✓ Fantastic gameThink, clash royale meets pool. It has a similar character system and levelling system to clash royale, but the gameplay is different. Pay attention to each characters special ability, and use it to your advantage for devastating effects. I feel gems are a little overpriced, but not too much so. ✓ Just Started, Not Too ShabbyThis game isn’t too bad. It reminds me of Clash Royale in a sense but with a different play style. Some suggestions I have to put out: 1) The process to earn gold takes forever, the quest are good ways to make gold, but it’s still not enough especially if you’re looking to play this long-term. Increasing the gold value for winning a game could help out with this a lot. 2) Unlocking orbs also seem to take forever. I want to keep playing, but I stop because I fill up my orb slots. That’s not the problem though, the time until a orb unlocks takes ages and can easily bored you from playing the game and unlocking new heroes. I suggest cutting the time in half or even more. Also daily orbs for free can be useful to unlocking new heroes and gathering them up to level them up. 3) Adding some sort of campaign or storyline can be very useful to get used to the game and introduce what the game is about to beginners. With this you can also give new players a free epic orb or some strong hero so they won’t have to endlessly keep searching and waiting hours for an orb to unlock. The campaign/storyline should also reward the new players with gold so they can spend as they please without trying to strategically spend and save gold from the start. There are so many layers to become a master but anyone can have fun from the first game. I wish that the game was a subscription service with a monthly fee so you can play all you want, like Hearthstone. ✓ Definitely the best game around!CANNOT PLAY FOR THREE DAYS NOW AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE, please go and read your facebook page. it is a 5 star game but my only critique is epic heroes will take YEARS AND YEARS to achieve levelling up. fun and strategic and will hold your interest but needs updating to be fair across the board in epic heroes. You never get to use the ones you have anyway, maybe challenges for epics only etc. if you pay a fortune you can advance if you want epics, but the other cards are great too. Just there are inconsistencies with how many coins are given to level up. Say you enchant 1000 heroes you get 100 coins, really? needs a lot of overhaul to make epics and rare attractive to long term committed players, they are the ones that manage clans etc, keep them engaged to take risks. Overall a great game with very clever hero design. Try it but don’t ever dream for epics beyond level 10 as it will take you approx three years (ive worked it out) to get them to level 20. NEW - you build up heroes but they get culled in ‘balances’ so not worth investing at all, play for free and roll with it, those higher up have copped huge losses. I’ve played for three years. Developers should increase powers of other cards instead of culling heroes powers. Causes a lot of agony as some people have spent money. The game has improved a lot in many important ways over the last two years. There are multiple ways to engage with the game, including arena battles, ranked seasons, challenges, achievements, clans, friendly battles, and the newly redesigned skill shot. Even better, Geewa has made it even easier to progress through the game by massively increasing the amount and frequency of rewards. Even an hour of gameplay a week can progress you pretty fast, since battles usually only last a few minutes. There are also many opportunities to buy orbs, cards, coins, and gems from the store in frequent affordable bundles. Definitely worth checking out! ✓ Great game and few suggestionsThis is a nice game that is easy to learn and provides a way to have numerous strategies. There are only a few things that I could suggest for game improvements. I don’t know if it has already been mention and/or in the works already but it would be nice to be able to see which clan members are online and also would be nice to have a spectate and share replay option. I had a game that would have answered a clan members question but I couldn’t share it to give a visual to the answer. I also wished there was a spectate option to be able to see heroes I don’t have to know how they work and get new ideas on strategies to use. ✓ Interesting yet Simple GameI want to start by saying I have only had this game for about a day, nor do I often rate games, so my opinion might not by the best. Smashing Four is similar to Clash Royale, but with a twist on battling. You will have a deck of four characters, each (once unlocked) will have a special ability, which is its defining trait. You will “smash” your units into opposing units to do damage. All in all it seems like a good game, but I only gave it four stars because I feel like there is room for improvement. Epic and Rare cards could be a little easier to get, but this is a more minor concern. I am already up to the third arena but still lack many cards from the first and second arena. This perhaps could be solved with shorter wait times for orbs, more orb storage, and more instant rewards. I also have some ideas to add. It might be cool for characters to have a second ability, that they unlock later, or maybe a “passive” and an “active” skill. This could help make the characters more unique. I also have not yet seen any signs of a clan war, or anything similar to that. Although many other games have that, this game could greatly benefit from it, especially by making it enjoyable and unique. ✓ Good game, great community!So this game has the same UI as Clash Royale. You get orbs for wins which is essentially the cheat mechanic, a store with daily deals, sometimes you get free gold or gems, along with a free to open chest every few minutes. A clan system where you can donate cards to level up troops and so on. The community: everyone so far seems pretty chill, I took to Reddit looking for a clan and was immediately