✓ It’s very good but a lot of ads..This is is very nice to play BUT the ads after you get above level 40 then they really start coming in like crazy like one after every level and it’s so annoying! I know your trying to make money and all but like it’s just very hard to play because you know that your gonna have lots of ads so overall I give it a 3-5.Version: 2.0.0
✓ Too easyI love all of the game house games. I’ve been a fan of all of their time management games all the way back to Diner Dash. I love the series of Heart Medicine but the series has always seemed too easy, this game especially. I’ve been playing it on expert level and it’s not challenging. I don’t have to replay any leaves, I always get 3 stars and the challenges aren’t really challenging at all. I enjoy the games where you mah have to replay a level or two to earn the 3 stars. ✓ DissapointedHonestly, what happened here? I’m such a fan of Heart’s Medicine, I was hooked on the first two games but this one... so bland. The storyline is boring, seems like there was no effort put into the dialogue, and it feels as though even with the furniture upgrades the customer’s patience is the same as before- I don’t know, i’m so disappointed with this outcome. At this point, I’m finishing the game just to finish but it’s taking me forever cause I get so bored :-(.Version: 1.0.8

✓ Sub standard.Honestly, I’m disappointed. I realize the effort to go old school and make it more authentic as her beginning, but it’s like playing a game you guys came out with 8 years ago. If people want to know the back story that bad they can look up a walk-through on line. ✓ Having some problems.I love GameHouse. Amazing, I started play with Emily! Awesome stories. Now, problems with this one. The game freezes, especially when I upgrade a room or an item. With the pediatric it’ll say the child went to the bathroom, the door will close, but that child is STUCK in the chair when the hearts go down because their avatars are sticking. I don’t like having to restart my game every five seconds. When I do that, I lose ALL my progress on that level..Version: 1.0.8

The levels drag on and on in this one, there’s no challenge, and it’s made worse by such a lackluster storyline between levels. ✓ Game not workingI brought this game because like most people playing this game I’ve played them all. After the first 5 levels I brought the full game I have the email receipt from apple and saw that the 10 dollars was taken from my account however after 4 days now the rest of the game was not unlocked and I emailed the game support and have gotten no response. ✓ Bad oneWow well I’ve been playing over 18 games by gamehouse and this one is absolutely the worst of all. Thank god I didnt have to pay to play it since I’ve subscribed because I may always say that your game are worth it but NOT THIS ONE. There was basically no story in this, just 5 to 8 sentence at the beginning and end of every level that seemed to have been taken from a disney film or book. SO MANY BUGS it was disgusting. There was a bug at the end of level 3 EACH freaking time. A game about being a doctor ? I dont think so. More like a nurse or something like that. Mini-game was so easy and so boring. I decided to try this one & level 5 is the furthest you can get before getting a pop up saying it’s $9.99 a month after a 3 day free trial. ✓ Freezes after finishing a levelEvery now and then, after the ad finishes playing at the end of a level, the whole game would freeze and be stuck on a loading screen. It’s annoying because sometimes there is dialogue at the end of a level and I would completely miss it because I have to force close the game. ✓ Too easy!!!!I really used to like playing these games but it is getting very boring because they are too easy. Even on expert this game is like an 8 year old difficulty. The levels need to require multiple deliveries and cut down the time. I just don’t understand why they can’t make these harder to play. I don’t even buy the bonus items and it is still too easy. ✓ Miss Option of speeding up levelsI love the hearts medicine stories but the levels seem to take 10 minutes and it becomes so repetitive and then I imagine doing that 10 more times until the next chapter it’s not as enjoyable. ✓ Levels are too longI’ve just finished both Amber games and the latest sally game. Compared to those, this game seems slow and bland, there’s no extra “kick” to the levels. They drag on and on...when I feel like it should be done, the timer is only halfway thru. Then there’s just a bit of story. Also the music is the same two or three tunes and on some levels it seems to get stuck repeating the same two measures over and over. I tried to like this game but I just couldn’t finish it. The story is not interesting enough and the gameplay too static. I did like seeing the characters and I liked that it was back to the linear level layout. They can’t all be winners, and if it’s any consolation this game is not nearly as bad as Love Boat 2!.Version: 1.0.6

✓ It was okayIt was a good game. I was unable to complete the 12th bonus round where you get three diamonds. There is nothing to restock but that was the task to get the diamonds. No way to finish the game until they fix that level. Other than that I have completed all of the levels and thought it was decent but not near as good as the others. ✓ Not the sameI have loved the Heart’s Medicine series since it was first released and was excited to play the prequel to Allison’s story line, however this game feels like it was rushed out of production. The details aren’t as intricate as past games and it seems very easy (I am one of those people that likes a challenge). I miss being able to get ahead of the clock and speed things up when it felt slow. ✓ InsultingI would usually give all of your games the highest rating but when you create a game centered around the medical field, especially emergency medicine and you say a character who is an EMT or Paramedic is just someone who drives the ambulance, that’s a huge insult to those of us who chose that profession and worked our butts off to become certified to perform emergency medicine! I assume you had consulted with medical personnel but this is a glaring oversight on your part.Version: 2.1.4
✓ Faulty Gamehouse AdsI grew up always playing the Flo games on my PC so I love these Gamehouse games. I’ve paid the $9.99 for quite a few games over the years so I was excited to have the ad option with this one.. except I’m basically forced into buying the game if I want to see all of the story line, which these are the rarity that I do. The Gamehouse ads for other games at the end of levels don’t work, they just have a loading screen that won’t go away and you can’t x out of. It forces you to close out the game and move on, missing the story and if you go back and replay, the same thing happens. I know it’s not my connection because it’s happened on 3 different wifi connections and running on data. If this were corrected I’d give it the usual 5 stars because Hearts Medicine is my favorite of all the different character lines..Version: 2.0.1

✓ Disappointment.Quite upset with Gamehouse. I absolutely love all of the Hearts Medicine games and I was very disappointed. After the last Hearts Medicine came out I was expecting the layout to be similar with more mini levels and a very deep plot but I was thoroughly disappointed. The game tends to lag at checkouts and the characters don’t seem to be moving very fast. There was no plot depth in the first five episodes which lead me to believe there isn’t a plot development later on, therefor I didn’t purchase the game to continue on. This reminded me of a game that came out in 2009 based on the graphics and not a game that came out in 2019..Version: 1.0.6
✓ End of levels freezeI get to the end of each level (currently in chapter 1) and it freezes so I don’t get any of the storyline immediately after.
