✓ Can’t play game - won’t workReally disappointed as I love gamehouse games. I’ve played 3 levels but can’t get any further as it keeps saying it’s unable to load ad, please try later. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but still getting the same message. I don’t want to purchase it yet and it’s so frustrating that it’s just not working. At this rate I might just delete and not reinstall it!.Version: 1.3
✓ FrustratedI loved the Dr. Cares pet rescue 911. I assumed I would love this one too. I’m still confident that I will. However, I can’t get past level 5 because of the game constantly freezing, or it simply won’t allow me to click on anything. Every time I try going to the shop where you purchase items with the diamonds, the pets are gone & it won’t allow me to click on anything in there. It’s sooo frustrating to try playing a game that won’t allow you to! I even tried buying it thinking that would make the difference...WRONG! Even that option froze up me. If all of these bugs were gone & I could actually play, I’m sure this would be a 5 star game!.Version: 1.3
✓ Frustrating - deleting gamePlayed the first five levels and haven’t been able to play level six for the past two days as very time I click on play it says the advertisement cannot be loaded and I have to try again later. ✓ Still Not Working ProperlyI finished the entire game and I am still unable to play the shelter part of the game. It is not working at all. Will something be done to fix it? At first the games was only freezing when I went to the shelter section. I jus did the upgrade and it’s still has glitches. I only see one pet and when I tried to do anything it froze, then made a funny sound and then the game closes itself. This is game is $10. I would think it would work properly..Version: 1.3
✓ Might be fine but who can tellThe game looks like a lot of fun, but I can’t get through the fourth level because every time I try to “play” I get an ad. I don’t want a reward, I just want to play & it won’t allow me to go forward without watching the ads. I might buy the full version, but it’s hard to tell after 3 levels so I’m thinking this is going to be a hard pass for me. ✓ One issueGame is great so far except for one problem. After the second animal is introduced in the shelter the game keeps freezing and force quitting. At first I was still able to get back in but the animal had disappeared and I had to purchase a different bed to choose the animal again. This time though when the game force quit again I couldn’t load the game at all anymore..Version: 1.0

✓ This could easily be a 5 star game...I really want to love this game and rate it 5 stars! The graphics are great, game play is smooth, and it has a cute storyline. My problems are the ads and the inability to stop them. There is an ad for each new level. This would be fine, but many times it will cause the game to crash so I have to restart the app then watch the ad in order to play a level. The is too much time invested just to play ONE level. It appears there is an option to purchase the game for $9.99, but I cannot click on it. In addition, there is an option to pay $9.99 per month to play their games without ads. I'm not interested. It's too bad, because their games are fun. It seems that all their games are set up this way! Too bad....Version: 1.24

✓ AddsReally liked the little bit of the game I got to play. I made it to level 4 and it wouldn’t let me move on unless I bought the game. It gave me the option to play or play with no adds I clicked the regular play and it told it couldn’t load the add and would let me play anymore. ✓ Love the game butI love the game but getting the stray animals that you adopt to level 10 is really hard because the timer does not go normal time. If the game is not running constantly the timer does not go down. I would have given us this game five stars but because of that problem with the stray animals I have to give it three..Version: 1.3
✓ UnfinishedWas happy to see another Dr. Cares game but this is the least finished of all the GH games I’ve ever played. Some glitches included ads not loading (don’t mind the ads but when they don’t load and that keeps me from actually playing it’s an issue), the second pet shelter pet I chose crashed the game and when I loaded the game again the bed was there but the pet wasn’t. I was patient and when I got the third pet all three magically appeared, but the second pet wasn’t the one I chose nor was the third. On top of this their timers for caring for them almost never actually ran down but their hearts did. I couldn’t refill them because the clock symbols were just frozen in place. Often their pictures on the left panel wouldn’t load either. I usually really enjoy the “decorating” side game but this one barely works and the small scroll arrows are cumbersome. I was pretty disappointed..Version: 1.0
✓ AdsThis is the first game that has ads and it’s causing problems. After completing each level there is an ad and before you start a new level you have to watch an ad before you play and most of the time the ad doesn’t load and you can’t play. ✓ Doesn’t work!EDIT: I had hopes that the update would fix the problem, but it didn’t. I have been charged for the game. I have deleted and reinstalled. I have contacted customer support (they are “looking into it”). Meanwhile, I am out $10. I can play 1 or 2 levels WITH ads(that I paid to remove) before the game freezes and I have to delete and reinstall again. Repeat! And, due to the multiple reinstalls, to try to get it to work, it is not loading my second shelter pet or some of my trophies (like, finished 1st 10 levels, when I’m almost to level 30). As other posters have said, the game freezes after the first 3 levels. Whether you pay for the game or not, it tries and fails to load an ad and won’t play anymore. I am on high speed WiFi. I have deleted and reinstalled twice - same problem. I have restored purchases. I’m sure it will be fun when it is ready to be released. It wasn’t ready yet! Gamehouse: I have contacted you - twice! ✓ Not working properlyHello, Everytime I go to see my pets, I choose a pet and type the name but then it totally kicks me out and have to log in again. Also before I didn't mind having a few ads here and there, but really you have to put one in for every game end and before each game? Sometimes the ads don't even work properly and it boots me out. Not my fault the ad can't load properly. I love all your gamehouse games but it is getting a bit ridiculous that we have to pay for no ads? We have paid for the game already.