greeted by an official. I lurked the sub for some time and I saw they communicate with players and that really made a good first impression. If the Devs listen and take part in its player base, I will be inclined to spend money on this game here and there to help it grow. Why the 4 star rating: I’m still new. Only at the 3rd arena, the reason for not giving 5 stars is that I feel the gold economy is a little too low. I don’t feel like I should purchase cards from the store to help with upgrades, if I do I won’t have enough to even do the upgrade, and it’ll take a couple days or more to save up to do so. ✓ A Few Problems and SuggestionsI’ve been playing this for about two months and it has been amazing. The game is all about strategy so you do not have to spend money on the game to get good. The constant updates are very helpful and keep the game fun and interesting. A problem I have is I would accidentally click the battle button and the cancel button would not work. I also believe that there should be more of a reward for winning, as other reviews have stated, so that the game can be more interesting. Another character that could be added is someone who would drop a trap each time they are hit by an enemy. An example of a reward for winning a battle would be a few cards instantly. Firstly the game isn’t progressive enough - you can easily lose the same number or more trophies over a few matches, this should be more weighted towards progression. Additionally, some characters heavily put the odds against you/in your favour , most notably those that enchant. It’s a good idea, but these should be slightly less effective or last for x amount of turns rather than forever. If an opponents Enchantress or Shaman has the first move of the game - you’ll lose. On that note, it’d be good to see some sort of selection/challenge to who gets first move rather than random. ✓ Brilliant game!This is such a good game for such a simple concept! Really well put together and very addictive. Frustrating at times when the weighting feels off but constant updates try to combat this. The community seems positive as well compared to some others which are a bit toxic. One suggestion would be in practice arena: to be able to pick the level of opponent characters. If you’re trying out a new squad to see if you want to invest in a character. You have to get them to a high level before you can really assess them. Dropping your opposition level to match would help. ✓ UnbalancedHave to say this is a great game. Lucky enough to be leader of a high end clan and fun guys to play with. My one frustration is team balancing. My heroes are now level 13, but every battle until I’ve dropped 200 trophies, I’m up against level 15’s and 16’s sometimes. Can never get higher than 2400 trophies because of the unbalanced team battles. Could this be looked at again, as I know in your update a few weeks ago you said this was addressed but from what my clan and I see, it certainly hasn’t. ✓ Upgrade suggestionWhy not make it an option that with coins already collected let’s say we have a card in need of 40k coins to upgrade right whether or not you have enough cards or coins to upgrade once we knoW how much it will take to do so give us the option to dump coins we already have into the process for instance I have 1000 coins my next upgrade in 40k I could take that 1000 and apply it to the 40k leaving a 39k balance and be able to distribute coins as we see fit to put cards once we earn them rather than waiting until we have to total amount to do one card at a time that’s process is painstaking give us the feeling daily as if we working towards something.Version: 2.0.0.4929

✓ I keep coming backThis game is not flashy and not something I’d call exciting but after I stop playing for awhile I end coming back. The simplicity of the game is its best feature as well as somewhat of a problem because you can be successful with not knowing anything at least in the short term. But if you learn what each unit does a level of skill starts to reveal itself. The characters are unique and fun and if you get past the simplistic appearance and the straight forward game play and involve yourself in the gameplay beyond the main arena the game will open up and become more than it appears at first. And while this is not at least to this point is a hugely followed game the developer is keen to go the extra steps to make the game work for all the players. It took me a while and more than one deletion to understand the charm in this game and the main reason I would download it is the contact the seemed above and beyond what other games seem to do at least from what I see sure if you spend tons of cash you’ll here from the developers but I spent very little and the attention was still there. ✓ Decent game for passing timeIt’s a good game to play if you have the odd bit of time here and there. It’s seems like a quite a slow game to progress in and can get a bit long winded waiting to open chests as the shortest time you have to wait is 3hours and then the stuff you get isn’t really worth the wait anyway. Wouldn’t be such a problem if there was either more chest slots or the time you have to wait is reduced. ✓ Excellent game with one suggestionIt’s a deceptively strategic game that includes some luck in the starting positions but the match really does rely on skill and deck makeup. And one of my best decks even after opening all cards is one with three of four cards being common. It’s a great free to play game for that reason but I’ve spent plenty to feed my addiction. You don’t need to spend money though to enjoy it. My suggestion is to add an info button at the end of matches that shows you damage dealt by card for each team. That info would be great for helping us craft better decks and would be a really cool splash screen we could share and compare with each other. Infact, the only disappointment I’ve had so far was going on a 4 game losing streak ... very frustrating but I am rubbish! I read a review describing the game as ‘Clash Royale meets pool’ ... That’s very close but I’d say it was ‘Clash Royale meets pinball’. It’s early days for me but I fear that, like Clash Royale, there will be a lot of emphasis on gems/gold - the quantity of which would take years to save or need to be bought. Equally like Clash Royale there is a limited number of Chests you can have and can only open 1 at a time, with a minimum of 3hrs waiting for not a lot. The gameplay is good though. There are elements of luck but also tactics with each troop having a special ability to utilise. Each arena offers something different to use in the battle as you progress. In summary - if you’ve played Clash Royale this will feel extremely familiar. It’s really insensitive to people with mental illness and should be changed. That was the only reason I didn’t give you 5 stars. ✓ Very fun and addictivePretty good game, over all. However, I suggest a few changes that would make the overall experience a lot better. A way to recruit players for clans would be helpful in building up clans. With the way it is right now, players looking for a clan to join will only see the few clans that they are shown, and will likely choose one of the first open clans. Perhaps a world chat or something like that would work. Another thing to consider adding is maybe a new mode where you can use 5 heroes instead of just 4. This would help to have a better balanced team and gameplay. I would also consider giving players the option to choose their team or even individual heroes after matchmaking but pre-game. I’d make it random (like which player goes first) to decide who chooses first. I also think that quests should happen more often and that the donation limits are a bit on the low side, and should be brought up slightly. Overall, it is a great game, pretty balanced, and fun to play, offers great progression rewards, and isn’t pay-to-win, as players only play against other players in their own skill range. ✓ Fun Game but...Overall, I think the game is very fun and exciting. As you get to find and unlock new heroes as well as level them up and find their superpowers. There is an odd simplicity to it that makes me almost addicted to it. However, there is one minor fix that I think the developers should make. The Phantom hero is WAY too overpowered. His ability is being able to go through heroes instead of running into them so he can just make a bee line through three of your heroes, hit a wall, go through them again and three quarters of your team is already dead. ✓ Awesome Game!Smashing Four is a blast to play, it requires strategy and time. The gameplay is smooth and the consistent updates show that the developers care. The only feature that really holds me back from giving this game a 5 star rating is the difficulty in earning epic cards. Epic cards are the rarest and most powerful, but are so difficult to earn that progressing them past level 3 becomes an extreme challenge without micro transactions. If there was a way the developers could resolve this, whether it be a epic Sunday where clan members can donate epic cards amongst eachother or a more often drop rate of epic orbs with less epic cards the game would be much more enjoyable. Hopefully a new feature similar to this will be added in the future, until then I’ll continue to play the game with out the use of Epic cards..Version: 1.3.0.2714

✓ Perfect balance of strategy, skill and a little luckI’ve been playing for 3+ years and I really recommend this game. Yeah sure you can pay to upgrade quickly and new heroes are over powered at first to tempt the rich kids to buy them. But you can win with skill and a season pass or two will get you on your way to a solid team. Choosing who to promote is half the fun. ✓ Developers please readI love this game! I really do! I have been playing for over a year. Basically since it has came out. I just wish you would add a feature to trade cards with clan members. Because I have so many unused cards that I would love to give my clan. And if also like to give them gold if they need. I’m a premium player and honestly spent around$1,500 to get my characters max level and to also get the coins I need to upgrade but I would love to give some of my extra cards and gold to my clan mates. It would help this game grow a lot more and keep clans active and also have every clan member spend money so they could help each other off. It would be very smart if you did this in my opinion. ✓ Very fun and addictive but...This game is literally amazing, the mechanics are fun and the ability to unlock characters and upgrade them to make your own deck is really cool but... The only problem iv found so far is if your playing f2p your deck and the arena your in seem to be very slow at progressing, the amount of gold you receive from orbs or even just winning a match is very low, it feels like your waiting forever to upgrade just one hero which probably wont help you increase your trophies. I also tried to contact you guys about the rocketeer that if he is to close to an enemy (as in almost on top of each other ) and you shoot a rocket at that enemy the game freezes. Sometimes, the opponent training is very higher level than me. The computer is smashing hardly with three smashes at least in a turn it kills the training because I need to practice the abilities of my heroes and their performance. At least, make the true players in the training receive NO DAMAGE to get more time for practicing. Also, the orbs or chests that I get it takes a long time to wait to be opened and I want to play more games but I am afraid of missing rare orbs “chests” while waiting the other orbs to be ready for opening and receiving my rewards. moreover, the rewards of a common orbs are very low, I know I should play more to get more rewards but when account and check the games that you played/won you will notice that is not worth to miss the chests to get gold. ✓ Most Consistently Good Mobile GameI actually thoroughly enjoy playing this game. The ads aren’t annoying because I realistically get to choose wether I’ll pay or watch the ads to unlock or speed something up. The gameplay is enjoyable, and I find myself enjoying the process of trying new character combinations. I also appreciate that new characters are added to the roster more than once in a blue moon. The only critique I have, is that I think the matchmaking could be a little bit better. It’s not bad by any means, but I do wish your card levels would be accounted for. It’s hard to implement new lower level cards and get used to them when your skill level matches you with a player who has all 15’s or higher and your cards are 11 or lower. Skill is king above all, but there’s only so much you can do in that situation. This doesn’t happen often, but when it does, I don’t feel good about myself. We have a guy that I want to promote to leader but can’t demote or kick the other guy. WHY???? Leader only is that way and could use a couple more titles for better players at the top. Also, a timer to show the last time a player logged in. like 5 hours. 