t get over the fact of her being completely incompetent when it came to the play through parts. Also, the stars you need to get onto the levels after the first several are so high and require you to replay the first levels over and over again. Game could have been good but seriously, a med student that doesn’t know basic diagnosis? If the character was male would it be the same?.Version: 29.1

This rating is not for the game by the new free mechanics..I love this series, from the gameplay to the emotional and intriguing storyline, to the depth of all the amazing characters, and I still love the storyline for this next part of the series tho I cannot say the same for the newly added free mechanics, I personally would rather pay for the game to get the full experience rather than have to wait, I hate to rate it so low because I love the game, but the energy bar makes it less enjoyable and more frustrating. PLEASE GET RID OF THE ENERGY BAR AND MAKE THIS GAME ABLE TO BE PURCHASED. Hopefully when this game is released on PC it will NOT have the energy bar. thanks guys I’m so sorry if it wasn’t for the new free add-ons I would rate this 5 / 5 . Please continue this amazing series the way it has always been..Version: 1.0.21

Bad qualityUsed to love the game, but now the game screen doesn’t take up all my screen, as if it was made for a more square screen, which is weird because it used to be fullscreen… Plus there is a lack of new content :(.Version: 49.3.348

Disappointed by new formatEchoing what others have said - the format has changed and made it not only too difficult to achieve challenges without multiple boosters, but difficult to navigate. Please consider going back to previous format and allowing for free ad version or pay out for the whole game rather than hefty in game charges..Version: 27.0.6

Great Game, Sad ApproachI love the games GameHouse delivers and am happy to pay for them, at the $10-$20 range. But now they’re doing micro transactions, which in itself is frustrating enough but in order to get anywhere near a 5 star level score, you ALSO need to watch an ad? It’s a shame the company feels the need to do this. They already have a subscription model which is a little overpriced. Either they are desperate for cash in which case some transparency with longtime fans would be nice, or this is their new business model. Sadly it will probably bring them more money overall but this will be the last micro transaction game I buy from them if it continues. I bought a starter pack for this game so I know I’m feeding the problem but I felt okay doing it ONCE to support a game series I truly enjoy. But my wallet is closed unless they go back to a “one game one price” model..Version: 1.0.25

DisappointedI love the first 2 Heart’s medicine games but this one disappoints. I expected to be able to play the same way as the previous 2 games only to find I am now restricted to only doing one or two levels at a time because of the new energy bar feature..Version: 1.0.25

..After the update today the game close at any time , even lost energy.Version: 29.0

Engaging story but to repetitiveI loved the previous Heart Medicine games, but even though the story in this is great, the gameplay is too repetitive. To get enough stars to move on in the story you have to repeat the previous games sooooo many times. It takes away from the flow of the story and just gets boring. Also, some of the challenges to unlock puzzle pieces seem ridiculously difficult. I’m up for a challenge, but some seem absolutely unachieveable..Version: 48.4

Gameplay as good as ever, but...Gameplay is fun as always. But there’s a few things about this game that are very off-putting. Pat-downs? It’s a hospital, not an airport! And one if the great things about a Gamehouse sub is being able to play what I want, when I want, but now the slippery slope of energy bars has reared its ugly head. I shouldn’t have to pay more for a game I already subscribe to, if I want to play for a long time. I do hope this isn’t the start of a cash-grab. Gamehouse always used to be better than that. /edit I couldn’t finish it. Strange, complicated level map and just too much begging for money. The only Gamehouse game I didn’t complete..Version: 32.3

UpdatesI have already updated 2 times so that by feb 10 the valentines events n games can be played...but yet there is no sign of the valentines theme...so frustrating, plz help..I love this game.Version: 36.3

FrozenIf the problem is not solved SOON. I will DELETE this game. A whole week being FROZEN IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. What is going on??? That’s it ! Still frozen and I am now delete this retarded game. If you can’t fix it don’t bother adding it. Shame on you..Version: 34.1

DisappointedPlayed all the other hearts medicine game and extremely enjoyed them but this new version is extremely disappointing!! Sad to see where the game went and unfortunately am uninstalling.Version: 1.0.23

