✓ 😩😩So I’m assuming that once you get the opportunity to buy the game after you finish level 5 if you don’t buy it then you can’t play the game anymore? Because it’s not letting me watch anymore ads past level 5, if that’s the case then that’s very frustrating😡😡😡.Version: 6.3
✓ Disgusting adds for other gamesI gave this a 1 star to bring my concern to light. The game is great but the ads for other games show a disgusting display of spousal and child abuse. They depict a strong looking man throwing down a child and terrorizing the woman who flees with her child to Family Farms Adventure. What kind of adventure could this be when the woman is crying with mascara tears running down her face & the child is fearfully crying. This is just one of many scenario ads with the same theme of spousal & child abuse. It’s a disgusting display on a game meant for children 4+. It’s sad enough in the real world but to show this as family values on a family game is unconscionable. What justification could you use to support this…money?.Version: 7.0.1

I already paid for this and played it through a few times... and now you want me milk me more?? Don’t want to watch ads? Now you can pay $120 a year for a subscription. I find their recent shift in gear completely upsetting. ✓ So, you’re playing as an idiot?This game could have been enjoyable. I assume it’s the second in a series and I didn’t play the first so I don’t know the pre story. But the story in this game makes out the character you’re playing to be a complete idiot. You have no say in the answers she gives to the attendant and the ones that have her give leave her looking like a complete moron. The tasks are somewhat enjoyable for a task based click and go game but I can’t get over the fact of her being completely incompetent when it came to the play through parts. Also, the stars you need to get onto the levels after the first several are so high and require you to replay the first levels over and over again. I love all of the Hearts Medicine and all of the Delicious games. I just finished Hearts Medicine- Season One and wanted to do the series in order. ✓ OK gameThe storyline is depressing compared to the Emily games, and the tasks are somehow less fun and engaging - maybe it's all the time you have to spend waiting for patients to simply arrive and then just assigning them where to go. It just felt more like drudgery than fun when I was playing, to the point where I would dread having to replay a level if I missed one of the goals. With the Emily games, I frequently play levels multiple times to achieve all the challenges, difficulty levels, bonuses, etc., but with this one I just started charging through toward the end, skipping the challenge levels and letting it go if I didn't hit three stars or find the guinea pig, just to see the resolution of (some of) the cliffhangers. I thought I'd enjoy the romance angle, but it was mostly a lot of melodrama. I don't think I'll purchase any sequels in the particular series. ✓ Fairly standard stuffSome spoilers ahead: I've been playing the Emily games for a while now so was pleased to see a new time management game along the same lines. I can't say I was that enthralled with the story on this one. Just hope you never end up in this hospital as the staff, especially Allison are the most incompetent people I've ever seen. A drugged up man in charge, patients been left on beds in their clothes and hanging around in A&E, and weird and bizarre treatments. Even a surgeon saying he isn't going to try and save someone's life as its not worth the cost. What? Oh and let's not forget Allison actually lets someone die in order to fawn over an incompetent idiot who doesn't deserve the time!!! Yes Allison it was your fault!!! The story is beyond cheese, was not impressed at all. Gameplay is ok but is very repetitive after a while. Regretted buying the full version. Mostly because I just couldn't get on board with the story, the characters were annoying due to the story being so far fetched. I've never known of a patient having open heart surgery, having his heart sewn up (what?) and then just laying after on a bed in his clothes, and getting up to hug his daughter. ✓ RepetitiveI don’t mind watching ads for a free game, but no matter how perfectly you play you only get three out of five stars for a level. You need to get so many stars to unlock more levels. So you end up playing the same level three or four times and watching ads again and again. ✓ So GOOD but some problemsThis game is one of my favorites including Hearts Medicine: Hospital Heat. It has such a great quality and has a very good story line. The only problems are that the challenges are way to hard, and the second time through you don’t earn money in some shifts so it takes longer to upgrade things. Also I don’t know if it is just my game or others too but the second time playing, it doesn’t let me see the most important cutscene in the entire game! I’ve tried to play the specific scene a few times but all it does is load for a second and then show me an ad and teleports me back to the map. Please help with this problem! Also I was very confused about this because I didn’t know that there was another game before this one but could only be played on computer. I would say play that first and then do this one and then Hospital Heat..Version: 6.1
✓ Only because the full version purchase is garbageI’ve been going back and forth with support because I purchased the full version of the game, only to receive nothing and no access to other levels. Not only did I receive my receipt 2 weeks after I purchased it, but now I can’t even get a refund and it’s just disappointing. Will boycott games going further. ✓ Love storyline but update costs more $I’ve played this game a while but just redownloaded it on my new iPad to play again and am bummed to find that even though I’d already paid money to unlock the full game and get rid of ads, now they want you to pay even MORE to remove ads, and all the ads are ridiculously long and you have to play one before EVERY level. Kind of sucky money grab when I’ve already paid once...especially because I loved this game :/ they want 9.99 a month! ✓ Pricey funI love this game!! It’s fun entertaining and simple! However, would I pay 9.99 for it? No! I get that the game makers have to make money but I’m not sure this is the right way. I suggest to have adds for revenue rather than pay for the app. If you want, maybe have the first app in a series free and then price everything after. I don’t think that 5 levels is quite enough to get hooked. The game is a blast but I’m not so sure it’s worth it..Version: 6.3