10 days. Or 2 weeks. So that people I accept into the clan that don’t play and are using up space for others that communicate and play a lot can be easily identifiable and managed. I really enjoyed the weekly challenges that pushed you to use different characters regularly as well as gave you more orbs from which to hopefully level up. But then you changed it. A daily quest and that’s it. So I pretty much log on to compete the daily and that is it. There isn’t a reason to log in regularly which is a shame as the game is quite enjoyable, relying on some level of skill. Yes matchmaking is at times broken, but that’s ok as I only get a few high level opponents before it balances out again. ✓ Very good but long chest times hurt itI’ve been enjoying this game so far. Simple to play, but hard to master. I also like how the arenas are unique and change up the gameplay. Normally, I rate this 5 stars, but I subtracted 1 star due to the wait times to open a chest/orb. 3 hours is for the most common orb. So I don’t really spend much time playing this game unless I’m losing a lot. Since I don’t spend much time playing, it’s hard for me to justify spending money. If I’m still playing several months later, I’ll buy something to support the devs. Note: I’m also not a fan of the quest system as you get near duplicates for tasks that are not fun or interesting like winning 4 games using 3 common cards. I’m holding back on upgrading as I’m waiting for the upgrade task. I won’t subtract a star for this, but it does play a role in my decision to delay making a purchase as it artificially slows progression. ✓ Better than you'd thinkI was a little skeptical when seeing ads for this, seeing most mobile game ads nowadays are faked. This was entirely truthful to its ads and then some. The gameplay is surprisingly more strategic than you would think for a mobile game. The mechanics for upgrading your fighters are a little slow to start, but it gets better as you do level. There is a pay-to-win aspect of it, but since there's matchmaking, balancing, and drawbacks to even the toughest characters, it's negligible at best and provides only a small, if much of any, advantage to players. You need to be clever to use what you paid for wisely, which for a game like this is a huge plus. One issue I have is the lack of an offline singleplayer; you must have an internet connection for the game to load at all. Being able to have an offline singleplayer mode, such as repurposing training to be such, can not only increase the skill level for the game, but make it more accessible to those who may not always have a wifi or data connection. It's a really good game all around, though, with little I can complain about. Almost every time I play it, after the 5th battle or so it disconnects me. In the middle of the battle, it seems the opponent runs his or her timer out, and when the 0 hits, it’s frozen. After a minute, the “you can’t connect to the server, please check you connection” box pops up on the loading screen. The bar stays at around 70. ✓ TestingI learned about this from a YouTuber I watch, the game seems fun in all. I am at around 300 trophies and have only lost 1 battle. The game is unique and has a different taste from Clash Royale. I have been playing royale for almost since the time it came out and am at 4,100 trophies. Smashing 4 is a great game and once you get the hang of it’s a lot of fun, I think it has great potential and will get really far! Only concern is how players can gain leveled up cards easily, I bought the berserker a ton of times from the shop and now he is lvl 5. It is very OP at my level and destroys all other opponents. I have not spent anything on the game. I just would hate it if I were the one facing level 5 and 4 cards when mine are 1 and 2. ✓ Super fun game!!I absolutely love this game. Although I have spent WAAAAYY TO MUCH money on it!!! Quick rounds, but there is actually strategy involved. One complaint is no matter how much I upgrade my characters I always end up playing teams that are upgraded way higher than mine. It’s really annoying when your characters are like 13 or 14 and you’re playing teams that are 18’s, then when they win they keep putting up a laughing face like they did something special or surprising. It would be nice if there were levels to where you were playing people closer to your own. My only other complaint is that for some reason when playing, the game will say I don’t have an internet signal even when my signal is perfect, causing me to lose the round. ✓ Coins?Ive played this game for a while now, and I can’t help but be frustrated by how many cards have the ability to be leveled up, but can’t be due to the fact that I’m BROKE! Even with orbs taking an incredibly long amount of time to open (why are commons 3 hours?), I still have hundreds of cards stacked up, a variety of rarities, and cant use them because i dont have enough coins to level up. The rate you accumulate cards is significantly ahead, to the point where it hinders our ability to try out different lineups in the game. I’m stuck using and playing against the same cards, probably due to this fact. Please increase the amount of coins earned by battles.