Great story and gameplay but disappointing formatI really enjoy the story of this game and the levels are fun to play. The only drawback to this app is that you have to use 20 energy for every level you play. I don’t mind spending a little on a game if I’m enjoying it but it’s disappointing that the cheapest energy refill you can buy is £4.99. If there were cheaper options, energy refilled quicker or was just gotten rid of altogether the game would be brilliant..Version: 30.1

PaidI already paid for the full game. But now it asking for me to buy this again. Please fix this error.Version: 49.0.317

Worst of all Heart’s Medicine gamesI have played all of the previous Heart’s Medicine games and loved them. I can’t stand this new format. The game has been destroyed and is very confusing to play. It is now like so many other games that I wouldn’t waste my time on. Please bring back the old format!!.Version: 46.0

Great but don’t like the changes!I simply love these games and the storylines and have been playing them for years but I don’t like that they have added an energy bar all of a sudden I liked being able to just play the game instead of waiting an hour for my bar to fill up and then play for ten minutes and do the same again!.Version: 29.1

A bit too slowThis is the third one of these games I’ve played. I really loved the soap opera style so much, I could barely stop playing the last episodes as I desperately wanted to know what would happen! Really fun games! This one, however, is proving really difficult to enjoy as much, as it’s not only slower to play, but having to wait for your ‘energy’ to refill is tedious for a freemium player. I’d rather have the adverts back before every round! I’m not sure if I’ll complete this one, and I certainly won’t finish as quickly as with the other versions... :/.Version: 33.1

Issue with gameI’m up to level 11 & the game is still frozen. Please fix the issue ASAP.Version: 34.1

Broken GameVery disappointed as this has been a really good game up until about a week ago when entering the app I can’t click anything or move further due to the app freezing. It looks like you’ll be able to click everything and play the game but won’t actually allow you to click on anything. Please get this sorted fast so that the game actually works again 😒.Version: 34.1

Torn about how I feelAs the title of the review says, I’m torn about this game. On one hand, GameHouse excels at telling a great story. I’m about 2/3’s through the game and I feel very invested into finding out what happens. I also like the variety of mini-games they have in this one. On the other hand, I am frustrated by the new game structure with the energy bar and all the “watch a video” to gain more points. This has probably quadrupled the amount of time it takes to play one of these games. I kind of get where they were going with this new structure, but I wish there was more flexibility - like purchase an add free option, allow players to use diamonds to expand the power bar, or increase the amount of power in the power bar as a player levels-up. I might have to think twice about starting another game set up this way..Version: 1.0.25

New updateIt’s a fun game but I liked it better when it first launched. The new update makes it harder and makes me lose interest. The story is very interesting tho !.Version: 38.1

Still some bugsGreat game, but even with the most recent update, there are still some bugs. On the last screen where you need to finish levels in “daily play” to get puzzle pieces, there are problems with opening the boxes on normal mode and elite mode. “Find 40 guinea pigs in daily play” box in normal and elite mode restarts every time you close the app, therefore impossible to open unless you can get 40 guinea pigs at one time in daily play. Also, difficulty in opening the “clean 400 stations” box in elite mode. It only counts if you play levels on the map when in the normal mode it opens when you play on the map and in daily play. I haven’t unlocked other boxes yet but if there are this many bugs then there must be bugs to open the other boxes..Version: 33.1

FrozenI love this game, I play it daily, but it’s been frozen on the same screen for the last week. All the buttons still flash and I can get off the start screen but I can’t get past the levels screen. I miss this game.Version: 34.1

HmmmI appreciate that this game is free to play, meaning I can get my hands on it a lot sooner. However, I preferred when you achieved the free to play games through ads and that you could pay to remove them if you wanted. All the extra currencies seem to take away from the game rather than add to it especially the energy. When I fail a challenge it doesn’t mean I have to watch an ad it means I don’t get to try a different level this turn and then I just turn it off. The extra challenge levels seem to be there more to be time wasters rather than tests of your skill because they are not really skippable until you feel like you want to play them. The story seems interesting, the levels look good and the new mini games are well done so far but I don’t feel the pull to play it as much as the other games (including from the other characters)..Version: 1.0.19

DisappointedI usually love gamehouse games and have bought all the time management games but seriously the way this new game is setup where you have to buy energy or keys etc just shows Gamehouse is now just looking at making more money then they already do. I am happy to pay the $15 I have been for 1 game and be able to play it when I want and for however long I want. I am not going to pay any money to get more energy or keys to unlock levels. I deliberately do not play any games that have that concept. It is sad this is the way they have gone because the levels I did play before realizing I would have to pay for energy or wait for it to recharge, we’re really good! But the good doesn’t outweigh the fact Gamehouse is purely money hungry..Version: 1.0.19

Usually great! But my game has been frozen for about a week now, it’ll load up but then I can’t click on anything. I’ve deleted the game & reinstalled it with no luck. Very disappointed in ongoing issue.Version: 34.1

Sadly disappointedI am a huge Gamehouse fan! I have played literally every game. I started losing interest when there was a subscription for 9.99 a month. I have real life bills to pay. Nice option for those that have extra money, I guess. But releasing games to “subscribers only” felt like a slap in the face to the rest of us who still paid $9.99 per Gamehouse game to play. No new releases are put out for us to enjoy. This is my second or third time installing this game out of desperation. And, I’m always left disappointed. It costs 20 energy points to play each level. Then you have to get a certain number of stars to progress to any new levels. Then you have to watch ads to double your score after each level because no matter how great you play, you never get more than 2-3 stars per level. That would be enough for your typical Gamehouse game but not this one! Then you get pop ups constantly asking you to purchase diamonds or apples or packages. I get it, the developer needs to make money. I don’t fault them for that at all. But, this game is not enjoyable for all of the reasons listed above. We have been promised a new game for what seems like forever and no new games have appeared. This used to be my favorite developer but I am growing very weary now. I’m uninstalling this game yet again out of sheer frustration. This time I have learned my lesson and won’t be reinstalling the game..Version: 46.0

EhThe previous games were better but this one just combined the replay levels for 5 stars aspect and has a lot more side quests, more than there needed to be. If you want a good game with just as good story telling then go play hospital heat and/or time to heal. They’re honestly better..Version: 46.0

Energy kills this latest instalment of the seriesI loved the previous two games in the series. But the new energy system in this part doesn’t make it an enjoyable game to play at all. I would much rather pay some money to have this game like the old ones - unlimited play, no in app purchases. I’ve read the developers other responses about the in app purchases. That they are optional and that the game is playable without them. That is not the point. Yes, I can play and finish the game without buying. But it is slow and I have to wait for energy recharges. I would much rather pay some money once and have the entire game available..Version: 32.3

DisappointedBeen following your games since Delicious when Emily starts get journey and I love how all your games are connected to one another. This game is great that there are so many levels and challenges but what’s this energy bar? I would go on for days on your game and would replay on levels. This free thing, great for those who don’t want to pay but I’m happy to pay the full game to get rid of ads and have the energy bar removed. Can you have this considered and advise if this will be reviewed. I hate to see more games fall into disappointing categories... Would love to hear from the customer service team that is not the typical generic response..Version: 1.0.25

That’s annoying...I originally downloaded Heart’s Medicine: Doctor’s Oath from an ad but quickly found out it was the third installment in the series. Downloaded and played through the first two and paid for subscription as I thoroughly enjoyed the game and the story; even if I felt she was better off with Connor. Came back to this one and was vastly annoyed that it was done with energy. I want to play through the story not get bogged down. I played through one part and finally got the challenge only to try to remember what was happening in the story! On top of that, I do remember purchasing the “extra slot” option and it’s no longer there. I’ll put in a ticket with customer support but I may never know what happens to Allison. May never get to see if she gets back with Connor or sticks with Dr. Dope. Please! I need my story 😢.Version: 28.3

Cool butI really enjoyed the game when I first downloaded it. But after closing the app and coming back to it the next day, I can’t press anything or move the map..Version: 34.1
